Front desk staff is really supportive. All staff are kind and welcoming, I liked my stay at this hotel. Staff are friendly, room is spacious and clean.

The food in the restaurant for lunch and dinner was very bad, not tasty. We tried different dishes and everything were untasted. The pillows aren't comfortable.

The property is right in the town. So convenient. The staffs were so good. They upgraded our room . Thank you very much. Very good service. The breakfast spread was tooooo good. A 4 star hotel for that price is worth it.

Most of the staff were super friendly and helpful, the male receptionist who was there when we arrived was extremely polite, greeting guests as they passed by the front desk, which was really nice and welcoming. Location was good, although it can be noisy from the traffic and police sirens in the street below us, which goes on well into the night. Breakfast buffet was generally well presented with multiple options made available. Ate in the lobby bar, food was good and well presented, great service. The duty manager Kamal was really helpful and eager to hear our thoughts on the hotel. Housekeeping staff were excellent, friendly and went out of their way to provide us with a great service They changed out the receptionist and unfortunately the young female receptionist replacement was rude and never once greeted us. Kept her head down almost constantly as people arrived or left. They constantly struggled to keep food hot at the breakfast buffet. Most mornings food including eggs were barely warm, once it was placed on the cold plates and made it to a table, it was definitely cold. There was a single bed in our room, which was not part of our request or room description and took up space unnecessarily. The windows were so dirty it was difficult to see out.

Friendly and very cooperative staff. Good location. The room we got was cozy. The size of the room was very good. The furniture were very nice and excellent. Our stay was comfortable, even though the hotel was almost fully booked, we did not feel that it was noisy. The cleanliness of the restroom floors. It always felt dusty. There was no Shataf in the toilets (water jet spray), instead there was a built in water jet in the toilet it self which was difficult to be used for us. The toilets seemed not to have an exhaust fan. I did not understand how to use there cooling/heating system. It seemed all to be set and you have no control over it.

The property is in a good location—although far from the city center, it is easily reachable. The staff were really helpful, our stay was very pleasant, and the breakfast was excellent with a wide variety of options. Highly recommended.

Older facility with some problems with bathroom door but was fixed immediately on asking.

Friendly and welcoming Staff! Special thanks to Mr. Farid and all other reception staff members. Perfect for families. Also housekeeping and room service was top notch. Will definitely consider it in my next visit. Bakery wasn’t fresh in breakfast

Great staff and facilities

Everything was great, except the breakfast, which was average Nothing !
