I noticed some yellow and black stains on the bed linens. Also, I initially booked a two-bed room, but later we wanted to change it to one bed and we informed about this in advance. We ended up overpaying for one day, however, the staff kindly allowed my friend to stay until 18:00, even though check-out was at 12:00.

I liked how helpful the staff were. The food was tasty, and the hotel’s location is very convenient, close to the main attractions in Baku. However, the cleanliness of the room was not satisfactory. I noticed some yellow and black stains on the bed linens.

Hotel is very neat and clean with friendly staffs. Location is near to city center.

The room, staff service, and everything overall were excellent and highly professional. I was very impressed with the quality and attention to detail. I’m not sure if my skin is extra sensitive, but the shower gel caused an allergic reaction just mentioning it for your awareness.

I really enjoyed the room and the attentive service at the reception desk. The hotel is fresh or newly renovated and it made the stay even more pleasant. The staff were consistently helpful throughout my visit. The only area that could use improvement is the breakfast service. Napkins often ran out, and at times there were delays before fresh food or coffee was restocked.

Location is good and convenient. The restaurant is well designed and has a nice ambience. Reception staff were helpful and professional. Breakfast experience was very weak (2/10). Housekeeping staff seemed untrained and unfamiliar with proper room setup (3/10). Guest amenities were poor and did not meet basic expectations.
