(Normally don't mind, just was added inconvenience) I understand not understanding what I was asking but at least try to request assistance.

The overall experience was excellent! The only issue i would say is only one elevator was working but experience was great.

My only complaint for this hotel is the toilet paper holder. You can’t remove toilet paper without the apparatus coming apart. I stayed twice and both rooms with the exact same way. If the apparatus could lock in place, this problem wouldn’t exist. It’s a small inconvenience, but it’s my only complaint.

Nice entryway with water, coffee, fresh fruit offered. Breakfast was waffles, bacon, eggs, potatoes, cereal, oatmeal... King room spacious and clean. Only one elevator was working and the electronic entry for the door closest to our room wasn't working.

Traveled with a pet. Room was clean and our experience was smooth. They had a perfect amount of towels in the room. I do like this hotel chain it seems to be fairly consistent wherever we travel. This location made it easy to get to central Austin where our activities were. I would stay here again. I will note that breakfast has gotten limited and less impressive these days but it was still adequate and nice to have included.

When we arrived we were offered a gift of snacks which came in handy later. The room was very clean, the staff were very nice and helpful. The lobby was a great location to connect to the internet and meet with a few other friends. The unlimited free access to coffee and water was great! Apple’s were also available to take for snacks.

I could not turn the AC fan to “always on” and was continually awakened by being too cold or too hot as the fan cycled on and off. As a result I was exhausted in the morning and would not stay there again. Maybe some people don’t mind as much.

Just an overall good hotel… clean, functioning and well run. Buffet breakfast was always as expected, waffle machines worked great, coffee and water was always full, fruit out to take to go. No extravagance, just super solid.

This hotel was very clean and seemed pretty new. It was in a little less hectic area of Austin but still very close to downtown. I got a great rate so that’s why I stay there saving myself $500 from another location just 5 miles away.

luke warm water for showers on both days of our stay. Stools in the room were shredding, and shower curtain was torn. This hotel needs to be updated. One of the poorer Hilton hotels I have seen.

The location & staff The bed! I have never before had a bed in any Hilton establishment that I haven’t been able to sleep on. My husband and I were unable to sleep AT ALL. The beds in room 208 needed to be replaced! They were beyond lumpy they were worn out!

Location AC unit did not work. Room was not clean. There was a sock & something else left behind. Breakfast was not available on Sunday morning

We arrived an hour after check-in and peoples rooms weren’t available. We waited 20 mins and asked about cancelling the room to which the very inept woman behind the desk said there would be a late cancellation fee. We told her nevermind and that we would wait. After waiting another 50 minutes, she asked if we were still waiting on something. Confused, we said our room, to which she replied she thought we wanted to cancel it so had proceeded to cancel our reservation. She then created another reservation and we asked her if we could swap to a different room so we could get checked in and be on our way. She said yes, tried to change the rooms, couldn’t, and called her manager to come to the hotel to help. We had a wedding and had to leave immediately, so we said we couldn’t wait anymore (it was now 6:30) and she told us we could cancel with no late fees. A week later I check my credit card statement and I have a $137 charge for the hotel. I call customer service who then loops in the hotels lobby person. I explain my situation to the female on the other end, and midway she cuts me off and says “I told you I couldn’t swap rooms because you booked through a travel company.” She didn’t and that’s why she had to call her manager to come to the hotel to help. I proceeded to say it didn’t matter, she said it does matter and then cut me off again to put me and the Hampton rep on hold. She was inept at her job and rude and not accepting of her role in this issue. Will NEVER stay at Hampton again.

This Hampton goes above and beyond. I've stayed at other Hamptons in town - none are this nice. After my first stay, I decided I'd stay here every time I visit Austin again, no matter where in the city I'm headed. Convenient location, no fuss or charge with parking, clean and updated rooms. The staff is extremely friendly and accommodating. My favorite amenities are the 24 hr access to the coffee bar (please never get rid of the vanilla creamer pump!), fitness center with a peloton, and fruit basket. I'm simple!

No place to hang the towels so they would dry out. No cup replacements after using. Electrical plug in bathroom didn't work. No shower cap. Door on bathroom provided little privacy. Four o'clock check in is too late when plane gets in at 9:30. Sticky bathroom floors. No newspapers in lobby. Will not stay at Hampton again after two bad experiences in a row. Seems to be turning into a motel 6.

Nice I was charged at the property and had already paid with booking.com. I was told it would be corrected but it has not been. I just got my credit card statement and I’ve been billed twice!

Check-in with Nora was exceptional! As walk-ins, she was both welcoming and accommodating, as we came in wet and tired from walking in the rain. She offered us breakfast and a place to store our luggage, while we searched online for rates. She gave us a good rate so we booked with her.

My room was clean and comfortable, but there was no regular coffee in mine, just decaf. The floors in hallways and common areas needed vacuuming and wet mop. One of the two elevators was inoperable. I was not given info about breakfast hours, etc. upon checking in.

I made a reservation online however upon arrival to the property I was told that there were no rooms available. I was also told that they couldn’t guarantee a room. I left my number and wasn’t contacted again. I had my pets with me and a timed event to attend that same day, which forced me to find another hotel for the night.

