The receptionist guy Hikmet is super friendly. Raise his position and his salary! When I came to the hotel, I found out that my room was given to someone else. That’s terrible! Why then people make reservations? To my surprise they give me another room which was double room. My booked room was budget single room. The girl at the reception doing night shift seems to be a new worker. She had some issues when registering me. It took her 30 minutes to do the check in for me((( yeah it’s true that there were two other check ins right in front of me. But it’s ok. She learns and I hope she improves. The bathroom was not good enough. In the photo there was a shower, but in reality no shower. Toilet and shower are together which makes it very uncomfortable to take a bath. The staff are very good. I’m rating my stay with 5 stars hoping that they’ll do much better next time.

Staff is slow , vdery slow , i asked for kettle at my first day but in one room arrived after two days and in my 2nd room not served. There is no free massage service always once you asked its busy ,

The hotel staff and room service was very nice. The rooms were comfy and good value for money. They can improve the sanitary in the toilets.

The receptionist "Hikmat" is very bad man, didn't support for anything just waist time at reception. No hot water at all in the washroom, even changing the room. We suffered full night and just waiting for hot water in room Room is very messy...not recommended at all
