Location They charged me twice

The first day on Saturday they didn’t not have breakfast ready. Coffee was cold, my room restroom was not flushing.

It was fairly close to Globe life field and a had nice comfy bed and an okay continental breakfast available Even though we I paid 284.00 for a room they still charge 14.00 for parking at the facility! The toilet in our room ran all night all night , keeping my partner awake.

Our room was nice, comfortable and clean. We really enjoyed the small kitchenette, which made it so convenient for our midnight snacks. The location was perfect. We will definitely be coming back.

It was close to the location we were going. Very quiet at night. The bathroom had painters tape on the ceiling, the door handles look very dirty and were like broken or something. The back of the main door looked like it was dented and scotched up. I probably wouldn’t stay there again. The room had a smell when we walked in. We stayed in the first building. The breakfast was disappointing waffles, powder eggs and a Jimmy dean sausage croissant. No bacon, fresh fruit beside bananas. I’ve had better. It was okay for the duration of time we were there.

The property was very warm & welcoming. The staff was phenomenal & very helpful. The rooms were very clean & tidy with wonderful amenities that benefited me & family thoroughly. I would definitely book again!

The room was clean except for the strong marijuana smell... Staff was very friendly and helpful. despite there being a full house it was nice and quiet. Bed was comfortable and I loved the vanity area in the bathroom. I would stay here again.

The room air-conditioning unit was very noisy when it would cycle on. Also, the toilet needs repair. It would continue running after a flush. Room 136.

The breakfast was good. A lady who worked the waffle was very rude. The nerve of the lady at the waffle bar, demanding us speak to her in another language outside of English.

The location is perfect for me. The property has decent amenities for the guests. I look forward to staying in the summer and using the pool. House keeping didn’t supply me with extra towels or toilet paper and I was there for 4 days.

Great staff, good breakfast and a nice sized room. They were able to provide a pack n play for my toddler and she slept pretty good the whole trip. The bbq was clean and the pool was open (not heated and in November) so it was good to have a cold dip as needed.

Our room was dated and our television kept going in and out to the point where we just didn’t watch it at all. The room was clean however our chair was ripped on the sides.

It was a great location for visitors to main events venues in Arlington Texas. Literally entertainment area just minutes away

The staff was friendly. The room was spacious and clean. It was a furnished studio with everything I could need except hand soap. The bed was comfortable, the TV was large and rotated. The shower was better than at home or the gym. I will definitely stay here again.

Love how clean and all your basic necessities were in every room. I usually do not stay at any Marriotts but I definitely will be using residence inn alot more now. This was in Arlington by Six flags and the one bedroom suite.

I have to say the staff have been very helpful and kind to our needs. From make breakfast food items available and also making sure we had everything we need since we had to stay a few weeks due to a family emergency. We have been pleased with our stay.

I booked this room so that I didn’t have to drive home after an event in the area. The staff was pleasant and the room was decent. However, there was so much foot traffic in the parking lot that it didn’t feel safe at all. The energy was off so I didn’t even sleep at the hotel. I packed my bags and drove all the way.

We stayed in the 1 bedroom suite, the queen bed was too soft for me but, husband didn't mind it. The kids weren't to thrilled about the pull out couch bed, but good thing they weren't heavy or it would have been really uncomfortable for them Kitchen is nice, full size fridge with an ice maker, 2 burner stove top, and a dishwasher. They do have bags of ice at the front desk that are available to guests, which I thought was really nice. Overall, I would defintely stay again!!!

Th RI served it purpose. The front desk attendant was very nice and the check in check out process was seemless. There’s only one elevator per building and the interior has popcorn ceilings and isn’t well lit. The decor needs to be updated from top to bottom. The breakfast isn’t good and the dining area is tight. Loved that they have basketball court next to the pool.

Property needs a big upgrade. Shower handle was broken. When I touched the handle…it fell. When it fell and if it went a different direction it would have broken my foot. Also when we took out the sofa bed…it was very lumpy so there was no sense in taking it out. Room 102 needs a big upgrade. It was not worth the money I spent

It was a hectic night with so many people checking in. However, Junie handled it with grace. She was accommodating, hard working and so very kind. Great experience with amazing staff!

When we arrived at 5 pm we were told that our room was not ready for check in. I was advised they had a lot of late check outs and housekeeping was working on getting the room ready. There was someone else already waiting on a room as well. We waited in the lobby for 30 minutes before the room was ready. At check in the parking fee was waived due to our wait which was fine. When we got to the room, none of the tvs would come on without unplugging them and plugging them back in and the AC was not working. The room never got below 78 degrees. I had my husband and 3 kids with me and we were not comfortable at all. Cole at the front desk was WONDERFUL! He apologized so many times and did what he could to get us in another room and when he couldn’t, he found us a room at another property and took care of getting us booked there. He even called to make sure we were taken care of once we got settled at the other hotel. In short - residence inn gets 1 out of stars and Cole at the front desk gets 10 out of 5 stars from us!

This is a much older hotel. The room smelled like dirty feet. The windows were filthy and the curtains dusty. I’m not sure they’ve ever been cleaned. Location was very convenient but I’d pick another hotel.

No trash service, towel service, no vacuuming service. When We first arrived our room was not entirely clean so I notified housekeeping services, who was in the hallway at that time. Elevator was broken and we were on the 3rd floor. Was never offered to be moved to a lower floor. Checking out, the young guy at the desk could care less. Three police cars were in front upon checking as well. Will not be back!!

