    This hotel was amazing. Was in town for a concert and this hotel was the perfect location and within walking distance of State Farm Arena. The staff there was super nice and helpful. The rooms are very spacious and clean. I’d highly recommend staying here and I will be back soon.

    On our first night stay, the Kleenex were wet in the box, the toilet paper roll fell off when trying to tear the tissue. Holder was broken. Reported these issues the next morning and was told they would take care of it while we were gone for the day. Came back to find out they not only didn’t fix anything , but they never serviced (cleaned) our room! They also don’t have room darkening curtains. Our room was lit up all night. And the under the bed lighting kept coming on without us moving at all! The front desk staff was very kind and hospitable, but the care of the rooms was terrible. I wouldn’t stay there again.

    This is a decent and clean hotel. Overall the stay was good, excellent staff. My biggest issue is the the lack of refrigerator in the room, the non-working Alexa system, the broken door handle that had to be repaired at my request. The general area is good and safe and the hotel has nice security guards that are serious.

    Clarence was excellent when checking in. The staff at the parking garage was top notch. The night staff did a great job wrestling the needs of the guest against those people there for a show. Cooks were great re-firing the grill for a last minute order. All and all everything was great. The price for breakfast was a bit high. $19.98 per person is much especially when it comes to younger adults (under 16). There's no way around it, but the foot traffic and noise through the hallways after the show was awakening. Again, not much you can do when its a show night

    The staff was great very helpful and informative. But as far as my stay overall poor there is no free continental breakfast, they charge a 25% service charge at the bar. The room I expected all features to work they caught my eye and it wasn’t….stains on the carpet, couch and tables, even the main counter had a big crack in it barely repaired and noticeable. The bathroom shower had low pressure and the room had half a roll of toilet paper and no extras, no refrigerator no smart tv felt like I was living in a 90s apartment . They had construction on the 6th floor I was staying which had a mess in the hallway and held the elevators up. For the price I paid for this stay I was robbed of my experience to add insult $173 in parking fees to a 3rd party service attached to the property makes no sense at all. I would not recommend or stay here again. Positive take away dry cleaning service and rooftop bar !

    Staff was pretty okay Really a poor experience as a first time traveler to Atlanta. First room upon check-in room 211 had stains on both the floor and the couch. Surprisingly only the bathroom was clean everything else was subpar so I requested another room… this ended up being room 218, not much better with a large stain on the floor but this time with less stains on the couch and similarly clean bathroom. Although other furniture showed wear and tear. When you travel all day sometimes going to battle against things like this after trying once you rather leave alone.     Location is great for State Farm Arena very easy walk. The staff were excellent on trying to assist and help. There was some net flex movie being filmed and we couldn’t go to the rooftop bar so that was a disappointment The main complaint was that I had a very difficult time finding the parking lot, they had road closed all around there for this movie and I’ll just kept riding in circles there was no sign to tell where the hard rock parking was or if there was I never saw it. I was very very distraught before I ever found parking which is actually shared with the apartments on the same corner and I saw the sign for the apartment parking just not for the hotel parking we didn’t care too much for the breakfast that was offered of course it was not free and it didn’t look that good to us so we went and ate somewhere else, but that’s just our opinion. Staff was amazing and I will definitely come back again!

    All the staff were so nice and helpful! The room was also very clean. Something I will say is, we missed house keeping because we were still in the room so we weren’t able to get new sheets or towels. I asked the lady at reception if she could get them to go up there and she said yes. When we got back to the room are sheets weren’t changed and we didn’t have more towels.. That’s really the only thing that went wrong. Everything else about to stay was great!

    Very good location the staff was very nice and very open about the prices. The one issue I had was the rooftop bar was not open it is only open on certain days. Also, you have to pay for parking and it’s around $48 a night was not informed that when booking overall really nice hotel and really friendly staff.

