Great location right in La Rambla surrounded by great places to eat. The Hotel staff were helpful and knowledgeable, especially Luis The shower Bath. Hard to get out of.

Standard staff I booked for 2 persons, but I was alone at the same price I did the Checkout one day before, and they asked me to send an email to management to communicate it. Why ? I’m leaving one day earlier, they could reuse my room, and they are stressing me with the email to management?

Stylish, comfortable room; very convenient location; soft towels; coffee machine in room - overall pretty luxurious It would be useful to let people know that the pool is open 11 am - 7 pm as you might miss that window if you arrive late and check out by 11.

An amazing room- comfortable bed, good quality shower, and silent. We were travelling with a child- the place for a child to sleep is a bit separated (but of course it is very close). All reasonable. Additionally, there is a grocery shop Aldi, just 2 mins away- very handy with a child. For lunch, we were going to an Italian restaurant just a few minutes away- a decent place with business lunch for a fixed price, but great quality. Maybe a bit tired with some signs that renovation is near, but it was not critical for us

Location, decor, staff friendliness. Terrace soft seating could be upgraded, worn looking. Bedroom carpet/rug had odour, but room was clean. Shower leaked onto floor.
