Many breakfast options, particularly savory ones. It would have been nice if these were a little warm: Cold they are not as tasty. The location is far from the center and as there is a lot of traffic it makes it difficult to reach the sights. Only a few restaurant options around

The staff are especially accommodating and detail oriented. From the check-in to the general manager, they are nothing short of exceptional! Nothing. Everything exceeded our expectations.

The property is located prime area, good staff. Elsin at the reception was very attentive , helpful, for any issues he just came forward to help. For All staff - Well done, supportive , courteous. I had 3 day stay and on different dates. All 3 dates , i got a room on 3 different floors , the 3rd floor room was good , had smart Tv and breakfast had variety more of bread items. Overall good service, grocery is closeby the hotel. On the 1st and 2nd floor in the washroom , I believe there is some issues with the pipe which is leaving some odd smell. For breakfast they can keep little variety apart from bread items. Should have more gravy items, rice , beans etc.

The staff was very friendly and accommodating. They really took good care of me, right from offering me a room early (I arrived a lot earlier than check in time!), offering me breakfast despite my early arrival, assigning me a very comfortable room, arranging for a cab and so on. They were warm and welcoming and they made my stay extremely pleasant. A big Spasiba to all of them! n/a

Nice modern facilities with pleasant, very welcoming staff. There was a certain recurring odor coming from toilet area piping in the bathroom that should be addressed by the Owners/Management

I liked everything. First - the staff and the attitude - they were super welcoming and helped me with all I needed. They even let me do super early check in which saved me after the early morning flight I had before checking in. As a solo female traveller I appreciated feeling secure. They gave nice gifts as well and helped me with vegetarian breakfast and all the transport questions. The room was huge and I had nice sleep since the street is a quite one. Breakfast offered wide selection and the coffee was good. I would recommend this hotel to anyone visiting pretty city of Baku and I will come back again :) It was like home away from home for me :)

Great hotel for the reasonable price. Not a big monster:) Big room, comfortable bed, quiet neighbourhood , simple but nice breakfast.... Good location, two nice restaurants across the street. To the old tow by foot 30 min. By taxi 10 min. The staff is exceptionally polite and helpful. Everything was OK, for me would be nice to have more salads and greens for breakfast:)

The room is amazing, big and comfortable, all the facilities you can find there, very good! The staff are really friendly and try to help you whenever you need. First time I ever had strawberries provided in my room, very sweet of them. Def recommend it! Only one thing is that the door is a bit hard to close, you do need to push it which makes a loud noise. When you have people coming in and out of the room, it's a bit disturbing, but no critical.

Every comfort and amenity is provided - comfortable beds and bathrooms, a good buffet breakfast, our washing was done for us at no extra charge and some evenings there was a surprise sweet treat waiting for us when we returned from sightseeing in this beautiful city. Everything was great. There was nothing to complain about.
