Traveling with four generations of my family, plus my sons 105 lb German Shepherd. Myself, I'm an 80 yrs old, spry great grandfather, traveling with my son, 56 yrs old, his daughter, my granddaughter, 35 old, and her son, 8 yrs, old, my great grandson, and my son's 105 lb German Shepherd. We needed an overnight stay on a longish road trip. In booking.com, I found a two bed deluxe queen room for $59, with taxes, $72. Great deal! Then hotel is an older property, however, the rooms had recently been renovated, nice inside, and very clean. Tje room had setup for 4 people, plenty of towels, soap, shampoo, etc. There is a pool, unfortunately, it was closed 'for maintenance'. The pool had been drained. The maintenance was going to be a big project. My great grandson was disappointed Pool closed, 200 sq ft room is pretty tight to move around in with two queen beds and over stuffed chair and moderate size table. But still, 4 people and a large German Shepherd made do OK, no real problems.

The staff seemed friendly enough. But when I got into the room, the shower curtain rod was busted and fell on my head when I went to take a shower. One night it rained, and water ran underneath the door into the room. The Wi-Fi only worked if I had the door open and was by the door. The TV didn't work for the first twenty-four hours.

We needed a place to rest for a few hours before our flight- clean and very affordable.

Never say cheap is cheap! This inexpensive hotel is just right!!! Rooms extremely clean, super nice front desk personnel and the tv/microwave/fridge all worked great. I had a wonderful stay!!!

Everyone was so kind and so professional

I rented a room for two nites and the first nite, all my tools were stolen off my trailer. And when I inquired about looking at the security footage, I was told that my vehicle was about to be towed if I didn't move it and was basically ignored on the security footage. There is nothing to really accommodate anyone pulling a trailer when it comes to parking either. Totally unsatisfied with my stay and experience there.

Convenient. The property was in poor repair. The bathroom mirror had been torn off the wall. The bathtub faucet leaked. There was no evidence of any attempt to keep the room in reasonable repair. I understand that these are budget accommodations; however, there is no reason for this level of inattention.

It’s a Motel 6 - it’s a good location for what I need and allows pets.

Hotel needs to remodel. Renovation. Hotel room is not appropriate to be used.

I did not like this place at all. The office person gave me a key card to a room that was already taken. I don’t appreciate that all. I had to walk all the way up there and come right back down to inform her of the mistake she had done. I seen some other rooms with crack windows which made me not feel safe at all there. Thumbs down very much disappointed.

Ther is alot of people around on the property that were not guest, the room was not clean there was bugs on the bed, the bathroom door did not close, also had a whole in it. Alot of traffic, people would park then leave, all night. It looked run down, nothing like the pictures.

This might just be the most shady motel I have ever booked. The mattress and the bedding were stained, there were bait stations all around the facility, there was some fight going on in the parking lot, and your room has a warning on the door stating for your safety to bolt and latch your door when inside. It also had a faint smell of wet garbage.

The next night, around 2 am, there were several people in the parking lot close to my room, screaming at each other, howling, waking everyone up. Again, it took awhile to get back to sleep. The room was not the cleanest and they do not get changed but 3 times a week from what I was told. The shower floor had ground in dirt. Just a mess.

Unfortunately my floor wasn’t swept or mopped prior to my arrival. The previous guest must have had a dog because there was hair everywhere. Windows were completely sealed shut which meant the only air coming in was through at AC, Triggering Allergies.

Manuel as well, went ABOVE AND BEYOND for my brother after he had his medical emergency and was admitted to the hospital he helped calm me and made sure my brothers belongings were taken care of. These two are an asset to your company!

The air conditioner didn’t work well luckily it wasn’t a hot night outside. It was cold outside at 7:30 AM. Then it was in the room. I had it on 66 the whole time. That was the slowest setting

There are more people living here than there are guests. If you stay ask for a 2nd floor room. Tweakers like to pace around the room all hours.

The room was awful. Smelled really bad. Like it was previously a smoking room. There was water damage and mold damage. And a literal hole in the bathroom floor. The staff knew about these issues and said they did not care. It doesn't matter, because people will still rent the room.

