A “never could go wrong” place to stay in downtown area. This hotel is awesome, the room itself is cozy. The location itself is not too far of a walk to 6th street bar district, a 7-Eleven, and Chikfila just to name a few. Unfortunately the biggest inconvenience I personally had is looking for parking spot since I drove, ultimately ended up going to those garages where you receive a ticket at the entry then pay for exiting which adds up quickly. Overall the stay itself was fantastic! The parking is where it can get tricky and be a hassle

I have stayed at this hotel for about three times. But this past time the staff were really trying to crack down on the outside drinks at the pool, which I understand. But I do not like being questioned anytime I have my cooler getting filled with ice at the bar and they automatically assume I am going to the pool when I have a whole lake day plan instead. Also, the parking sucks. Beware you may pay $80 a night for parking.

The room itself was nice. The room is small though and definitely has a modern almost futuristic feel to it. The amenities inside the room are nice. An iPad is provided that helps control lighting, blinds, and the tv. It is supposed to control the air conditioner as well but it was not working very well. Our room was so hot the entire weekend that I had to call the front desk and they provided a table top fan at least. Above all the main reason I will not be returning for another stay here is the parking and bag unloading/loading situation! Beware that this hotel does not have their own private parking lot or garage and there is no parking available around the property. The closest parking available is the parking garage next door but the elevators for that parking garage are not connected to the hotel whatsoever which means you will have to trek with all of your luggage/bags down the parking garage outside around the block and then finally you get to the hotel…. Not ideal whatsoever. If I had researched better and knew that would be the accommodations for parking I would’ve paid the extra money to stay somewhere with a luggage dolley or valet service at least.. no dolleys available too btw. Definitely more of a minimalist hotel for someone who only has a backpack or one tiny suitcase.

The hotel had a very modern look and was clean. However the technology was not the easiest to use (coming from someone in their 20’s). I would use the tablet to turn the air conditioning down and the temperature never regulated. The rooftop pool and bar was a nice addition, but if you are traveling with kids I would not recommend. The check in/checkout process was odd. They show it being fully self instructed but the workers would intervene and decided to ask questions when we are already leaving. Even though there were more than six workers just sitting there. They also have no designated parking garage or validation. When we asked about it the worker just explained how a parking garage works…

Nice hotel but room was tough due to positioning of the bed. Have to crawl over your partner to get out of bed. Rooms are the size of a small cruise ship cabin. Otherwise a nice hotel near a lot of the good spots in Austin. I’d give it 4.5 stars all totaled.

Hopefully Marriott leaves it be.

The hotel was really neat, we loved the ambiance and all the cool decorations. The staff was very helpful with an issue I had that happened before I arrived and everyone was very friendly. Love that the bar inside was open until 2am. The rooftop pool/bar was also cool, wish we could’ve gotten to go for a swim while we were there. The only thing is you have to pay for parking in one of the parking garages next to the hotel. I paid about $37 for one night. Overall stay was great. The room was really cozy and I loved the tablet-controlled room lights and tv for the vibes. Would definitely stay again.

Property is super cute and comfy for a small room. Staff were all amazing, super friendly and helpful. Gym could be better, some machines maybe and the peloton mirror wasn’t working and one treadmill was wobbly.

I really liked the big bed, the privacy for the bathroom, loved the little vanity mirror. Loved how everything was electronic and controlled with an iPad. Loved the black out curtains and blinds. DIDNT have Netflix, Hulu, Disney. Not very much good tv platforms. PARKING!!
