What id didn’t like? I didn’t like that I had to leave it :)) everything was more than perfect!

The staff were exceptionally polite, welcoming, and always ready to help with a smile. From the moment we checked in, the team assisted us with everything we needed and patiently answered every question we had. The breakfast was excellent, and the breakfast staff were absolutely wonderful — attentive, friendly, and professional. Although the hotel does not have its own swimming pool, we were kindly offered access to the facilities of the hotel across the street, which was a very thoughtful gesture and greatly appreciated. We stayed in Room 205 for two nights. There was a little street noise around 1:00 a.m., but it did not affect our overall experience or rest, and of course, this is not the hotel’s fault. The room was big, comfortable bed and everything was clean. The area was quiet as well yet it was close to the center which we appreciated greatly. The breakfast was excellent.

Great location, within easy walking distance to the Caspian, Old Town, and Central Baku. The hotel is charming, beautifully decorated, and intimate. Our room was spacious and comfortable, with high ceilings and an incredibly large walk-in shower. The atrium area, where breakfast is served, had wonderful natural light. Staff were friendly and attentive. A comparable hotel in Washington DC or Paris would cost at least three times as much. I can’t think of anything I didn’t like about this hotel.

The location is absolutely perfect—right in the very center, making everything easily accessible. What truly stands out, though, is the staff: incredibly kind, welcoming, and attentive. They make you feel almost like part of a family. Any request is handled immediately and with care. Highly recommended.

A charming hotel that has everything you need for a wonderful stay. Excellent location - walk out the hotel and so many great places to see just a short walk away. Plenty of lovely restaurants and cafes around the hotel too. The breakfast had plenty of delicious choices to choose from. The room was spacious and clean. The staff were welcoming, friendly and helpful. Highly recommend for a stay in the heart of Baku.

Good location. Pleasant, peaceful setting. Great selection at breakfast. Service at breakfast in the restaurant was inconsistent. On several occasions, I had to wait a long time to be served and nobody came to set the table as staff were too busy chatting among themselves and not focusing on customers.
