We loved everything. How the property honored Barcelonas past and blend with modern amenities. Nothing

Great Location, exceptional Service. Staff was always cheerful and helpful. They went out of their way to address any concerns we had and to meet our requests (Tickets and taxi). Staff went out to flag us a taxi during a marathon day which was very difficult to do. Our room had a view and balcony of the street which I appreciated. Breakfast was great and they had good gluten-free and vegetarian options. I liked the selection and it was convenient on early days to eat at the hotel. Personally I prefer softer beds so I would have preferred them softer but they were ok overall. I realize in Europe they prefer harder beds so it can be difficult to find that. For those sensitive to noise please note sometimes late at night I could hear street noise or bells but it was faint and it didn't bother me.

Staff were very friendly and helpful. Location was near a metro station. Surrounding has got good restaurants. It was a little far from the Catheral and the place of interest that I like to visit since I have only very little time. If you have more time for travel, then it is okay.

The hotel has been totally renovated and cleverly incorporated the Roman remains in its design. The front desk staff, particularly Sergio, were friendly and helpful. Breakfast had an excellent variety of European breakfast choices. Nothing

Location Friendly staff at reception - dark room with windows that were ‘whited’ out and locked. On request the staff helped open one of the windows by leaving me the handle to open it. - no plug for the bath and the basin plug didn’t work. Although a maintenance request was put in twice to fix the basin plug this was not done in a 3 night stay - bathroom amenities not replaced when the room was serviced daily

The staff were exceptional! Everyone was kind, friendly, helpful and warm. I was traveling with my sister and niece for Primavera Sound. We had a triple in the new part of the hotel and there was plenty of room. The beds were very comfortable and they had excellent black out curtains which were needed since we were sleeping in. The hotel is cool because it's on roman ruins which they have displayed. The breakfast was phenomenal - one of the best I've had at a hotel. Tons of options for vegetarians. It is in an excellent location for sightseeing and getting to the festival. The metro is a block away and it was close to a night bus stop. The beach is a 20 minute easy walk. Tons of eating options since it's in the Gothic quarter and next to the Born district.

Great location in the heart of the Gothic Quarter. Very comfortable beds, nice amenities. Check in can get a little convoluted in the small lobby.

Very central, 1 min away from gothic quarter and metro station It gets very noisy at night. You can hear streets' noises until 3 am which disrupt your sleep

The location was perfect. All staff were very friendly, helpful and cheery. The hotel was clean and very comfortable. It took a while for us to get used to the noise from the street. But after the first night, we weren't bothered by it.
