Holiday Inn Express & Suites Arlington North - Stadium Area by IHG

Overall good hotel and location. Easy to access. Unfortunately for the guest, there was a boiler issue and no hot water available over a 24+ hour span. I may look at other options next time visiting area. Weekend rates were elevated for events going in the area. I was there for The Eagles concert. Nice shuttle service was offered by a third party business that ran to a drop zone at the ballpark.

Bathtub didn’t drain well, still had long blonde hair everywhere. Dust all over the back of the toilet.

It's a "never again" for me. From waiting in a line for 20 minutes to check in, to the dirty run down room, to the bad elevators, to paying what we did for 1 night i expected way more, and to bring home bed bugs. We will never stay here again.

Tried for a week to speak to manager prior to my arrival. Left messages for the hotel on booking.com and never received a response. Check in was terrible for our team. Hotel worked with me to cancel 1 of my reserved rooms but has not communicated to booking.com that they approved the cancellation so that I can get a refund from booking.com.

The room was in terrible shape. The toilet seat was hanging off. I had to tighten the screws myself, the hot water did not work, the mini fridge was not working, the usb outlets for my phone chargers were broken, the fan in the bathroom did not work.

Just a very poorly ran and not keep current (mattress) Holiday Inn Express. It’s obvious MANY have stayed in that room as Six Flags, AT&T Stadium and Globe Life park are just right there. Great location…..poor upkeep of a Holiday Inn.

At checkout, I was emailed my receipt and printed it come home and not even a day later they tried charging me 50 extra dollars. I’m trying to tell me it was a readjustment on Expedia’s part.. when we called the front desk to ask about it sounded like she had already knew/this had happened before. Not sure that I would stay here again, but their rooms were decent. Beds were clean and overall inside my room was nice.

The toilet wasn’t working and the room is just very old. A stain was on the ceiling. The shower wouldn’t spray out much water. As you walked into the room it had a smell. The room didn’t looking anything like the pictures on the website. They need to update and remodel.

The room was sufficient and the beds were comfortable for our overnight stay. I did like the lighted mirror in the bathroom. Breakfast could have been better. The pancake machine wasn’t working. Housekeeping should to do a thorough check when cleaning. Used Kleenex and crumbs were under the cushion in a chair.

Place was hot. Not the rooms, but anywhere else in the hotel was a sauna walking around. Place was also stinky in the halls. We did have an issues with our room and got moved to another one with no issues. The stay was excellent! We arrived on Halloween and the staff working that day were so friendly and helpful!! It was a great check in experience. The woman at the front desk the next morning was very unwelcoming and felt like we were just in the way. She made it difficult for us to get our food we ordered when the night before we had no issues. Besides her the stay went great and everything was clean and inviting.

The entire property, especially the hallways smelled old and musty. Fire alarms went off for hours and were told that they would have to have a manager come to turn them off. They were rude and unfriendly at checkin.

There’s a trolly stop (I’m assuming for six flags) however see flags is just across the road. It’s walkable and easy to find, staff was nice and check in was easy.

We stayed for three peaceful nights. During our stay, we enjoyed the complimentary breakfast and friendliness of the staff. The facility was pretty clean too. My only con to the trip was that the pool is outdoors and my littles wanted to swim. Aside from that unexplored amenity, our stay was lovely. We will be back!!

My 3 day stay in Dallas was amazing, I chose Holiday Inn Express Arlington because of the proximity to AT&T stadium. The hotel was 3.5 stars due to its one of the few that doesnt look like its been updated lately.

My rooms 323, 325 & 326 were so clean they were like new. Check in was seamless. I gave them my last name, the front desk manager asked if I wanted to use the card on file, I said yes and she gave us our room keys. It was wonderful!

Our sheets were stained, pullout bed had a bug, bugs climbing up the wall . Slept on to of the sheets, unacceptable! Not worth the stay just great location. Shower was stained. Hallways have water damage it was always humid!