    The hotel was beautiful & near Statefarm arena . One thing we didn’t like was the food ! Chicken tacos WERE HORRIBLE ! Chicken was hard & food was COLD ! The other thing we didn’t like was hotel staff didn’t let us know about the events that were going on at the hotel. We were leaving the hotel to find something to do & it was a whole party in the lobby with a Dj which we loved but we had no idea .     The room itself was modern, comfortable, and mostly clean. The hotel has a really cool vibe and aesthetic, and I appreciated the added security measures requiring room keys to access certain floors. I understand the intention is safety, although it did make moving around the hotel late at night a little inconvenient at times. There were a few downsides during our stay. We noticed what appeared to be a small blood stain on one of the pillowcases. I can’t fully confirm where it came from, but it definitely wasn’t something you want to see when settling into a room. The biggest issue was customer service. Some staff members were helpful, but others came across as dismissive or unnecessarily rude, especially regarding replacement room keys. One security guard near the elevators in particular handled a situation very poorly. I was actively speaking with another staff member when she abruptly interrupted instead of simply saying “excuse me” professionally. The interaction felt unnecessarily aggressive and left a bad impression. Ironically, once it was clear we were hotel guests, the tone completely changed. Parking was also more difficult than expected. Paying $45 per night for self-parking felt excessive, especially considering how inconvenient the process was. Transporting luggage from the garage to the room was confusing and cumbersome, and there wasn’t much guid

    Arrived to hotel. Perfect location for downtown amenities. Upon entering room no toilet tissue. Call down to front desk and was immediately put on hold. Had to wait thirty minutes. No one arrived. Had to go to lobby and get tissue from front desk. This situation took an hour away from my time of enjoying myself. Sleep not restful as loud ac unit with use of ear plugs to rest. Costly valet and rooftop restaurant. Not my first choice for a great stay.

    Every staff member was super friendly and helpful. The hotel is very modern. Beautiful, spacious room. Loved the bar/lobby area downstairs along with the studios/sound proof conference room. Went for a concert at the state farm arena so great location also. Quick uber $10/$15 to get mostly anywhere downtown. The room did not have a mini fridge (stated they’d be available for an additional charge).

    It’s right next to the Mercedes stadium and you can look down into the busy roads and the places beyond the hotel. For some reason the air conditioner in the room would get really humid once you change it to 63 and it smells like water and heat (humidity) which could lead to mold if that was the case.

    Although I did not get a chance to try the food on the property, I was happy to know that there were options for a quick snack and drink options available on the property. The staff was excellent!! Im not from Georgia and I can say the many times I've visited the area and surrounding areas being at this hotel was top tier experience. Everyone I've encountered went above and beyond my expectations. I will definitely be back when visiting the area.

    Overall it’s a great hotel. The only downside of this hotel is the Samsung tvs don’t give you access to apps like Netflix Hulu etc. I love the location being right across the street from Mercedes Benz stadium. The room layout is great. The bed and sheets are comfortable. I love the platform bed style. The bathroom feels like a luxury hotel. All of the staff were nice and accommodating from the front desk to security to valet to cleaning staff to restaurant/bar staff simply everybody. The rooftop restaurant is great the food was tasty and super fresh. They had a DJ since it was Cinco de Mayo that added to the view and great vibes.

    El hotel esta muy centrico y accessible para ir a los conciertos en el State Farm Arena. El mismo se encuentra en remodelacion y se escucha el ruido hasta la habitacion.     Check in was easy to find at the "Will Call" -- the front desk staff were friendly and helpful. We had a king room on the 9th floor and enjoyed the city view. The room was well-appointed, modern, clean, & spacious. We spent some time in the lobby bar - we enjoyed a couple of cocktails and some wings on the patio. The food and drinks were tasty and it was nice to sit in the sunshine while enjoying our cold beverages. We enjoyed the breakfast buffet the following morning - the offerings included both savory and sweet. Reception was kind enough to give us a late checkout for the small fee of $35. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Reverb! Don't hesitate to book this property.

    Staff was awesome. The room was comfortable and we'll decorated. The blinds broke and maintenance fixed them but they broke again. The Alexa didn't really function and a few of the lights were busted. The bar and lounge were great and had really friendly bartenders.

    I would never stay here again. They had to issue two sets of earplugs (still not enough) and should gave added eye coverings for all the light in the room (12 little lights and blackout curtains dud nit work). Slamming doors, construction across the street, sirens, loud patrons on the floor… ear plugs were not sufficient. I travel 200,000 miles a year and have seen the best and worst. Checking in was confusing. Me and three other new guests stood in the lobby trying to figure out where and how to register. The person working the counter was wearing street clothes do we could not tell he was an employee and the red “check-in” light was off (only saw it on as I checked out this morning). Oh his I miss being greeted with a smile and offer to help. You won’t find this here. I went to the front desk, which is indistinguishable form a food store counter, each day (e.g, but something, ask for directions) and each time I felt like I was disturbing their mobile phone time. Never again.

