The room was very nicely done EXCEPT for cleaning the AC filter...it smelled very dusty! In the hallway was great..smelled like new paint and fresh. I did appreciate the GRAB and GO breakfast. My flight was super early. However it should only be individually wrapped items.

ALl was good except the person above me would run and jump at 3 am in morning. There should be a sign like at the hotel I am at now that says after 10 no noise from guest. The fact that they sounded like a stampede ( no joke ) at 3am to about 5am was annoying. I yelled knocked and they still continued.

The rooms were so humid, EVERYTHING was soaking wet - bedding, carpet, our clothes, even our shoes. It was horribly uncomfortable. There was also no coffeemaker in the room as advertised in the amenities.

The reason for picking this hotel was to have a REST day by the pool on Sunday. The pool has been out of order and no mention of it on line. Very disappointed.

She actually seemed to have an attitude because of my complaint. Also, when I checked in a had to pay a $25 deposit in which the lady at the front did not give me a valid reason why. I had already paid for everything online. Overall, we managed things the best we could, even though we had to use the lobby restroom everytime we had to go.

The facilities were modern and updated as well as clean, and the staff was friendly, professional, and helpful. We enjoyed our stay and would stay again.

It was very clean and very quiet especially been the airport area . It was right off the freeway. Which made easy to commute. I will stay there any again. Only thing l didn't like mattress they were very firm . It was not good for my back another that it very nice clean and breakfast was average

The beds were extremely uncomfortable. There weren’t enough towels or bedding for the number of people we had. We had to go to the front desk to get more blankets and towels.

Parking was a nightmare! Several people were double parked. There was 3 big box trucks in the parking lot taking up spaces. I ended up having to park out on the street. The ramp (sidewalk) coming from the road was awful! The concrete was cracked, inwhich couldve lead to someone tripping.

I was not made aware that the pool was not open during my stay. I went to this hotel for convenience and amenities which to find out there was none. I was very disappointed

Our room smelled like pet urine. We do not have pets and should not have been given this room. The carpet needs professional cleaning.

It was quiet, peaceful. The bed was amazing, plenty of chargers, though I couldn’t watch Netflix but luckily I had my iPad. I enjoyed my Mother’s Day stay overall and the lady at the desk was kind and helpful.

Nice, easy place to stay at a good price. Breakfast was decent. Place was clean and nice.

The night staff at this location was friendly. The parking lot was well lit and it felt safe. The condition of the hotel was good. We did have some issues in our room. There were hairs inside and by the tub. One of the beds had dirt under the pillow. The coffee table was smeared with something clear. Last but not least, there was chip crumbs in between the beds on the carpet. I was very disappointed with the cleanliness of this room.

Hardworking housekeepers were excellent, professional and friendly. Every one of them. At desk Tommie was fabulous. So informative and energetic, and he put us all at ease. Very special person who solved several minor problems for us with aplomb. We’re very appreciative. The only problem is that the pool was not available and it didn’t seem to be high on the priority list.

Although the beds and the bathroom were clean, I felt like the floors had not been vacuumed at all. A little disappointing. As we were leaving guests from a ground floor room had simply taken the screen off their window and were coming and going through it.

The room was spacious and very clean. The shower lacked water pressure and one of the tableside lamps was missing its knob from the switch control, but overall, very comfortable. Breakfast was better than simple continental offers, but still lacked flavor.

We were sad the pool was closed - we are from Canada and it was warm out so we would have enjoyed using it - it was unfortunately not mentioned that it was closed. The location is close to the airport with ample parking. The room was clean, the bed was fairly comfortable, and the breakfast was warm. The sink in the bathroom did not drain, and when I entered the room after checking in around midnight in the middle of an ice storm, the air conditioning was blowing and took a while to warm up.

We left so early for our flight that we couldn't stay for breakfast. We like the location and it was an easy drive to the airport. We will definitely stay there again if the need arises. Great price too. A+.

The receptionist was delightful! She was so polite and helpful! The breakfast was phenomenal! They had all kinds of different gourmet coffees to choose from! The coolness clean and open, my kids loved it! The beds were very comfortable! The air conditioning was cold! I loved the complimentary soaps and lotion in the bathroom! Everything was perfect for our stay!! I loved everything about my stay!

Hotel advertised "Airport Shuttle" but the desk attendant informed me at check in that this service was no longer available. Ended up adding another $70 out of pocket for Lyft services. Requested and was given ADA room; however bathroom had no assistance bars at toilet or in shower. Very disappointed in my hotel choice.

Nothing The web site said there was a shuttle and there is not and they’ve never refunded me. The manager on the phone said he did a guy behind the desk said he did spend three weeks. Still don’t have a refund even after I sent them the picture of the screenshot of the website..

Check-in clerk was awesome. Very helpful and upbeat at a busy time of evening. Room was spacious and clean as was the bathroom. Fitness center is well equipped. Breakfast area was big enough and selection was as expected with two waffle makers.

