Best stay I have ever had !!!

Tub/Shower drain appeared to be broken, took a show in 3 inches of water. Call for maintenance but never showed. Check in was listed at 4pm, I got there at 5pm and the room/view that I requested was not available, 2-double facing the Mercedes-Benz stadium. Instead they had me in a 1-king room, needed to doubles so the only room like that was on the side facing away from the Stadium. Mind you, it was only an hour after check-in.

I loved everything about the hotel and my visit. My onl;y take away is give people an option to not use your staff for everything. If i would like to take my bags to my own room with a hotel cart, I should be giving that option. I was told only the employees could use the cart. Other than that it was a great World Cup experience.

Can’t say enough about this hotel. We came for the World Cup and they rolled out the red carpet for everyone. Clean and centrally located. Also, the breakfast was amazing! Next time we visit we will definitely be staying here again!

Very clean and convenient to State Farm arena.

Great hotel and really good service with the property being packed with world cup going on!
-
I got to the hotel late at night They made me wait a long time for my room and then when I got to the room it was occupied. To make it better they gave me a suite which I didn’t have time to enjoy because I had an early flight

Above and beyond accommodating, relatable and genuine staff. Amazing access to surrounding entertainment and outer Atlanta area. Clean maintained room and great variety of food options, especially their breakfast buffet available in their Nest restaurant. Possibly the best hotel experience I’ve had. Hands down.

The staff at the front desk was very nice and professional. Reginald helped my son and I assist us with a cab and due to the high level traffic at the end of the Espana soccer game he escorted us to the main street to help us locate the cab. Thank you Reginald! You all made our first time at ATL the greatest !

Everything was great with the exception of valet. The attendants were amazing and kind but very overwhelmed with the amount of people and cars.
-
From check-in to check out, our stay was amazing! The front desk staff, and valet were so respectful and helpful. We got breakfast included with our stay and everything was so delicious - omelets made to order ( chefs kiss ). I will definitely be back my next time in Atlanta.

One of the biggest advantages of this hotel is its location. We were able to walk directly from the hotel to the stadium without needing a rideshare, dealing with traffic, or crossing multiple busy streets. That convenience alone made the stay worthwhile. Parking was $50 for hotel guests, which we felt was reasonable considering many nearby lots and event parking options were charging even more. Having secured parking at the hotel made things much easier during such a busy event weekend. The hotel itself was clean, modern, and well-maintained. The only minor drawback was that the elevators were a bit slow, but with so many visitors in town for events, that was understandable. We did not have a chance to eat at the restaurant or visit the bar, so we cannot comment on those amenities. However, based on our overall experience, we would definitely consider staying here again for future events in Atlanta.

The staff were friendly and professional, and check-in/check-out was smooth. Any interactions we had were positive and helpful, which made the stay feel more relaxed. One of the highlights was the overall convenience and location, which made it easy to get in and out without stress. It worked well for a short stay or stopover.
