Our experience is amazing! First, we came two hours ahead of our check in time since we had an early flight from dubai. But they accommodated us and prepared our room already. Second, they didn't even accommodated us but also upgraded our room into Junior Suite!! And lastly, all of their staff is super friendly and accommodating. What an amazing experience it was! Surely we will be back!!! Highly recommended!!! N-O-N-E!

The building, the location. Won’t try again if we visit again. We have been to other ritz Carltons in different countries. This one needed maintenance and the staff wasn’t as friendly as in the other destinations. The big breakfast wasn’t as big and staff was just ok. They don’t even welcome their guests at reception. Lacks hospitality and doesn’t match the overall quality. The curtains in room needed repair and paint came off every time we closed the curtain.
