    Great overall for the value! The hotel was obviously older (elevators are scary) but the room was recently updated and felt more like a luxury hotel which was nice for the price. It could have been a little cleaner, but it was nice overall. The service was some of the best I've had at any hotel in a while.

    We were going to a concert at a venue called The Tabernacle, the hotel was maybe a 5-minute walk away, it was a perfect location. Everything was modern and clean, and the hotel staff was professional and friendly. There wasn’t anything that we would say we didn’t like.

    The room was clean. The staff was great. We enjoyed the breakfast and found it to be a pretty generous offering. I would caution against the valet service. It's pretty pricey for how much convenience it really added. I don't know if they're adequately staffing valets to supply the demand for the service. We waited over an hour for our car to be registered as received and it took 40 minutes to receive our car back at check-out time. It seems obvious to me when you have check-in and check-out times that you could anticipate traffic and provide adequate staffing.

    Always nice to come back to this hotel. Staff very nice very welcoming and always enjoy my time. Been to this hotel several times and never once had too much of a problem would recommend. It in a decent spot too if you're visiting for a convention.

    I booked my stay through booking.com. which i always use. I get to this hotel and they do not have my reservation. Staff said I had to contact booking which I did. Booking had reservation. Now keep in mind after 45 minutes at 11pm with a tired 3 year old. Your staff continued to say it was a booking.com error. Offered no solution for me. Until the second call to booking and booking stating why doesn't she offer you a room? You havent paid yet. You pay at hotel. So 45 minutes later I get a hotel room at 11:45pm. Keep in mind my reservation was $200 now I had to pay $300 for the same size room.

    The employees were amazing. The breakfast was good. The room was spacious and excellent. The $100 a night deposit hurt right off the bat considering the room was already paid for and then the only parking was a $45 a night valet charge. The bed was hard and I did not get the most comfortable sleep.

    The staff at the property were some of the nicest people that we’ve ever met and were so friendly and courteous with all of our questions no matter what time of day or night. My only complaint is that the bedding in the rooms seemed very old and had a stale, sour smell. I think it was the duvets themselves and the pillows. I also found a black ball of hair in the bed. For a Hilton I would’ve expected the duvets to be a bit nicer and overall the sheets to be newer. Breakfast ended at 9AM and it was hard to get there - 9:30 would be great for a traveler coming in the previous night. I also am not sure why the room didn’t have lotion I thought that was standard.

    The breakfast was nice and the selections were great. The room was nice. I liked the layout and the fact that there were no rugs. My only concerns were: 1.) the stains on the lounge sofa in room. I couldn't sit on it because the stains made me uncomfortable; 2.) I would also recommend switching out the quilt on the bed because it looks dingy dirty in areas.

    Stayed here 5 nights. Breakfast was a big positive, I appreciated that they regularly offered oatmeal (not instant) and a number of other options, and the breakfast staff was very attentive. The gym was also pretty well set up, including towels and water. Negative: lots of street noise! They need to upgrade their windows to better insulate from noise. Cleaning was hit or miss - they didn’t clean when requested, and when they did clean they didn’t refill coffee supplies or even make the bed. Overall just an ok stay.

    What worked: The rooms are clean and comfortable, and the staff are friendly when approached. The hotel’s amenities (Wi‑Fi, gym, breakfast) meet expectations for a mid‑range property. What didn’t: Sensor reliability: The violation notice cited multiple sensor triggers, yet I never received any proof that those devices had been inspected or calibrated during my stay. Without that documentation, it’s hard to accept the fault lies with the guest. Faulty window: One window in my room was not tightened properly and opened on its own. This could easily have set off environmental sensors, creating a false alarm. I didn’t report it at the time out of concern about being blamed, but it clearly contributed to the issue. Undisclosed appliance policy: I brought a personal crockpot and prepared a simple curry, assuming it was permissible. The hotel never provided a list of approved appliances or any guidance on what guests may or may not use. Being penalized for an uncommunicated rule feels unfair. Lack of information: There was no in‑room or front‑desk briefing about the appliances available or the correct way to use them. Clear signage or a quick rundown would have prevented the misunderstanding. Bottom line: As a loyal guest, I’d appreciate more transparency and better communication.

Toilet ran the entire time we were there. Home2 breakfasts are my least favorite of the hilton chain. Very busy and out of a lot of food a few times we tried to get certain things. Semi-chaotic layout. Hungry people, all kind of in a frenzy. Coffee was out at 8am...that can never happen! No parking. Paid 20 a day at luckie st garage.

