The staff, Joaquin and his team make an exceptional job taking care of the guests. I have been using hotels for job in the last six years and I hqve never felt so well talen care of. Nothing

Nice friendly staff. Offered free upgrade. Good location. Clean and comfortable. Thought the bar prices were way too high which would keep it from being busy.

I loved the central location, the vibe of the hotel and the queer friendly/focus of the hotel. I randomly walked in on the rooftop movie night, which was a great and fun experience in the summer Barcelona night. I want to thank Joaquim and team for a wonderful stay. -

The location and staff were great. I went to the pool and was told there were no more towels and that I would have to go back and a towel from the room.

The bed was comfortable and the shower was great When they advertise Adults only - we thought no children as there is a rooftop bar and pool - that was not the case - it's a LGBTQ Hotel - nowhere was it mentioned. The Breakfast as they advertise "fit for a queen" was shocking - no decent fruit available, the strawberries on the table that looked the best was plastic fruit! the rest of the breakfast was just as bad - there is a coffee shop around the corner that will provide a better breakfast for a fraction of the price

My third stay and the best. Service generally is great. The breakfast buffet is a good value (the best coffee in spain for three weeks) Location is awesome Walking distance to the world Some areas are less updated, but that shows they are working on things

The hotel is well located in the LGBT area and has a quirky interior design theme. Rooftop bar and pool area are a plus and nice views. Gym was well equipped and it has a nice spa area too. Nice period for breakfast 7-11 am. Room had a small balcony but no chairs to sit out on so that would be appreciated if that were to change. The quality of the breakfast could be much better. A big selection of food but just not well thought through and the hot items are not kept warm enough. The breakfast room itself is well presented but they play very loud pop and rock music throughout the breakfast which is really intrusive as most of the client age group is well over 40. Turn the music volume down at least. The staff on reception could be more pleasant and engaging.

Friendly staff. Good breakfasts. It's a 7-minute walk from the metro. The bed and pillows are uncomfortable.