First time here and my family and I, loved it . The trolley picked us up just a few feet from the front door and saved us parking fees to the theme parks . Love it all around , and will stay here again for sure .

I did like how the in room internet access didn't require some BS captive portal, and how if you logged into (eg) Amazon Prime on the TV it blanked the credentials every day at 1300 so there wasn't a worry about clearing things before I left.

The moment before I was to commence what I went in there for, water began to leak from the sprinkler on the bathroom ceiling, which was very nearly right above my head. I quickly absconded with my business unattended as water also began to leak from the light fixture in the bathroom ceiling. Water quickly covered the bathroom floor and began to flow into the rest of the room. Our phone call to the front desk was not answered. We quickly gathered our belongings and left, informing the front desk clerk on the way out that it was raining in our room. Overall, I would have to say that this was the worst experience I have had staying at a Holiday Inn.

Our room did not get service, next day I asked for towels but they didn’t have them . Hallways carpet smells

Carpets in Libby were dirty and stained, as was the elevator. Hallways smelled of marijuana. Why have no smoking rooms? Carpet in our room was stained and dirty. Pink mold in the shower. Filters in the AC were clean though!

The check in process was super easy. They had keys made for us when we arrived at 11pm from a long day of travel. We actually tried switching properties with hotels.com because we had booked the wrong Holiday inn for a wedding and even with Gold status Hotels.com weren’t any help. The room was fine, however as the girls were unpacking, I stepped into the bathroom to inspect as Holiday Inn expresses don’t have the best reputation for cleanliness and found a centipede in the bathtub. I took a video of it and a photo to show the front desk. No help there as all they would do is switch rooms. Probably extra guests in there as well. No more IHC hotels in our future.

It was fine. Nothing fancy but was a safe and clean environment. Easy to grab an Uber for dinner and entertainment. I wished I would’ve booked the other holiday inn that was down the street that had more dining options for late night snacks and breakfast options. Overall was fine.

We had dead geckos in the room. You could see thru the wall next to the air conditioner all the way outside where they were coming in. The bathroom had stains and rust everywhere.

The room was fine but the side of the bed when moving slightly the mattress showed a lot of mold… considering how close your face is from it, it wasn’t a great discovery.

Nice over night stay. Bed very comfy and room was clean. Front desk friendly. I accidently locked my key in my room and received a new one very quickly. Nice hot breakfast included that I didn't get to indulge as much as I wish I could have.

the stay was fine, but our room did not get cleaned, new towels and trash taken like I have had done in other motels during our stay.

Cockroach in the room and no room cleaning services

I was very happy with the cleanliness. My stay was absolutely perfect. I will definitely stay again when I come back to visit my kiddo at UTA and recommend to all my friends. Thanks for a wonderful and relaxed stay.

The breakfast was disappointing nothing like the website showed. Seems there was only 1 peraon cooking therfore pans were empty and dining area was dirty. Room smelled musty. The customer service was the only amazing thing!

Hotel seemed nice. But after awhile I notice how dirty it was. The floors haven’t been mopped in a while, carpets weren’t any better. They didn’t clean our room after we were gone for the day. I asked the front desk if they are supposed to clean and she said yes. Wasn’t apologetic. Friends in another room said there’s wasn’t clean either. I don’t think they clean those rooms very much. Friends found a fake fingernail in their sheets. They don’t think they changed the sheets from previous occupants. My impression of that hotel is that they just don’t care. I wont stay here again.

The prooerty was ok, the pool was dirty unusable. You have to request for the room to be cleaned which was not explained to us. When we requested it not very clean and the cockroaches in the room were not very pleasing especially for the amount we paid.

It was okay. Breakfast was not amazing, but had basic breakfast food. Hotel was clean, but in need of painting and a few upgrades. Our room was clean, but not super clean found trash on the floor and dead bugs in the bathroom. The tub was slanted for some reason. Staff wasn't rude but wasn't real friendly ether. Front desk was cluttered and needed a good cleaning. Hallways and door ways are small/tight.
