It was great and many thanks to guys who checked in and out. They were very very friendly. Also breakfast was great also Enterance was little bit hard to find. Hotel name was really hard to read at night and i had to look around to find at midnight?

Loved the art. Staff was very helpful. Room was huge and nicely furnished. One on the TVs in the room was broken and had to call maintenance to turn it off. There was a light on the bathroom mirror that was always on.

We would like to express our sincere gratitude for the warm hospitality and excellent service we received during our stay. Although we initially misunderstood some of the hotel policies, the reception team was incredibly welcoming and supportive. They accepted our reservation without hesitation and treated us with great kindness and professionalism. Unfortunately, we do not recall their names, but we truly appreciate their outstanding attitude and generosity. The hotel is elegant and beautifully designed, with stunning artwork and thoughtful details throughout. The rooms are refined and luxurious, and the view we enjoyed was absolutely breathtaking. Housekeeping maintained an excellent level of cleanliness, which we greatly appreciated. Our sincere thanks also go to Chef Ali and Ms. Jayran at the restaurant for their wonderful service, attention to detail, and genuine care in meeting our requests. The location of the hotel is excellent, and overall, we had a truly memorable experience. We would highly recommend your hotel and would be happy to return in the future. While everything else was excellent, we noticed that the street and traffic noise made sleeping a bit uncomfortable.

The hotel is located near from old Baku and just a few steps from Nizami. The pillows on the bed were very soft and not comfortable and the towels look old!!

The staff were very helpful and kind. I'm sorry I only was able to stay one night. I will be back. No complaints.

1. The entrance is difficult to find - the hotel name is written in black letters on a black background :), it threw us off when we arrived. But it is there, in the middle of the building front on the main street. 2. If the room faces the main street, there will be some traffic noise. Not too bad, it didn't really bother us.