    *It was very clean. *Very comfortable beds. *Staff were amazing and very kind. *Kinda loud till maybe 10 but then was better. We were on the 9th floor, bar is on the 11th so that could be why. *Breakfast, we did not get I feel it was very over priced at $20 a person. *I do wish there was a mini fridge, you can get one if you pay extra for it. *TV has basic channels, so not much to watch. *It's not really a young kid friendly place, more a adult party hotel. *There absolutely nothing for young kids or teens to do. I traveled with 2 17year olds. *Its a great hotel if you're 21+ and like the bars or a party seen.

    Hotel is beautiful, the staff was impeccable and the views from my room were superb! Right across the street from the mercedes benz stadium and a 5 minute walk to state farm arena! We were a bit bummed that the rooftop was closed but understandably so because they were shooting a show so we did not get to enjoy the one thing we were excited about however the location allowed us to explore other places. Will definitely stay again!

    The check in staff was very nice as was the bar area. The issue was more so with the cleaning staff who woke us up the day before we left asking if we had late check out even though our check out was the day after. Then on the day we left, woke us up again despite the DND sign at 9am when check out is at 11. Second, the location is not worth it unless you are attending an event at the Mercedes stadium. It is very unwalkable and dead after a certain time. The only way I’d rebook is if I was going to one of the stadiums.

    The proximity to Mercedes Benz stadium is the BEST part about the hotel. The room was great, great view of the stadium and clean. The rooftop bar was really nice. However, it ran out of chardonnay wine! And the menu was not great. Small menu. They ran out of the two desserts on the menu. The substitute cookie dessert was not that great either. Parking was pricey. Overall, I would stay here again because it was newer, close to the stadium, clean, and the nightly rate was reasonable.

    The entire lobby was being demolished it seemed like, loud construction and chairs and tables thrown into another room. Cable out on last night Holes and stains on carpet The mattress sheet was put on upside down/too small and kept popping off the entire stay. Asked for help to fix this about three times- each time they just tucked it back in for it to pop back off. No one here seemed to really want to help for any reason. At least I didn’t see any bedbugs because I kept getting good looks at the bare mattress. Gym not kept/dirty Nothing really around unless you’re going to State Farm or Mercedes It’s like no one there has worked anywhere before- every interaction is either awkward or indifferent or flat out rude- except bald beard guy In room cooler didn’t cool- they told me I was supposed to fill a drawer with no drain and a light inside with ice for it to cool. More of the same “just get out of my face, dude” service here. The amenity closet was a good idea, the room decor was nice.

    Room was very clean minus some spots on the carpet. The front desk advised me that they will be deep cleaning all the carpets soon. It also has an Alexa device that can control the lights in the room and do most of the other features normally expected. The bed was on the lower side, but still very comfortable. The shower was spacious and had an LED mirror and decent amenities. The views of the Mercedes Benz Stadium are insane! It’s a very walkable location to both the Benz stadium and State Farm.

    My husband and I stayed here for one night. Horrible experience, every staff member we spoke to was very rude and dismissive. The ice machine on our floor didn’t work ( no big deal ) we go downstairs to get ice and the worker says “don’t come back down here, use the stairs and go get ice on another floor!” Ummm excuse me? I’m paying over $400 total for this stay and I can’t come get ice downstairs? They charged us multiple times when only one item was purchased. The check out staff was just as rude as check in. We asked a simple question about the charges and she said “I don’t know go ask your bank.” No shampoo or conditioner, towels were dirty as well as the shower. Do not recommend staying here. It’s not worth being made to feel like a piece of trash!!!

    There’s always something going on at this place-and everyone is incredibly friendly. Mark the bartender is fantastic and remembered my name and my drink every time he saw me. We stayed for a dance competition at the World Congress Center and found this hotel in comfortable walking distance and very reasonably priced (especially considering the value it provided). I’ll definitely plan on staying again next time I’m in the vicinity. Do be aware that the top floor has loud parties on the weekend until the wee hours. Earplugs are provided and worked quite well on the one night it was an issue. I’d think this would be assumed because it’s a Hard Rock, but it’s worth stating.

    Did not get the bed/room I requested. Self check in was cumbersome -- it took multiple attempts. Room had a ridiculous view of roof and metal fence. Room was tired and there was a large hole in the carpet (I'm surprised they even rent it.) Cleaning staff did not get to my room the first two days I was there, even after I requested it at the front desk. It was one of the worst experiences I've had at a hotel.