    I was really pleased with the staff's kind assistance. I arrived much earlier than the check-in time, and when I was about to leave my luggage, they kindly showed me to my room, which made me very happy. I had a comfortable stay. Thank you!

    The room was clean. We did not eat breakfast at the hotel. There was a lot of construction at the hotel & only 1 small elevator was working. There was also an issue with the toilet in our room. Not sure if that was because the hotel had a water pupe burst before we got there.

    The staff was AMAZING, they were dealing with some issues out of their control during my stay but everyone was in good spirits and were super helpful with all of my needs and questions. Rooms were very clean and the location is great for walking around to check out shops and the Ferris wheel! Due to the issues they were having you definitely couldn’t drink the tap water and I didn’t get to experience the rooftop. I wasn’t expecting the $300 deposit on each room (I figured $150 max) so that limited our trip a good bit. Despite all that, I would stay there again. Beds were comfortable enough as well.

The second room I was put in looked way better. The showers need to be properly cleaned. The shower floor looked gray! Overall customer service was great!

    My daughter & I stayed for 3 nights. The staff was extremely helpful, but it took a little longer to check in because only one person was working at the time. The room was clean, & had an extremely nice kitchenette with a full size microwave, refrigerator/freezer, sink, dishwasher, & dishes/utensils. There is also a small 2-cup coffee maker in the room. The desk chair had an armrest that was desperate need of repair, & the bathroom door would not latch (it only closed). The staff asked if we wanted to be moved to another room, but we said "no, we only wanted them to be aware of the needs for repair". Breakfast in the mornings is wonderful! The ladies tending the facility are extremely welcoming & helpful. There are several options for breakfast. This hotel is also located in easy walking distance to several restaurants, Centennial Park, Georgia Aquarium, & Coca Cola Museum. The only downside is the lack of maid service. They only service the room every other day. When the maid came, she only changed out towels & gave us more packets of coffee. The bed was NOT made. The trash was NOT taken out, & the dishes were still in the sink, dirty.

    The ladies in the Kitchen were amazing! Ms Sonya , and kitchen crew for breakfast was absolutely phenomenal. Customer service was awesome and a nice variety of breakfast food .     That night we used the bathroom its seemed vacked up. We left them know tuesday morning enginerrs came byt they left toulet dirty. We asked that toilet be cleaned and garbage be taken out, none of the requests where taken in consideration, they told us cleaning happens every other day. Staff was pkeasent but they need better cleaning service. This could have been a perfect stay

    The place was nice and I enjoyed the breakfast they had. The room was nice and clean. I liked that they had a normal size fridge vs just a mini fridge. My only complaint was that I did not like the barn door for the bathroom. There is about a 1 inch gap so you don’t have much privacy if you are sharing a room with someone else.

    The hotel is in walking distance of almost everything. The only time we had to drive was to the Zoo. If you haven’t read the fine print- you do have to pay for overnight parking but honestly it’s worth it. The hotel breakfast was good, clean, and staff were amazing. They all went above and beyond during our stay.

    The staff was very friendly and professional. The breakfast eating area was a bit small but the selection of food and the employees definitely made it comfortable. We will definitely recommend staying here and will be returning soon.

    Staff was great but they advertised a 2 bedroom suite with a sleeper sofa but they only have the sleeper sofas with the one bedrooms so we ended up sharing the bed. But the breakfast was good. The front desk staff was good and it’s perfect walking distance for concerts for sure!

    Really convenient to walk to the Mercedes-Benz Stadium, which was my main concern. Shout out to the front desk, specifically Tee, who not only gave me an early check in when my flight arrived at 10am, but also gave me a very late check out, since I needed time to recover from my concert, but also had a later flight and had a long day ahead. My only negative experience was with the bedding, as there wasn’t a real duvet cover, and only a thin sheet to cover the duvet, but it was also a very hot night and I didn’t want to sleep with the full duvet. Bring back real duvet covers and flat sheets!

    The room was half cleaned. Pillow case n sheets were still dirty, the sink was properly cleaned/rinsed out. The fridge was dirty. The floor was very dirty. When checking-in the man at the front desk gave false information regarding parking. Then charging $200 security incidental fee for a room is ridiculous especially if the room was dirty upon arrival.