Location is ideal for catching early flights. Our check in attendant was bubbly and very nice. Room was very clean. Coffee was delicious. The pillows were quite hard. That's my only suggestion.

Very friendly front desk staff, who let us check in a little early. And very good checkout time if your flight is in the afternoon Great coffee machine in the breakfast area! They stopped offering the shuttle bus, (but Uber gives a good alternative)

There were roaches in the damn hotel. And I didn’t say anything because I was so exhausted and sleep deprived and I also had no money to go anywhere else. But the roaches really disgusted me and ruined the experience. Even jumped out of my loofa in the shower. I bet they’re coming out that drain. Gross.

Hotel was convenient for airport stay. Hotel and room had a weird smell and flat pillows. Air conditioner was loud and rattled. Looks like a new hotel but I think they are trying to remodel and update but it is really an older hotel.

Friendly & helpful staff; appears to be a family operated place. Business center use required me to start up the computer, get assistance with login, and ask for paper to print.

The breakfast selections were limited and processed foods and the coffee wasn't even very good sadly.

My biggest disappointment was the breakfast.

The hotel was under renovation during my stay (flooring replacement) I was moved from my original room when construction reached that area of the hallway, the second room was nicer than the first.

The check in clerk was EXCELLENT!! We got a suite as it was 4 people and it had enough room to lounge and not be on top of each other. And that is were the good stops. The hot water was luke warm at best, the breakfast was the worst appointed one I've seen, the pool was so dirty the adults in the group wouldn't get in. I do not recommend this place.

One more thing. There were no mirror in the room (this is an important item to use while someone else is in the bathroom)

I enjoyed the stay other than the $55.00 early check in fee for checking in 2 hours early when our room was already ready for our stay. It was 100 degrees outside so would have been nice to not be charged half a night's stay for 2 hours.

I would not recommend that anyone stay at this hotel due to the potential of insects invading your room, your belongings and biting you. Due to this horrible experience, we have now officially written off Best Western hotels as places to stay in the future.

The staff was great. We left early to the airport and they packed us a bag breakfast. The hotel did not look anything like the pics. The pool was green. The halls had paint missing on the walls and the carpet was dirty.

The only god thing about this property is the front desk gentleman TOMMY. He was extremely helpful and very personable. Other than Tommy, this place is a dump. Property looks run down and the room was dirty. There was a spider on our bed, stains on the sheets & towel, and just felt nasty. We wanted to cancel our stay and the manager had us waiting for over 30 minutes and never showed his face. The gentleman at the front desk called the manager (who was on site) multiple times and he simply ignored our request to speak to him. We were able to cancel through Expedia instead but I would never stay here again.

The grounds had trash everywhere. The landscaping hasn’t been taken care of. Difficult to walk our dog because of all the holes in the ground you can’t see. No comfortable seating in the lobby. The beds were clean and seemed fresh but the room didn’t. The swimming pool was not swimmable. The water was green. My 11 yr old granddaughter was looking forward to swimming because it was over 100 degrees outside. Sadly she was disappointed.

Property was being remodeled. Workers blared their music while pairing.. front desk was nice. We had to move rooms to a double bed and employee accommodated. Otherwise, place isn’t as clean as usual Best Westerns. It’s in a location with a bunch of other hotels.. also not far from not so good side of town. Pool was acceptable— cloudy though.

Upon arriving at hotel you will be greeted by the construction mess and this was not mentioned prior to booking, then asked to show them your card you paid with to get a $50 hold and get returned upon check out and now I just got charged the full amount for the stay that I had already paid on hotels.com, then you can get into the elevator which has an expired service date for inspection save your time and go somewhere else horrible experience when I called about the double charge they just hang up on you!!!!!!!

Parking was unorganized, had a hard time parking my vehicle. The parking area should be monitored to have people parking correctly. The room smelled like moister. The bathroom had a bad tile job, water does not drain properly. Overall, not the best experience.

I stayed at this property back in eary March,it was under going renovation, its now early May and its still under going renovation.Fire the contractor.

They were renovating the property. Specifically painting walls. The carpet in the halls and the front doors to the building looked terrible, but our rooms were nice.

Check in was easy and attendant was polite and professional. I did notice that there was less expensive recognized that might be taking a risk in booking a room that was less than some others. Hotel was under remodeling so things were definitely less than in appearance, mostly cosmetics. Bedding was clean. Room needed to be painted and carpet definitely needed, trim pulled up off night stand. Bed and pillows were comfortable. No offensive odors. Breakfast was out at 7 and I was able to get freshly brewed coffee at 645am. I did ask for a wake up call and didn't receive one. Coffee maker in room didn't adequately heat water room 112.

When we first checked in we weren’t aware the hotel was going to have construction going on and being repainted but we let it be when we got to our room it had a mildew smell that was very unpleasant considering we had a new born with us. Overall we ended going to another hotel due to the paint smell and construction. The staff was nice but we should’ve been told the hotel would have construction going on

However, the fact that it's being painted is good as it's needed upgrading. The breakfast was good. The bed was comfortable.