    One thing to note about staying downtown is the busy noise—you can hear sirens most of the time. However, despite that, my overall stay at Reverb by Hard Rock was absolutely wonderful. I highly recommend it if you're planning a visit to the area.

    I paid for my room in full on Expedia.com because i was attending an NBA game in Atlanta Ga alone i dove 3 hours to the game and didnt go check in until after the game was over once i got there i was told that i had to put a major credit card on file to hold for a deposit i only had my cash app card with me and explain to the front desk i had paid for the room a week in advance im from out of town and i didn't have a major card on me they acted like they could do anything to help they couldn't put my cash on the room i paid for in full but Expedia.com nor this hotel infomed me that once i got there i couldnt check in my room i was denied getting my money back and had to drive 3 hours back home at 12am i was very disappointed about this

    The room appeared nice at first glance; however, none of the advertised amenities were functional. The lights did not work, and there were no comforters provided on the beds. The male staff member working the evening shift bar was rude and unwelcoming. Additionally, the elevators to the parking garage were out of service, requiring guests to walk long distances and climb multiple flights of stairs. Guests are not informed that declining valet parking means carrying all belongings through the parking garage and outside in the elements. For the price of the room I will not stay or recommend this hotel.

    It was a terrible experience only one elevator worked had to walk up stairs to the 10th floor with my bags. The falcons game party took over the entire hotel and it ruined my experience!     Hotel was great. For all the technology it was a little disappointing that all the hotel room doors slam closed and not quietly. Was trying to nap during afternoon and kept waking everytime a neighbor entered or exited their room. Evening time was no different. If they would soften doors closing, I’d stay there again.     Never got to actually check in because they don’t accept tap pay for incidentals. My wallet fell over before traveling and I left my physical cards behind somehow. It’s no fault of the staff but I check that information before booking and nothing on the hotel website states tap pay isn’t an option but list everything about self check in so I figured I’d be ok once I arrived. The evening manager did try to find a solution which I appreciate. I had to book elsewhere for the evening thought I paid for the room in advance and it was non refundable. Thankfully I could afford other options but for someone who may be in a bind it’s really sad that good customers have to suffer at the hands of previous thieves. The lobby and bathrooms were very clean. Staff and valet were friendly! The elevator from the parking deck was broken which was a bit inconvenient for self parkers. Overall it probably would’ve been a decent stay.

    Stadium was easily walkable and the staff were very friendly. The room was comfortable enough. After the game though the HUGE line to the elevators as fans were trying to get to the rooftop bar was indescribably crowded. Staff allowed paying guests access to stairs to get to their rooms but trying to get food or a drink was nearly impossible. This is where a mini-fridge and microwave would have saved us by having food already there before the game instead of having to rely on very bad food offered at the pop-up grill table on the patio. I would stay again but just be more prepared with a cooler (bring your own ice as none of the 3 ice machines I tried worked at all) with drinks and sandwiches.

    We enjoyed our stay, i will say that first. Everyone there was absolutely amazing! Anything we needed was met and answered with a smile. The room on the other hand needed a lot of attention. I did not complain, they had enough to deal with. But hair in the bed, on the toilet, and trash in the floor of the bathroom. Most of the lights didn't work and the plug ins didn't work in most of the room. The sound rooms were super awesome! The hotel was great. Just need to pay more attention to room cleanliness.

    The biggest issue was the lack of working elevators. The parking garage elevator was not functioning, and we were not told ahead of time. After waiting by the elevator for about 15 minutes, we were told to park on the third floor and ended up walking down three parking ramps. Inside the hotel, multiple elevators were also out of service, and by the end of our stay there was only one working elevator shared by guests and service staff. On Falcons game day, there was no priority or crowd control for hotel guests versus rooftop patrons, making elevator wait times exhausting. Additionally, the bedding was inadequate—our bed only had two thin sheets with no blanket or duvet—and cleanliness was below expectations. Overall, this stay left a lot to be desired. I would not return to Reverb Atlanta or recommend it to others.

    The hotel itself is nice, and we traveled from Florida to attend a Falcons game. Unfortunately, the check-in process was a headache with very little assistance from staff, and the lobby was extremely crowded. Getting to our room was frustrating—elevators were packed to capacity, and there was constant noise from people running through the halls. The only part of our stay that ran smoothly was valet parking. I would not choose to stay at this hotel again during game days.

