It was clean room. Hi level service. Staff amazing, very polite and very hospitality. Sockets need change the pugs can't hold. But this is very small issues.

Very nice and helpful staff especially housekeeping and Aysel. They were very cheerful and nice. The breakfast was great and the personnel, especially Samir was very kind. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, nicely decorated and clean. The location is a but far from the city center, there is a bus station nearby but no metrostation. There was a smell in the bathroom which they tried to resolve. The hot/cold shower water was very difficult to control.

I was very pleased with all the services provided. Everything was excellent, and I especially enjoyed the breakfast, which was outstanding. Your staff was also very helpful and accommodating.

I was there for a few days attending a conference, and it was perfect. Great value for money, comfortable room, good food, helpful and attentive staff. The hotel even left a basket of fruit in my room for me to enjoy. It’s a good distance from the old town (45 minutes walk), which some people might not like. Also it’s quite dark in the area at night.

Everything was great. Staff were awesome. Special thanks to restoran manager. He was brilliant. Wifi was a little bit slow.

Absolutely wonderful staff and an A+ hotel. Must book, it’s not a stay, but an experience. They go all out to help and accommodate you. I being vegetarian, they went all out to serve me vegetarian choices in breakfast. Our room was upgraded, early check in for free and late check out too. Special thanks to Nigar, Husyein, Snejana, Samir and all the housekeeping staff. 10 stars for the hotel . Nothing

The whole place was very quiet, no noise from other guests. Conveniently located for buses into town. Rooms were spacious and well facilitated, breakfast room was spacious and bright. Staff were very friendly and helpful. The pool area was a little run down and needed a good tidy/clean up. The breakfast wasn’t great for western taste.
