I was making a quick stop in Baku to see the Qarabag Champions League match. Since I was only stating for one night and my schedule was tight I wanted a reliable hotel. This Hilton worked out perfectly. It had all the conveniences necessary to get in, eat, get ready, rest a bit, go to the stadium, come back and get a good nights rest before heading on my way. It all was smooth and comfortable. Everything was fine.

The bidet was handheld type and wasn't integrated.

Not enough storage space Good for one person. Difficult for 2 people or more. We left to Airport at 9:30 AM, there was no staff to take the luggage.

The fruits offered right after the check-in made the hotel very welcoming. The breakfast offered variety of food, and the hotel staff helped with all the requests. Overall, the stay was excellent.

Very friendly and accommodating staff. The hotel was good, with a nice ambiance and amenities. There is plenty of parking available at the site. Near to major attractions of the city.

The hotel is very clean and that was very important. Tea and coffee in the room, amenities, sleepers, no bathroom but it is not the issue to me. Comfy bed. It was perfect for me also in terms of location as I had an interview in us embassy, just 1 min walk. Nothing

The staff were excellent from check-in to check-out and responded quickly to requests(we had 3-4 requests). The cuisine was very good, with a wide variety of delicious dishes. The room was small but was well designed, so you don’t feel squeezed. It’s a great hotel for a family stay and relaxing with views of Baku. Located at a busy intersection, so returning to the hotel often means getting stuck in traffic, though getting out is easy
