It had a very special vibe. Perfect for exploring Asheville. There were very purposeful social areas, which were always utilized. We were a group of 8 in 3 different rooms, so we used the upper loft area to socialize rather than congregate in a room.

Libby was very welcoming- fireplace, good seating and lots of books

Room neat and clean but small, no mini fridge, walk in shower was nice, 1 of the 2 elevators was out of order, and shared stairwell was over in Aloft, so getting up to room was a bit inconvenient. Very nice staff.

Were size, lack of in room amenities ( primarily a coffee maker) the bed linens / blanket were so thin I froze all night because the AC would never shut off- regardless of the temp it was set at

Location is nice, staff were nice. The rooms were not very clean. Such as the floor, im use to brand new toilet paper being put into rooms, this wasnt like that. There was hand print smears on the shower door. It looked ok over all, bed was made, but for 300 1 night for a small king room, it couldve been better

The Moxy Asheville is fun and hip with modern touches and a cool atmosphere. It is a tiny hotel with small rooms but I didn't need any more space than what was provided. I was upgraded upon checkin from a standard King to a corner Mountain View. The room did have a nice view and had a nice size TV. The sink counter was in the main room which I am not a fan of. There wasn't a dresser or any counter to put my bag on or to put my clothes in. The bed was really firm and not that comfortable. I was glad to only spend one night. All in all, it was a cool hotel but, I probably won't stay there again unless they change out their mattresses. Getting a good night sleep on a comfortable mattress is important to me.

Wonderful and welcoming staff! I had no problem stashing my bags and checking in a little early. Room was aesthetically pleasing and clean. The pool was a great amenity. Lovely Mountain View!

Everything was exactly as we expected.

The mini fridge they give you doesn't hold many drinks it's small. The pool was small and not enough room to swim. The food at the restaurant there was terrible. The staff was nice and clean but small things is what's so disappointing I wont be back. Also double charged for parking as well.

In room mini fridge would have been nice and lighting in room was not good if you’re trying to apply makeup, rooms could use a vanity space

The hotel is fairly new so everything was clean and comfortable. The staff were very helpful at checkin and through out our stay. The rooftop bar ( not part of the hotel) has great views and a great place for an early evening cocktail. Not sure about the restaurant since we didn’t eat there. As far as we knew there is no breakfast service in the hotel, which is not really a problem because there are several places a short walk away. The rooms are small but efficient. We only stayed on night, which was fine. Cloths hanging space is very limited and could be an issue is you are staying for multiple nights. There are no cloths draws in the room either.

Parking was a breeze and there are plenty of places to eat/drink in and around The Moxy. The food at the WXYZ bar was great! My only complaint is with the room. They’re trying to do a lot in a very small space, which means they cut things like a fridge in the room (which was hard because we have refrigerated medication). There is no desk, etc. It probably should’ve been a room with one bed, not 2 based on the size. There’s also no coffee maker in the room, and they don’t start serving coffee until 6:30 in the lobby, however, they did brew some early for us! I’d still stay here again! Overall, it was a great experience.

The staff, all of them, were so kind and supportive! It truly felt like you were a guest here. The room was clean and loved having the reverse osmosis water available down the hall. Super nice to have a welcome drink on check-in and did I mention, THE STAFF IS INCREDIBLE!

Could never get a maid to service our room for our three day stay. Had to call multiple times for towels. Old towels and dishes were never taken and trash never emptied.