    The property was a good walking distance from the State Farm Arena and we did not have any difficulties minus trying to park in front of the hotel without needing to be towed since they do Valet parking only. Our room was splendid except the only minor concern was that the shower gel wasn’t working, but nothing too serious! The AC, microwave, TV, etc were all working fine! Had personal skill issues trying to use the key card as it was the only way to operate the elevator but nailed it nonetheless! The front desk clerk was wonderful and she kept a beautiful attitude and encouragement for the concert goers, alongside the staffing who kept smiles on their faces! Will book again in the future!

    This home 2 is not like others. The beds were creaky and uncomfortable. There was no couch and the space was small. The door to the bathroom was a sliding door and didnt close all the way and you could see right into the bathroom. We had 3 people in our room so there was no bathroom privacy whatsoever. There was hair all over the walls in the bathrooms as well as mold on the ceiling in the shower. Yes we took photos. And not just a little mold, at least 12 inches or more. There was no enforcement of quiet hours. Children were screaming up and down the hallway into the late hours of the evening and early morning. We are Hilton Honors members and frequent Hilton hotels for business and pleasure. This was beyond disappointing and we will never stay in that hotel again.

    Rude staff, I had to call the customer representative to intervene, and still did not get the fan to supplement the air conditioner that was not working. I had never stayed at a hotel where the front desk asked me to come to the office to sign for a fan, “ A BEHAVIORS YOU WILL SEE IN A MOTEL INN”, which was later brought to my room by the night staff. He was the only reasonable staff member willing to keep me comfortable from the frustration of the non-working air conditioning. I could not believe the morning staff hung up the phone on me. The day shift staff are suffering from cognitive and anxiety disorders due to their behaviors. What a fool they were for the two nights I stayed at the hotel. The day shift lacks the quality of good customer service

    It was extremely chaotic when we arrived. No parking, it was storming and only 1 person working valet. I decided to valet park and when i got my car back the next day, not knly did the driver race it thru the street, but now my airbag light is on so something definitely went wrong in their hands.

    10am the NEXT morning we are notified that at "like maybe 2 or 3 this morning" our back window was busted out and everything stolen from our vehicle. It was parked right in front of THE FRONT DOOR in front of a POLICE CAR that belonged to a person staying in the hotel. What a crazy situation and just all around headache.

    The staff were excellent, very friendly and attentive. As for the rooms, make sure you’re very comfortable with the people you might be sharing a room with. The sliding bathroom doors don’t allow for a lot of privacy.

    Booked this hotel due to the location and photos on their website. The location was absolutely amazing as it was a short walk to a lot of restaurants and attractions in the area. The hotel lobby was in great condition and the staff was so nice and welcoming. I originally booked a smaller room for my boyfriend and myself but the staff upgraded us for our 3 night stay which was fantastic! Our room had a nice view of the area. The cleanliness of the room was pretty good. Only thing we noticed was your typical wear and tear of rooms. I would definitely book this location again!

    I don't know if they've changed management or something, but all of my interactions with the staff were super pleasant. Very friendly from valet to housekeeping. The lady (I didn't get her name but she said she's been with Hilton for over 10 years) running the breakfast was above and beyond great. Great proximity to whatever they call the Georgia Dome and Phillips Arena nowadays.

    Breakfast and staff were AMAZING!!!!!! Room was clean but condition seemed run down. The arm to the chair looked like it had been chewed… the foam was exposed. The lounge chair was dirty and stained. Overall for the price we paid we were satisfied.

    The hotel itself was fine, breakfast was good. but the area it was in downtown was uncomfortable to be in, didn’t feel safe at night or walking, parking was also VERY expensive, loud music was blaring outside from a car for about two hours on my second night there.

    When I arrived at the facility, one of the workers was outside smoking. We were then told there was a $100 deposit required for each day of our stay. After seeing that the room was dirty, we informed them that we would not be staying. I asked to speak with a manager, but the staff member said there was no manager on duty until the next morning and that nothing could be done. This place is unprofessional and dirty—I would never recommend staying here.

    I enjoyed staying here mainly due to the over night clerk (Leon) that works here. He was great and gave us a lot of great advice on things to do while in Atlanta. The location is perfect! Our room was small but we weren’t there a lot anyways. I’d stay here again 😊

    There can be some loitering in the area but that's true of most urban areas. To ensure security neither the hotel front door now the elevator will function without a room key card. There are parking garages nearby you can use that cost less than the hotel's valet service but they don't offer in and out privileges