Very comfy bed, confusing TV streaming interface (never could get to any channel except YouTube), broken bathroom door handle and shelves, very nice and helpful staff, smooth check in, quiet room, and I would go back.

I always stay at a Hampton Inn. The locations are good, depending on the time of the year, the prices are great. I usually eat late and I help myself to fruit and toast. But there is a wonderful continental breakfast served daily.

Staff friendly. Rooms adequate. One negative was that room not cleaned, beds made after 1st night.

The hotel manager was incredibly helpful and gracious in our last-minute booking of their conference room for a family get-together, after our original plans fell through. It was a busy weekend for the hotel, but they still went out of their way to provide us with outstanding service.

I was very disappointed with my recent experience. My rate was unexpectedly changed from $120 to $250 without any prior notice or email notification. Had I been informed, I would have cancelled my reservation, as this increase was not within my budget. Unfortunately, this unexpected change had a negative impact on what was meant to be an enjoyable Texas football weekend trip. I hope this issue is addressed so that future guests are treated with transparency and fairness.

I will never stay here again. The AC was not cooling properly and the bedsheets did not smell too clean. I went down and asked for new sheets to be brought up. They never were and when I returned to my room early evening the manager was gonna end there was no way to get sheets. The AC was the tipping point though . I shouldn’t be waking up sweaty because the ac shuts off every few minutes. Staff was very rude.we went down for breakfast and then our keycard wasn’t working. Staff down there was adamant that we show an id to get the key working again. Of course we stated we came down for breakfast and our belongings were in the room. He made us feel like we shouldn’t be asking but he would do us a big favor of making our key work again. Overall the experience was not good. Rude staff. No housekeeping anywhere to be found.no fresh towels or sheets provided. Broken AC

Everything was great! We were in town for a friend's wedding and stayed 2 nights. Customer service was outstanding...super friendly and welcoming! Bed was very comfortable and and the room was nice and clean. Bathroom was good sized and the black-out curtains kept the room nice and dark at night! Amazing buffet breakfast in the morning topped it off and was definitely appreciated! Great stay!

In the heart of the South Austin/ATX hotel ghetto, so very convenient to transportation, lots of mixed dining options in a short driving distance, not far from downtown. The room was typical Hampton Inn--solid, not flashy. The vanity in the bathroom was water-damaged, but the room was otherwise fine. Breakfast was typical. Price was good; lots of competition within a half-mile along South IH-35.

(can’t remember her name but was from Orlando -name tag saying that I remember) changed my room around to be able to get me a room that was ready. I would not have made it in time for the event I was in town for if it wasn’t for her. Thank you so much! The room itself was really sparkling clean, and beds were super comfortable and tidy. I work in a different type of hospitality business and check for things like this, definitely a A . We didn’t partake in the breakfast that was offered, but smelled amazing. I will definitely consider staying here again if I ever find a need to stay overnight in Austin.

You booked a handicap accessible room when I requested a simple 2 queen room. I understand this was to save cost, busy caused a lot of headache upon check-in. Plus, someone who really needs that room was deprived of the opportunity.

The room was clean as well as the bathroom. It was quiet at night and even though I was next to an elevator, I NEVER heard anything through the night. The only thing I did not like was the television and how it would only play a few minutes while on LIVE. I had to utilize my apps such as Netflix and YouTube in order to watch television in my downtime. I did not eat the breakfast because breakfast was served at the conference, but my sister did and she spoke highly of it. My sister also work out in the gym and there was one treadmill, one elliptical, a bicycle and a few weights.

Hotel was as expected for the level and rate. It was clean and offered everything I needed for the stay.

Our stay was awesome! Our first day there we needed help jumping our car, and a custodian and a landscaper came to our rescue. Everything in the hotel worked great, hot water on demand, super comfy bed, very good breakfast food.

The room were outstanding and breakfast were excellent...

The staff was friendly and very accommodating especially with the digital system outage. The breakfast was excellent with plenty of protein and fruit options. One drawback was no room service at all for 4 nights (no new towels). However, there was an official sticker on the bathroom mirror that said room service will be provided every other day. Also, the room needed some minor repairs (desk staff took photos) and were not done right away.

Fundamentally fine but room not cleaned once in three night stay which seemed a bit off. Vending on my floor not working. Breakfast okay and ‘free’. Staff nice. Pool decent and skimmed each morning. Nothing nearby to eat or buy food if you don’t have a car. No bar.

This hotel was very good from the service of the employees to the hotel facilities.

Close to the airport and overall quiet while we stayed for one night, would stay again.

Only thing I can say, there was a bit of mold around the base of the shower or it was some sort of black something.

The rooms were clean and hotel was quiet.

Dee Dee was friendly and informative.

The stay was comfortable. The biggest positive is the hotel is near major highways, convenient stores, gas stations, restaurants, scenic areas, etc. The only negative was the LG TV because it was hard to select channels and move on to other features. Not the best but not the worst.

Employees were very friendly, location was great for us. The rooms were clean, and we had everything we needed for our stay! Will definitely be back!