    Its started as soon as we pulled. Valet attendant would not allow unload out luggage. He insisted we carry it all to our parking spot and then carry it thru the parking lot, down the elevator, and then walk out the lot to enter the front of the hotel. We then proceeded to the front desk and stood there for 10 min while the employees conversated. I finally had to ask if I could get some help checking in. Then they pointed me to a gentleman who checked us in. The room was ok; I didn't like that the beds were so low to the floor. The reason for our stay was because was because when we called, we were told there would be a drown show and fireworks at midnight for New year's. We weren't able to see anything. I kind of feel like we were given false info just to get us to book with them. The 2nd night we decided to get out and the parking lot elevator was not working. Shower water was not hot.

    my room wasn't cleaned when I requested . I came back to the room at 2 pm after leaving out at 9am to them find my iphone charge missing from where it was plugged in on top of the bet night stand.. I specifically implugged my phone before leaving the room.when I retuned it was no longer there. when I reported it to the front desk staff twice first speaking to a lady then a man named alton.. I was gaslighted with him asking me was I drunk of drinking last night, why would thy take only my charger and did anyone come in my room ! I was too upset to even entertain his questioning . the audacity ! nothing was done about it . I literally tore all my person bags apart looking for it even before calling to tell the staff . no one was concerned . And iphone original chargers are 50$- $25 for block and $25 for c- cord smh

    I flew in from another state, never been to Georgia. When I arrived at the hotel I realized I had accidentally left my card at home. Ahh damn tap to pay! Ok so now I’m in a predicament. I had already paid for the room, but they needed a card to put on file for incidentals. I totally understand and the physical card was several states away. I offered cash, manually entry of the card, my bank account number aaaand my drivers license. The staff said the only supervisor was on vacation and there was no one to facilitate any other form of payment. I called customer service who kept routing me to the front desk and they eventually just stopped picking up. I almost had to sleep outside in a city I’ve never been before as a paying customer at Reverb Atlanta. On the spot I had to acquire a different accommodation. Horrible customer service at Reverb.

    Staff was very helpful and friendly. The room was clean but minimalistic. No fridge, no microwave and did not have hot water until the morning we left. The bed was very comfortable. Smoking policy was acceptable--no smoking in the hotel and with-in 25 ft. from entrance however, when we stepped out of our room or elevator on our floor we were hit with a strong odor of skunk weed. I rechecked but did not see where an incidental fee of $200 would be charged on checkout. The parking fee was paid out of this and was told the remainder would be refunded no more than 10 days. 2 days after checkout and we have not received our total receipt. I called and questioned the refund and also the receipt-I was emailed the parking fee receipt only. The cost for room, mediocre food and drinks is pricy for what you get but guess the convenient walk to the Mercedes- Benz stadium is what you pay for. NOTE: We found out that this hotel and the stadium is cash free. Only plastic is used. Was told that is pretty much the case for most of downtown Atlanta.

    My AC didn’t work. I arrived at 5pm on Friday. I didn’t notice until I was sweating all night. The next morning I let staff know. A few hours later, I went down and reminded her. A couple of hours later I went down and told someone else. I stayed in my room hot all day waiting for maintenance. I had work to do while there so I went ahead a spread my stuff out. Finally around 8 pm maintenance showed up. He changed the filter and said I would need to change rooms. I was checking out the very next morning. I had my belongings everywhere. It had cooled off outside a bit so it was tolerable. I didn’t want to move. Staff said mngt would contact me about this. Now I stay here for every Falcons home game. I love it. But I waited all day after sweating all night AND menopausal!!! I wasn’t going to post this but not one person has contacted me! Oh and the next morning maintenance supervisor came in, they changed the element and all fixed. Good for the next person. Some of the staff know me. I’m there a lot. And to not get a call or anything!! Yeah I’m upset. It’s been over a week.