This day was terrible. The location of this motel 6 shouldn't even be advertised. Very sketchy activities going on around and outside of the hotel. The room had light blood stain splatters on the wall. Although the room appeared clean the sound of police sirens ambulance sirens and people arguing outside was enough to make me check out early.

I enjoyed my stay here. The room was clean and the beds were very comfortable. The only negative was that the wi-fi connection was very poor and internet access was spotty and extremely slow.

The overall stay was fine, no complaints about the stay. The only complaint I have is I booked a room with a queen bed and received a room with a full size bed.

The stay at this location was fairly well. It's near I-35 and with a lot of stores nearby. The only thing that felt sketchy was the amount of random people just hanging out outside that weren't part of the hotel.

Had me pay for my room smiled to my face and then when I left for work banned me from the property and kicked me out of the room and kept my things without applying me to get them. Was also called rifling through my personal belongings while I was thought to not be at the property.

It was pretty unique to have an experience where I can be banned from renting at a property and kicked out of a room while I'm not even there.

It's a Motel 6, so we weren't expecting anything fancy. However, the place wasn't very clean and several things were in disrepair. The bathroom floor was sunken in and the bathtub leaked. Some outlets weren't working. That sort of thing. I had called a few days in advance to request a mini fridge because I have medication that has to remain refrigerated. They assured me we would have one, but when we checked in they gave us a room that didn't. Fortunately, the lady at the front desk was very helpful and switched our room. She was courteous and efficient. The one other positive is that the beds were comfortable. For the price, it was about as good of a stay as could be expected.

i got in very late (1am), and i really appreciate someone being at the front desk at that hour, but this young lady was not very kind for my check in experience.

Property showed a lot of wear. Not a great neighborhood. Several things in the room didn't work (no plug for the tub, AC functional but noisy...). There are other Motel 6s in Austin, the one at Airport North is MUCH nicer

There was no bedspread or blanket of any type in the room and the AC had no control, so I ended up wearing my hoodie to bed and using my coat for a quilt. The flooring in the bathroom was coming up - I didn't use the shower. The room looked nothing like the picture on the website. I would never stay there again.

Was harassed by another guest calling my room all night. Did not know him. I was visiting from out of town. It made me very uncomfortable that I checked out in the morning. Told staff they did not care

I found this property to be unsafe (one room had no night latch on). there were people hanging out in pickup trucks blasting music in the parking lot, and being noisy. I also noticed one of the towels was dirty. On Sunday night I was unable to sleep because there were two dogs in the unit above mine that were barking late into the night (I recorded this). The hotel management was really unhelpful and were even trying to guilt trip me because i did not walk out of my room at 2 am, go to the "front desk" which was locked by the way, there was no one there, and did not tell them about it right there at 2 am. The room smelt like cigarette smoke and humidity. It was overall an awful experience.

staff was super kind, but the room was absolutely filthy. the bed was broken, there were roaches, a mysterious puddle by the bed, trash under the bed and stuck to the wall?? again, not blaming the staff as they were very kind and helpful, but we were very unhappy with our room.

Room had cockroaches which was already gnarly but it was worse the bed was literally broken in half. The tv had no remote. The door doesn’t lock it just can deactivate the key fob but does not deadbolt. Would avoid at all costs in the future.

I did not like the interaction with the front desk receptionist. I believe she had an attitude regarding my response to rules that did not apply to me and my stay. Furthermore, I came to realize that several of their hotel room was incinerated. That may be the reason for the attitude of the receptionist.

The girl at the front desk was very sweet when we I checked in. The room met super basic need of a place to sleep with a working toilet near the airport. That's pretty much where things end. Sheets and towels were stained and dirty. The shower looked questionable enough to discourage use. Thebiggest issue was that the door to my room wouldn't fully seal when closed. As a result, it sounded like it was being opened every time the wind blew or someone walked by. It didn't feel safe and I was happy to have to catch a early flight out. Unfortunately not a place I'd recommended.

When I arrived at the property, to check in, there was no one at the desk. I waited close to 20 minutes before someone came. When she did come, she was very unfriendly nd unhelpful. Ultimately, she refused to check me in and I had to go somewhere else. I think it was a blessing in disguise, though, because the property felt so unsafe and dirty.
