    It was ok, the lady at the front desk couldn’t answer any of my questions. She told me she doesn’t live in Austin. Didn’t tell me about the $7 parking. I found out the next day when I checked out. I am disable and parked in handicap space but didn’t know about the charge till next morning.

    Not a bad hotel and not a bad stay. I had a suit but I do wish the doors from each rooms can be completely closed. Got to have my privacy. Room was kept cool but would like to see an upgraded ventilation or ac. I paid a great price and I was ok 👍.

    How the rooms were set up. The bedrooms so comfortable. The breakfast was top. Everything was perfect. My room the tv wasn’t working the way I wanted it. I couldn’t connect my phone to the tv on my 2 stays. That was a bit disappointing.

    I would love to give a better review, but the office was not helpful, nor have they been responsive since. I booked a 2 night stay and tried to change it via the instructions from the hotel, but never received a response. When I showed up for my 2 night stay (as per my confirmation) the hotel had changed it to the one night stay without informing me or Expedia. I had to find another hotel, since they were fully booked for the night. For my trouble, Expedia was willing to pay for the night at another hotel, and then I was supposed to repack everything and move to the Staybridge. I informed Expedia that I would not have time (nor the inclination) to change hotels after one night. They advised me to stay at the new hotel and they would work to get me a refund if Staybridge charged me for the room that I was supposed to stay in. Of course, they charged me (it was pay at the hotel, not in advance.) I called Expedia and they have been working to get my refund, but have been unable to reach anyone with the power to do so. I tried calling as well and was told that I’d have to call back. I was also told by the staff that I “shouldn’t use these 3rd party booking sites because ‘things like this happen.” I think I’ll just stop staying at Staybridge Suites instead.

    This was a terrible experience an glass door fell on my daughter the first day of my stay and they did nothing they didn’t even clean up the glass until the next day afternoon they mad us stay in the room with no accommodation for the incident they are even trying not to give me a refund

    Breakfast ok. Requested gluten free and staff provided muffins. Asked to check in early and to leave after 12 pm checkout. Both refused. Stayed her one year ago with family for several days and staff were very attentive and couldn’t do enough. Not so much this year. I do, however, love the large roomy suites.

    This is our 2nd stay at this hotel. The room was very spacious and clean. They had 2 elevators. Only 1 was working. The working elevator had a TERRIBLE chemical smell. We had to hold our breaths every time we were in it. I checked in around 930 pm. I waited about 10 mins before someone came to the desk. They did have a sign saying they would be back, that they were helping a guest. A lady on the phone finally came from outside and checked me in. The breakfast was not good at all. TheOverall our stay was good. If they would fix the elevator smell, we would definitely stay there again.

    The staff were friendly and helpful whenever I had a question, and check-in and check-out were smooth and easy. The amenities and services were all reliable and worked just as they should, which made the whole experience stress-free. Sometimes the best thing about a hotel stay is when everything simply works the way it’s supposed to, and that was definitely the case here. It was a comfortable, dependable place to stay, and I would gladly book here again on a future trip.

    Thr room was clean but the bathroom floor was sticky and the tiles were loose. Thr bed was at least very comfortable. The hotel is in the same parking lot as Buffalo Wild Wings and parking in the front is limited. The parking lot on the side had very poor lighting and as a woman traveling by myself I did not feel comfortable parking there

I am hoping this helps with your training.

    I got an upgrade from a very friendly receptionist and all through the staff were courteous and helpful Room cleaning was poor. My room was cleaned occasionally. Had to call for fresh towels sometimes. Beddings weren’t changed sometimes 2-3 days. Same with trash!

The check in lady was very rude and terse.. there was no hello how are you today, no thank you, no your welcomes just blank states and straight to the pint answers. Checking out today was even worse. A gentlemen at the front desk said hello with a mail and the same women from check in just said you can drop keys there in box. I said is that it? As i usually give the keys to the person at the desk and get asked questions like how the day was.. all this lady said was yup.. and i walked away and she said no thank you, no you're welcome, didn't ask about the stay. The customer service is terrible. Have someone at the front desk that is excited to be at work and can at least make the customers feel welcome and noticed. Especially working at the front desk you are the fave of the hotel. Horrible experience

    Oh my God, the ladies at the front desk were really phenomenal. They were accommodating really really nice. They answered my calls. They were so friendly and the gentleman. I believe he’s the maintenance guy/shuttle driver, sweet as pie very pleasant. I’m just great the breakfast that they offer is so so good I think honestly those are the best biscuits I’ve had in my life so I traveled from Pennsylvania to Austin Taxes. I’ve never been to Texas before but I had a great time. Thank you. Highly recommend this Place.

    I had a wonderful stay here. The staff was friendly and helpful. The room was clean. It felt safe. The breakfast had a good variety of choices daily. Lots of space to get all my walking in. Several restaurants within walking distance and movie theatre. It is a haul from downtown and the Lift, Uber etc. directions to their drivers always bypassed the hotel so when I called for a car I had to make sure to stand outside by the Staybridge sign. I used their airport shuttle which was very convenient.