    The room was very clean and I love the atmosphere. When we first got there we ran into a situation where the elevators weren’t working and we waited for about 30 minutes for them to be reset. We had the options to take the stairs but we decided not to. The staff was very apologetic and offered complimentary food and drinks for the inconvenience.     We paid for 2 queen beds but there wasn’t any rooms available when we checked in, so I told them we could take a king room, it was no problem. They did & updated our room/view. The housekeeping team was prompt in refilling the soap and the hot water was restored the following day but personally think those oversights are not acceptable.     This is a newer centrally located property, but is not clean. Our bathroom was dirty when we checked in. Urine on the toilet seat and hair on the makeup towel. Housekeeping would knock on our door for cleaning at 8am and I would ask them to return in a few hours after we leave. My room wasn’t cleaned for two days even after notifying the front desk and a housekeeper on my floor before we left for the day. Upon returning at 11pm the front desk staff could not care less. I paid for 5 nights up front through Expedia and couldn’t get a refund to find another hotel after no hot water on the first night (to be fair it was fixed the next day) If the one night without hot water was the only issue, I probably wouldn’t have written a bad review. I will never full pay through Expedia again.

    Great location for stadium. Staff was extremely courteous and friendly on multiple different interactions. Room was immaculately clean. Outdoor seating at bar is very nice. A great experience and I look forward to coming back.

    This is my 2nd year staying here, butbI won't anymore. When I got to my room, it smelled like someone took a dump in my bathroom. That nite I had no hot water. There was a bathroom light bulb out that they never replaced after I reported it. Last, I left the card out for maid service & no one came. I'll never stay there again.

    Perfect location for attending a late football game. We walked during the day to the aquarium and restaurants, which was easy and felt safe doing. The room was nice with a great view of the stadium. Bed was comfortable. Only complaints were the refrigerator in room did not work and we called the front desk 3 times between check in and midnight asking for an extra pillow due to child getting sick. We never received the pillow and slept on towels. The daytime house staff was wonderful and immediately helped, however it was frustrating that we had no service for pillow or sheets after 5pm. We also did not receive a receipt on check out to verify that the $100 per night retainer was refunded.

    My recent stay at Reverb was a complete disaster from start to finish. Upon entering my room, I was immediately greeted by a musty odor that lingered throughout my entire stay. The towels provided smelled like they hadn't been properly cleaned, which was incredibly off-putting. To make matters worse, there was no hot water available at any point during my visit. Imagine waking up early, ready to start your day, only to be met with an ice-cold shower. It was an absolutely miserable experience that left me shivering and frustrated. The combination of the foul smell and the lack of hot water made for an unforgettable stay—unforgettable in the worst way possible. I would never recommend this hotel to anyone, and I certainly won't be returning. Save yourself the disappointment and book elsewhere.

    This is a nice hotel, but one of the worst places I have ever stayed. There was no hot water for more than 6 hours. Check was ok, had a minor issue corrected it and went to my room. Where i discovered the hot water wasn't working, and the bathroom had not been cleaned ( long black hairs in the shower) and the shades would not come down. I went back downstairs to the front to be told that the hot water will be off for an hour. Due to the room not being cleaned I was upgraded to a new room. I waited a few hours on the hot water and I fell asleep. I got up the next morning around 6am and checked out....I asked the person at the front desk when was the hot water going to be back on and he said they are working on it. If I had an issue I could pick from the four business cards on the desk and call them to complain about the hot water. No sorry for the inconvenience, not even a "Have a Great Day" or nothing. I will never stay here again.

    Staff was excellent overall, but for an event filled weekend with Delta's 100 year celebration Saturday then Monday Night Football, they were extremely short handed, so service suffered.

    Staff were short and unkind while checking in, but checkout staff were very nice. Lots of flickering lights or inoperative lighting in the room, not much light as a result after the sun went down. The bathroom door wouldn’t stay closed so it kept sliding open and there was no privacy. It would be a cool hotel if they fixed a few things.

    The only downside was figuring out how to pay for parking. The lady at front desk said talk to the guy in the parking garage and the parking garage guy said talk to lady at the front desk. Everything else was very enjoyable.

    Room was not fully clean. There were stains on sofa, previous visitors earrings and such near bed. Bed lights didn’t work. Asked staff for Toilet paper (staff wrote down room number and request) was told it would be up shortly never came. Had to hunt down maid staff to get some next morning. Coming back from game elevator line was out the door (no exaggeration), no direction by staff to stairs some staff didn’t even know where the stairs were. Thought everything would be a lot cleaner considering the price. Hotel served its purpose being walking distance to stadium, but wouldn’t stay here a second time.

    Room had no shampoo or conditioner. Didn’t find out until we were taking showers right before check out leaving no time to get them. Breakfast tasted good but 50 bucks for a bacon egg and cheese sandwich, tater tots, a bagel, a coke, and an OJ is way over priced. 5 bucks for a single bottle of water is Highway Robbery. Also the motion detected lights under the bed was super annoying. Maintenance came and unplugged them but that also disabled all the plugs by the bed. Thankfully I bring an extenstion cord so I could still run my CPAP machine. All that said the room was clean and the beds were great.

