Excellent location. Could walk to many locations and also close to metro. Staff were super helpful with where to eat etc. Rooms were spacious and very comfortable.

It's the second time we stayed at this hotel. The first time was four years ago. We simply like the location and the roof top pool very much. The superior room felt a little dated, not as nice as the first time four years ago. We arrived late at night and unfortunately we were handed the keys to a room that was already occupied, so we were really startled walking into a room where other guest were sleeping and they woke up startled and screaming when we walked in. A human error, but still not expected from a hotel that is 5-star rated.

Location was superb. The staff prior to arrival and during stay were exceptional. Prompt responses, nothing was too much trouble. We needed luggage lock and one of the porter/door staff went and sourced one for us. Truly great. The Terazza bar and restaurant were fantastic - nothing better than a roof top bar. The staff there, especially Jose were exceptional. Highly recommend. The beds are a bit small. We are used to bigger beds in Australasia.

המיקום היה טוב I arrived at the hotel with my two sons, aged 19 and 13, at around 11:00 PM. Upon arrival, we were given two rooms that did not match the reservation we had made in advance. We were promised that the rooms would be changed the following day. The next day, when we returned to the reception, the staff claimed they had tried to contact me regarding the room change, but I did not receive any calls or messages, even though my phone was available for international calls throughout the trip. Unfortunately, the attitude of the reception staff, especially an employee named Karina, was extremely rude, disrespectful, and aggressive. Despite the hotel’s mistake, we were asked to pay an unreasonable extra charge in order to receive the rooms we had originally booked. In the end, I was forced to pay an additional 400 euros. For two days, we were unable to enjoy our vacation because we spent most of our time waiting and repeatedly returning to the lobby after being told different times for when the rooms would be ready. Even after being promised the rooms at 12:00 PM, we ended up waiting until 6:00 PM before finally receiving them. My sons were very upset and frustrated by the entire experience. On our last day, since our flight was at night, we asked to keep only one room for a few extra hours. We were charged an additional 200 euros for this, which I paid, and even asking for a few extra minutes to organize ourselves resulted in more demands for payment. This was my third stay at this hotel, which makes this experience even more disappointing. I have never encountered such a poor level of service, especially from the lobby and reception staff. Overall, this experience caused us significant stress and completely affected our vacation.

Great staff, great location, great roof top cocktails! Ever so slightly dated. Not really an issue.

Location is good, buses and taxis readily available. Very friendly and efficient staff. I didn't like the lighting, the whole hotel, other than the elevators, is TOO dark. Especially in the bathroom, I couldn't see well enough to put on my makeup. The price of breakfast at €36 is extortionate.
