Clean The male reception staff were very kind and welcoming. However, I felt that the female receptionist was a bit less friendly. I hope the overall hospitality can be more consistent in the future.

We had a very comfortable stay at this hotel. The rooms were clean and the hotel was well-maintained. The breakfast was excellent — truly five-star quality with a wide variety of options. The staff were very professional, polite, and helpful. The location is great, close to Crescent Mall and within easy reach of the main tourist attractions. Overall, the hotel offers great value for money, and we would definitely stay again.

Absolutely a great experience, hotel is ideally located in the city with all of the attractions closed by. Staff is very accommodating and meet all requests pleasantly. The facilities and cleanliness is by far the best. In room dining have great menu, restaurant in the hotel also have great food. Morning breakfast has great variety to offer. Overall experience is excellent. Great view of the city from pool and gym. Garden located on 2nd floor is amazing. Had a fabulous stay.