    For convenience of a football game ok. The Lobby was out of control! No security going up to rooms. People were riding the Elevators, throwing up in trash cans, smoking pot! Only employees were at the Bar. It was a mess! The beds only had sheets on them. Not for families, but convenience to Mercedes only. We will not stay there again.

    The room didn’t have an iron or a ironing board, no chairs to sit in (only a square ottoman), no bathroom fan, no closet for clothes (only a hanging rack no refrigerator (only) a cooling box, no clock, ridiculously high prices for everything from candy, sodas, food and anything else you wanted or needed to buy. The Reverb is a beautiful hotel but the issues listed above detracted from a very nice stay in Atlanta

    It is in downtown Atlanta so you can walk anywhere with the proper dedication and preparation. The location and price to value of the hotel is exceptional. The gym is okay, don't expect a fully decked out home gym, they have cardio machines, steps for calisthenics, and dumvells. The amenities are okay, you have to pay to access a lot of them or get staff to help you

    Stayed at the Reverb for two nights, staff was super friendly and gave us tons of recommendations. Only minor comment was a piece of the shelf between the beds was not attached to the wall and the bed lights weren’t functional. Still 5 stars though!

    I called to inform the staff that I had a late flight and would be checking in late. I was told I was already checked in and to contact Expedia, which I didn’t do. I arrived at the hotel and was informed that I had indeed checked in, so after verifying who I was, I asked for my room keys. Someone else was in my room. They gave someone else the room I paid for and it took approximately 45 minutes, late at night, to secure a room. I was severely inconvenienced and not too happy. B

    Great location directly across the street from the stadium. Hotel was very clean and well taken care of. Little disappointed there was no microwave in the rooms. Also, extremely long lines for people trying to get to their rooms with an extremely large groups trying to get to the club on rooftop (11th) floor. Very inconvenient having to wait almost 45 minutes to get to my room on the 9th floor.

    It was ok. In all understanding there was a game so we knew it would be busy. We were there for the game. However, getting to the elevators was a nightmare. After waiting an hour in line to get to the elevator a nice guest service lady asked if we wanted to take the stairs. I have heart issues, but walked up 7 flights of stairs to my room. The lights along the wall below the TV don’t work. We were told someone would bring towels. We had no towels to even wash our faces this morning.

    The hotel staff was not very helpful or welcoming. Parking is also expensive for such a small. tight parking deck. The rooms are the best thing about this hotel as they are spacious and provide ample seating.

    My room was not cleaned once during my 3 night stay even though I hung the cleaning request hanger on the door. The ice maker on our floor did not work. There was never live music there as advertised. There was not enough staff at the downstairs bar/restaurant. Check in was difficult. The location was good & the lady working the bar was very nice and was excellent at her job I believe her name was ReRe.. she just needed more support staff. The food was decent.

    Property qas clean the room was mid it was clean but the little cooler wasnt working and the body wahs was ripped off the wall on the bathroom and the blanket on the bed was torn and the counter was cracked it was just put back together with caulk.

    Our experience was all-around wonderful! The staff was extremely friendly and even told us the best way to leave the hotel to get to our concert! The room was comfortable and very clean, and the view was amazing. The bar on the roof is incredible, our drinks were delicious and it feels so private and comfortable. We will definitely be looking into coming back, hopefully for a longer stay.

    Convenient location and friendly staff. We didn’t have an ironing board, the water pressure was incredibly low and the bed wasn’t very comfortable. We loved the rooftop bar and the restaurant downstairs.

    Great hotel close to stadium. I just wish somewhere on the rooftop could be reserved for hotel guest only. It would have been nice to be able to eat a meal there and enjoy the views. It was way too crowded with locals. I’m not against that just wish you had a place for hotel quests to enjoy as well. Overall a great hotel. Food and bar was awesome. Outside patio was nice.

    This property is not t close to any shopping or dining. Only the Mercedes arena. The hotel has a bar where you can order food but it’s limited. Check in is a kiosk so it’s weird. No concierge or help. We missed our flight and stayed here with no toiletries on us and literally had nothing to offer. I had to Door Dash a toothbrush, toothpaste, brush and razors.
