Very good location, clean, great bedroom and bathroom, nice pool bar, very good breakfast, the support staff (including kitchen) was very good and helpful. The front desk staff was not very knowledgeable and friendly, they seemed new at the hotel.

The staff were all so welcoming and friendly. The pool had a lovely chilled vibe with great drink selection and food. The room was super clean and comfortable. The breakfast was fantastic - so much choice. We stayed here twice in the space of a week with a cruise sandwiched in between and it was the perfect spot for exploring the city and relaxing. The team went above and beyond to help us with anything we needed during the stays. Not applicable

We had a fantastic stay at ICON BCN, from the moment we arrived we were welcomed by the amazing staff who couldn’t do enough for use and our two young children! We were given an early check-in and fantastic service at all the bars morning and night! Thank you to everyone for making us feel so welcome! George calls you his friends now! Yes the rooms did get quite warm as there isn’t much in the way of A/C, but it really didn’t detract from our stay at all! The breakfast was amazing every morning, with a plentiful buffet, and also a menu you can order from the kitchen! The bar has some amazing cocktails, wonderful service and the pool area was great to escape from the hustle and bustle with the kids! Great location and walking distance to all local metro and bus stops for easy access around the city! Would 100% recommend to any families with young children as the welcome was so warm! Thank you! The A/C wasn’t very good. Warm rooms but still fine!
