Location is about the only advantage. The hotel is generally pleasant and clean, but that's where the positives end. The pastries and cold cuts at breakfast are good, but there's almost no hot food. It took three attempts before I was given the room I had requested prior to booking. Before my stay, I emailed the hotel explaining why the room layout mattered to me and asking about the internet quality, as I had important calls scheduled. My questions were ignored - the only response was a payment link. I spent one of my two nights in a room with bricked-up windows facing the reception area - no natural light whatsoever - and after a long day I was woken at 7am by non-stop conversations at the front desk and a loud vacuum cleaner. There was zero soundproofing in that room (room 112). But even in the room I had originally requested (room 117), the internet was unreliable - download speeds fluctuated randomly between 180 KB/s and 2 MB/s. My call went through with interference. The chairs in the breakfast area are uncomfortable - they sit significantly higher than the tables, so you end up hunched over your food the entire time. And there is almost no hot food on offer.

I was expecting to have shampoo, hair conditioner, lotion, and coffee maker in the room for the 4 star hotel. Also, AC wasn't working well.
