The noise went well on after midnight and started up again early. The next morning we informed the front desk of the issue and they had us moved to another room within 30 minutes. We later learned that a large breed dog with zoomies was the culprit. I love dogs, but love my sleep too. We appreciated the speedy resolution to our dilemma and look forward to staying here again.

My stay was OK. If you stay a week, they will try to charge you extra to clean your room. :(

The location was fantastic. We didn't know what to expect but as soon as we checked in we were greeted at the front desk with a warm friendly welcome. Check in was fast & easy. The room was large, clean and well stocked kitchen. We will definitely stay here again. They didn't clean our room when we left for the day but when we called down for more towels they were brought to our room quickly by a friendly staff member.

We have stayed here 3 times while my going to St. David's Hospital. Love the mini kitchen in all rooms and the supplies room if you forget anything.

The best stay since I been in Austin. The staff is amazing.The General Manager Ms. Linda is just humble and transparent. Her energy is everything you can feel it when you are speaking with her. Also Christen! I hope I spelled that right. He was such a great understanding gentleman. Thanks y'all!

The property was extremely clean. The lobby and elevator smelled so fresh and clean, they both had a very pleasant fragrance as you find in 5-star hotels. The front desk staff members were so friendly and attentive. They gave excellent service. I enjoyed talking to Ms. Linda when I was at the front desk. Everyone was very responsive to my requests and needs. The room was quite clean, comfortable and spacious. It had everything I needed including a fully equipped kitchenette and full size refrigerator. The Dove personal care products are a nice extra to have available in the room. The parking lot was well lit and I felt safe coming in at night. Great location for where I needed to go in town. I really enjoyed my stay there. I'll definitely return.

Christian checked me in quickly and was super friendly and helpful. The room was very spacious and extremely clean. The bathroom was spotless. Also the location was close to family event and other stores and shopping. Will be back again!!

Front desk staff was very friendly and check in was quick. The location worked for me since I was traveling to a concert and it was at a good distance. It's also a very quiet area. It was a good stay.

Please be really careful with booking this hotel. It's a well known chain, but the management of this hotel seems like wanting to trick you. I think the best thing is free laundry opportunity, but it's outhweight by the bad behavior of the stuff and the manager. My favourite sentence of the front desk is: "your are not qualified for room service" On the website the hotel alleges housekeeping every day, but in reality the room is cleaned only once a week. Even upon request the decline to clean your room (without a surcharge of 25$). Further, they charge you after departure (without notifying you) for items allegedly broken. After our departure they charged us for a allegedly broken laundry basket 25$. This is fraud. The do not offer breakfast. The hotel offers public available grills at the outside. BUT look at the pictures, in what disgusting conditions this grills are.

Nothing in the are to walk to such as food or coffee - it is in a maze of newish construction next to a major freeway.

Very clean and convenient to everything we had planned. Bed was comfy. At check in, Christian was very helpful and efficient. Upon checkout, I waited at desk for 10 minutes without seeing anyone working. Another gentleman had been there even longer and said the same thing. Still a nice place to stay.

I rented the 2 king suite and paid for a 2 king suite and was given a 2 queen suite. Being 2 very large men staying with their daughters this a was need. When we called down to the desk once entering the room we were told that it is a request and you dont honor all requests. Why have the option on the website and why did i pay for kings when that is only a suggestion to the hotel staff. Not super thrilled and was not the experience i was hoping to have. Spending multiple nights in beds that are to small is not how i want to spend my money. Oh and to put the cherry on top this hotel smelt like Marijuana the entire time I was there. Definitely not a place to stay if you are in Texas for any kind of sport related activity.

We went to the Orange and White longhorn game.. hotel is great.. staff was excellent and friendly.....Only thing is this hotel does not offer breakfast-- but that was on me... you get used to every hotel offers breakfast, that i didnt even think about it untill the following morning ...but like i said.. that was on me for not reading the details

The hotel and staff were very nice. My only complaint was that the tv did not work in our room. They said they replaced it the same date, but when we came back, it still would not work. They gave me a 20.00 discount, but feel it should have been a little more.

Location is on the edge of a shady neighborhood.room thermostat kept turning off so room was stuffy, it was supposed to be an efficiency thing for when the room was vacant but it wasn't sophisticated enough to know we were still inside, just sleeping.

The location was great as it related to travel at the intersection of two major highways. Christian at the front desk, was VERY, VERY helpful. Places should have more people like him.

The room was spacious and clean. I always have a comfortable sleep at this hotel with their linens and pillows. The location is situated in a way that I could get to multiple highways in no time. I love the kitchen area, although this time my microwave didn't seem to warm up or it could've been my error. Either way I had a great stay and will definitely return when I'm in town!

The room was very nice and the beds are comfortable, I liked that there was a little desk/table. The room was bigger than a usual double queen, there is a mini kitchen with a full size fridge. The hot water is really hot and plenty of water pressure. I would definitely stay here again.

I’ve stayed here several times for business and consistently had a good experience. It’s always clean, quiet, has friendly staff, and easy parking. It feels much safer than the other places I’ve stayed, but is still conveniently located. I love the fridge and kitchen in all the rooms, too. Consistent experiences for me every time!

The hotel was easy to access, clean, and pet-friendly. My daughter had dinner with her Houston Livestock Show and Rodeo committee that met after they delivered Austin their invitation by way of Pony Express.

Initially my friends and I were a little upset when we received a phone call that the biggest room we booked had broken air conditioner, so we wouldn’t be able to stay in the room. Fortunately for such a busy weekend, they still had rooms and we’re given another. When we arrived to the room, we were amazed by how spacious it was, super clean, and you know it’s clean when the bottom of the toilet is white and not yellow! We were really close to all the touristic stuff and in a safe/quiet area. The employees were really nice and in less than 24 hours after checkout- CandleWood Suites worked with the website I booked the hotel through to reimburse me for the room change.

The ac in the two queen bed room was not very good either. It would turn on and off, not aure if it was on a timer or what but even at that the room wouldn’t get cold enough to sleep comfortably.

The facility was very clean. There were plenty of towels in our room. The staff was friendly and helpful. The hotel is as located near a major highway. The price was reasonable.

Had people trying to open our door at night, maintenance as well trying to open our door without announcing themselves. Asked about this when we were leaving and they said we told them our door was broken and we didn’t.

The walk in shower was awesome and the big fridge as well as the mini kitchen with dishwasher. I also loved that there were dishes and pots and pans to use as well as the shampoo, conditioner, and bodywash in the shower. I also loved the desk in case of work, and the recliner. I just loved everything about it.

We got a suite with attached kitchen along with all utensils needed for the kitchen. Really liked that option!

Nice staff, clean, quiet, easy parking and comfy bed. Will definitely stay again!

Nice room, quiet, good internet and tv

As an IHG club member, my family has frequented Holiday Inn Express hotels across the country. We saw this IHG property in Austin, Texas, and decided to give it a try. We loved it and will definitely be back in the future! The location and facilities were absolutely perfect for our needs - fully equipped kitchen (no oven); large main room; two queen beds; large desk and work area; large bathroom. While there was no "free breakfast" or daily housekeeping, the kitchen allowed us to cook our own meals, as needed. There was also a covered patio and bbq grills, so we were able to be outside to enjoy the lovely Spring weather. Perfect!
