It felt like a luxury hotel from the moment we arrived. All staff were courteous, professional, and helpful. The room was comfortable and super clean. The location was excellent! Nothing to report.

Location. Bed. shower, aircon, quiet. Offered and accepted room upgrade for another €15 per night (refurbished) and while bedroom was good, bed good, shower good, the bathroom needs some attention ie loose shower slider, grouting dirty and missing in places, top of shower finishing poor, and sink plug hard to use. Some front of office staff were not that friendly.

Nice location. Great cleaning staff, friendly and helpful. Gym was very clean! Reception accomodating and friendly Front door was a challenge to open! Meant to be an automatic door but rarely worked, so the door intercom was the only way!

1. Very clean 2. Location is amazing, right in the middle. 1 minute away from Mercat de la Boqueria and around 25 minutes away from Arc de Triomf walking distance. And 5 minutes from the Barcelona Touristic Bus. 3. You can’t hear the noise outside from the busy street A bit expensive but all Barcelona’s 4-star hotels are within same range so I think it’s normal. And the breakfast is delicious but everyday the same menu so different option would be more appealing.

Breakfast was superb. Location is perfect. Hotel was offering free refreshment water in the lobby. Was able to register via web prior arriving, so had to do nothing just pay and get the keys. We were offered a renovated room and we paid extra for this on arrival.
