The hotel itself was good, the food from the restaurant did not meet standard. Very disappointed with both dinner and breakfast.

Due to bad weather, only amenity to be used was main restaurant which was good. Returning to room at 8:45, we arrived to an unidentified horrid smell. My child then got in her bed to find a beetle on her pillow. We cleaned the room yet again making sure there were no more insects in the room/bedding. Much consideration was given about reporting insect in bedding, because requesting housekeeping seemed a huge inconvenience to them. We did decide to report the insect finding to the attention of the desk and solutions offered were as follows: -housekeeping to change sheets if we wanted (I declined as getting towels took 3 hours in total) -question as to if we had a terrace as bugs get in there. (Which we didn’t) -compensation of 2 nights valet $130 total Considering there was a $400 undisclosed “resort fee” at time of check-in, the lack of willingness to provide housekeeping and presence of insect in bedding was unacceptable. Will not return!

BEAUTIFUL hotel and a short walk to the State Farm arena, as well as restaurants. The staff was super friendly and the rooftop has a great view of the city. Can’t wait to return.

visiting for work. Check in was a breeze and staff was very friendly. Ate breakfast on site one morning. Good choices and not crowded. Room was large and clean. Bathroom was very spacious. Quiet location and bed was very comfortable. Air conditioner was quiet and kept the room at a comfortable temperature. Would recommend this hotel as it is walkable and convenient to many locations.

The hotel's design is absolutely stunning—sophisticated, elegant, and thoughtfully curated. Unfortunately, my visit was short and the rainy weather kept me from fully exploring the property, but what I did experience left a lasting impression. I spent some time at the bar one evening and found the atmosphere to be classy and inviting, with attentive and professional service. The room itself was beautiful and comfortable. The bed provided a great night's sleep, the city view overlooking downtown Atlanta was lovely, and the shower was one of my favorite features. I also appreciated the luxurious touches like the robe and slippers, as well as the well-designed lighting throughout the room. The in-room dining was outstanding. I ordered the steak, and it was delicious. The minibar was equally impressive—tempting enough that I'll definitely have to indulge a little more on my next visit. As someone who enjoys luxury hotel experiences, Hotel Phoenix easily earned a spot on my list of favorite places to stay in Atlanta. Even with a brief visit, the service, amenities, comfort, and overall ambiance exceeded my expectations. I look forward to returning and experiencing even more of what the property has to offer.

The entire property was immaculate & it is clear that a great deal of thought had gone into every detail. The room itself was exceptional. Everything was intentionally arranged & stocked with amenities that made the stay feel elevated. I also thoroughly enjoyed the outdoor pool deck! The space is absolutely stunning with comfortable seating & incredible views of the stadium. The location was another major advantage. Most attractions were either within a short walk or a quick Uber ride. I dined at the Zephyr Restaurant multiple times (even though there were so many good options nearby) because it was just that great! The food, service & overall dining experience were outstanding. The fitness center was equally impressive (well-equipped & great views that actually made me want to spend time there)! This hotel exceeded my expectations in every way. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to both business and leisure travelers!

This hotel is lovely, but I had a terrible experience with the hotel is very loud. Kept me up all night long. I was there on work, and it was not an enjoyable experience. I would NEVER stay there again. NEVER recommend.

The service was definitely top tier the night manager Alexis was so helpful she went over and beyond to get us accommodation for the experience we had at a different hotel which was so nice she was a blessing as well as the other lady on shift the night of the 12th I was overwhelmed she stepped in helping us so professional God bless her heart the rest of the staff also gave great service the hotel was so clean well stocked and Offer so many amenities I rate the service 10/10 the in room dining was amazing food was 10/10 also and can’t forget about the overall experience excellent I’m looking forward to coming back again any issues they going out there way to fix any issues including ones that didn’t have anything to do with there hotel this most definitely touched my heart Thanks again Alexis Webb for your help while having empathy / patience during my visit you so deserve a raise or a higher position you’re a blessing also having the ability to be impartial to all my God continue to bless you and your staff thanks again I recommend this hotel to everyone and I can’t forget about Jamal he’s such a wonderful guy he also helped us out

Absolutely loved the location! The place looked wonderful inside and the 3rd floor bar “Bless Your Heart” is absolutely adorable! There is quite a bit of construction going on to the buildings at the back side of the hotel. Also, the trains that run below the building level can be loud during the night, so the “light sleeper” said in the room.

Unbelievable surprise! The staff was excellent from the drop off up until the Uber retrieved. Had the opportunity to eat both in the restaurant and room breakfast and don't believe I could have found any better on all of Atlanta. Good job everyone!!👍✌️
