The room was immaculate, staff extremely helpful! Would recommend staying here especially if coming to Asheville for a show like we did at Grey Eagle. It’s just a few minutes walk. Parking is just a little tricky if you can’t find a spot out front.

This hotel is GORGEOUS and very unique. I absolutely loved our stay and I will only stay at the radical whenever I am in Asheville from now on❤️❤️❤️

Why do I have to pay $18.65 a night for parking when I am paying $200+ a night to stay at this hotel? I was also disappointed in the coffee situation. There were 2 packs of instant Folgers coffee in the room, still not sure if I would have been charged to use them. There is coffee available at their café downstairs at 7 AM for $3.50….. of course after you stand in line waiting with everyone else. Other than the coffee & parking, it is a very unique hotel that is perfect for the art district. very clean hotel and beautiful bathrooms. Ice is available on the fifth floor. There is a little freezer that has small bags in it. I have learned to research parking & coffee before booking a room somewhere.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and quiet. The restaurants on site were wonderful. Highly recommend the rooftop bar for the views. The parking is a pain, and it was not clear that it was $18 a day. You could hear some of the live music on the weekends in the rooms, but it did not go too late.

One of the most unique hotels I have stayed in. Very well done and very eclectic But it is Asheville.

Lovely as was the staff My husband is in a wheelchair. The door to the room should have opened with a switch It was frustrating not to have a towel rack near the sink

Interesting hotel, quirky vibe and wonderful location. The rooftop was wonderful.

We loved the decor and location. Staff was helpful. I was disappointed that there was not complimentary coffee available in the lobby. The rooftop bar was great. I would have preferred more food choices. The service for the food was slow.

It was super clean and great experience!

Breakfast was simple, couple of options in the bar, fresh pastries, great coffee. Nice spacious room, comfortable and clean, suitable for couples, business travelers or families. Hotel was calm, few minutes from Asheville Downtown (you may need to drive, its uphill and not easily walkable). No negatives for the hotel, probably some evenings quite packed parking in front but there are more options around.

Very nice hotel and great location if you're shopping for art. After/glow had a great curried chicken salad sandwich. Staff were all very personable and pleasant. I would highly recommend staying there.