    We got a suite and were greeted by cockroaches upon arriving back to the hotel one night. It was very inconvenient to change rooms at 2 am. Our group ended up being split into different rooms and after showering a HUGE spider surprised my friend that she had to dry herself with a washcloth and ended up leaving to a different hotel that evening. Because we booked through a hotels.com the hotel refused to give us any kind of refund. The staff was nice and understanding but there is just no excuse specially when we paid a little under $1000 for our stay! Will not stay here again!

    Property was nice unfortunately the room we got air conditioner was dumping water onto rug. Hotel fully booked no other rooms available. Maintenance tried fixing and used a shop vac on rug. Hotel management wouldn’t give discount on room. Even though they acknowledged there was a problem. Feel sorry for whoever gets room in future because it will be a moldy mess.

    Our stay was good. Breakfast was okay, not the greatest. My only concern and complaint would be the lighting in the parking lot. It was too dark, no lights at all. We had to park in front of hotel in the restaurants parking lot because it was lit up well.

    Was really bad. To start with, I made a call to an agent to ask for early check out, but was denied as they mentioned the room will be thouroughly cleaned and ready for us. Hence, we checked in late as we changed our plan. The AC units on our room was leaking with water running to the carper, one of the room had no air conditioning since someone had closed the vents. Trrible experienc,e the hallways smelled really bad as if there we some drugs . The break fast was promosed to be good, but rhe sausages were the driest I've ever seen.     I had to walk down a hall that was swap everyday. The carpet was so wet it splashed when I walked. They only has little box fan blowing on the carpet 40 feet long. God only knows what was behind the wall I could not see. I am worried about mold. I will not be going back.

    There was booming from the upper floor all day and night and when I asked staff for a different room they said it was housekeeping making the noise and that it should stop. They also let me know changing rooms would be difficult because they were sold out for the night. The pillows were not comfortable, the TV was in a strange position from where the TV was placed making it difficult to watch TV in the bed, there was a very limited menu for breakfast, doors and flooring were dirty, pillows were uncomfortable, room was stuffy, dusty, and uncomfortable.

    The upstairs guests had children with a 4-hour tumbling session that rocked the wall art and ceiling fixtures. The front desk would not intervene until after 10 pm. I do not recommend.

    Area around hotel is less than desirable. Hotel room was musty and damp. Cockroach was found in the shower. There are lots of better areas to stay.

    My stay was wonderful. Unfortunately, I got food poisoning and spent 2 days in the hospital from their breakfast. The Doctor said, do to the time line it came from the food there.

    My stay at this hotel was unpleasant. First night I went in the middle of the night to use the bathroom and felt something on my foot look down and it was a big cockroach. Killed it and then when it was time I let the staff know. She didn’t believe me and said it might have been a different type of bug. So I went and got the trash can from the bathroom and showed it to her. She didn’t look surprised and didn’t ask me if I wanted to change rooms. I was in shock!! The carpets are dirty and has a smell to it. The room just felt warn down. I had one more night there so I decided to stay. The next morning my daughter turned on the lights to the kitchen and saw another cockroach roaming around. How disgusting!! Also, they had ants roaming around the bathroom. I have never experienced this in any hotel. Saturday’s breakfast was very disappointing. Nothing like they showed on the pictures of their website. I hope they take care of their bug infestation because my stay was not pleasant.

    Overall an average experience. Room was clean and the King bed was comfy. During check-in, we asked if there were any down/feather pillows in the room, because of our family allergies/ asthma. We were told there were none. We checked for ourselves and two of the four pillows in the room were in fact down/feather. These were replaced. We shouldn't have been lied to and should have been able to trust what we were told by the only representative of the business during check in. Nor should we have to dig through multiple layers of bedding ourselves to figure this out. The room was advertised as having a pull-out couch, which we planned for our two early grade school children to sleep on, assuming a normal pull out couch contains the equivalent of a full size mattress. This couch only pulled out into a twin. The kids made-do, but this mattress size is off the norm and should be described accurately in the room description. Breakfast was good with many fresh options, although they ran out of the kids' cereal Sunday morning. The AC/Heat worked well. The shower worked well with plenty of hot water. Kitchenette and fridge were serviceable with clean kitchenware. Hotel tries to enforce poor hygiene by not replacing used (shower) towels daily. New towels were delivered only if called down for.

    The beds were wore out and had zero support. The WiFi was terrible, the tv channels didn’t work, the guide in the tv didn’t list any of the shows. The tv had an option to stream but wouldn’t even go to the screen to stream. The people walking around in the floor above us you could hear like they were giants.

    The mattress on the pull out sofa was poor quality and even my 6 year old found it difficult to sleep on it. The breakfast was well managed on the weekend. However weekdays while I was there appeared mismanaged, ran out of bowls , hash browns were as soggy as they can get etc. I am sure with a little attention they can do great as they did over weekend. Rest of staff was very courteous and pleasant.

    Do not recommend. The only contact with staff I had was the front desk clerk. She was nice and polite. Multiple issues. I booked this hotel because it said there was a shuttle to the airport. Only available during the week. The fridge didn’t work, the light on the a/c unit strobed. The set up of the room is uncomfortable. It says it’s a suite, but there’s not a breakfast table to sit at. The TV is located to the left side of the beds, so the only place to sit and watch comfortably is a lounge chair.