Hotel was ok. Pool was unavailable for a few weeks. So weren’t able to use it while we were there. Got sick while staying there. Room was ok. But little dirty and few things broken in the room. After day 3 of our 6 day stay I was sick from the A/C. Sore throat every morning. Have been sick for a week with bad cough and sore throat.

Horrible experience! Got there at 3:00pm there were 80 people waiting to checkin. Guaranteed check in was 4pm they said it would be at least a 2 hour wait. We had to be somewhere at 5:30 had to get ready in lobby. The front desk was doing the best they could but the management should have been there to take the heat. It was explained to us that the night before was sold out and they have a new check out time which made the time to turn rooms over shorter. Sounds like horrible mismanagement of the hotel. I will be requesting at least partial compensation.

Not good. Will not stay again. Tub was not drained and had standing water with the towels in there soaked. Toilet did not flush properly. Went to tell front desk since the room did not have a phone. Front desk did give a 20% discount, however I reported issues at 8:29 and checked out after 9:30 and still no housekeeping to fix the toilet. Closet to a/c unit it old and messed up. Room had a stale smell. Our other room was set to 79 degrees in 100 degree weather so was not cooled upon entry. All this for an almost $300 for 1 night. DO NOT STAY HERE!!!

The sink fell thru the counter and they said they would fix it so we left at 1030am and came back at 6pm to it not fixed. They did not have the parts. It would have been nice to have a call to notify us instead of going to the front desk to talk to different person about the situation. They did give us a free night but I would not recommend the hotel. Positive - the AC worked great especially it was over 100 degrees outside. Front desk workers were kind.

The most disgusting pool I think I've ever swam in.

The room was good at first until the toilet started to flood. I called the front desk but he was alone & they don’t have 24hr maintenance. He did eventually bring a plunger & we had to fix the issue our self. Close to a lot of restaurants.

The room was nice. I thought the bed was very comfortable. Our room wasn’t ready when we checked in (45 minutes after check in time), but the front desk got us checked in so we could get to the concert at Globe Life. We did have to stop back by the front desk to get our room key (which was a little inconvenient because the doors were locked since it was late, and it took a little while before someone let us in). The only reason I gave 4 stars in condition is because the TP holder was only screwed in completely on one side. The other side was barely screwed in, and I could see where it may have been attempted to rescrew it back in since there was drywall dust all over the baseboard and floor.

Room was satisfactory. Breakfast area was disgusting, all open tables were dirty, sticky, and food was all over the floor. No one made an attempt to keep it clean. We came to the buffet around 8:30 AM and there was no food available except cereal. Very disappointing, I would not stay here again.

But once we got to our room and started using it we realized the toilet didn’t work. After every other flush the water wouldn’t fill back up in the back of the tank so my husband would have to fix it. I went to use the phone to call the front desk and there was no dial tone. The phone did not work. At this point it was late and we didn't want to walk to the front desk. We informed the front desk in the morning. They scheduled someone to come and fix it while we were gone for the day. The toilet was fixed for a time being, but we did have continued problems with it 2 more times. They removed the phone and didn’t replace it. Yes we have cell phones but it was weird to not have a phone in the room. The pillows were so flat and awful. I went to the front desk to ask for more pillows and they didn’t have any extra! They said to come back later and they might have some. So I went later in the day to see if they had anymore and they gave me the flattest pillow ever. How do you not have extra pillow cases for guest! After a few tries I finally found a somewhat ok pillow. There was a hallway light right outside our door, this made it difficult to sleep at night! The hallway light made our door frame light up like a huge rectangle night light!! When we arrived the pool was closed! It was so hot. With kids that want to swim this was such a bummer. Going to the sister property to swim was not convenient at all!

Overall was adequate but pool cleanliness was a little concerning.

This was convenient to Globe Life Field. The 2-room suite was great to share with my cousin.

I needed an iron, should be provided. Also only a skillet in my unit

First room stunk like smoke second room had bugs in it the police where there every day dealing with locals

I liked all but breakfast had duicates on food need better selection i would probably do fairfield inn cause of breakfast but other than that ita all good

Pool pump in the room closet extremely loud. Toilet was clogged at check in. Sofa was more comfortable than the bed, carpet was soiled, charged for parking, told us there was security patrolling, someone sleeping in their car with motor running all night. Nightstand was taller then the bed, hit my elbow on the corner of the nightstand and ripped my elbow open, Queen beds only, Horrible, not up to Marriott standards,

It’s clean and comfy.

Didn’t have a key available for my room, had to be let into my room by office clerk, mobile key was not available. Then had to return to front desk to retrieve a key after being told a key would be brought to my room which never happened.

Our family of four had a really lovely time at the hotel. The room was clean and met our needs. The kitchen area was a massive plus with large fridge/feezer. A big thank you to Jacen and Harley in reception who gave us 5-star service! Would definitely recommend a stay here.

Absolutely loved it! Very good value for money! Fantastic and helpful staff. Massive kudos to Harvey & Jay and also the cleaning staff who made our stay truly memorable. Will definitely recommend to friends and family! Just one area of improvement: if you could add more variety and flavour to the breakfast offerings that would be great please!
