Best Western Plus Executive Residency Antioch Inn

The television didn't work and the phone didn't work. They offered to move us after we where all ready settled in the room. The hot water was iukewarm. The best part of the stay was breakfast I spoke with Expedia the same night they gave us a credit of 35.00 on the key card. We where told the manger would be there today only to find out he does not work on weekends. They just completed remodeling because in Julu they will become a Marriott property.

Wonderful, clean, safe, spacious and friendly staff

Las instalaciones del hotel estaban excelente, muy limpio tanto en el estacionamiento como en el Lobby, piscina excelente, desayuno perfecto; lo único malo fue que nunca se realizó limpieza de la habitación durante los tres días que estuve en el hotel.

They only cleaned our room twice in the 9 days we stayed there. Every time we went to the front desk to ask why they did not clean or what their cleaning schedule was, we kept getting a different answer. None of the housekeepers spoke English so we could not communicate with them directly.

The staff at the front desk were extremely helpful in getting us the room type we preferred. The room was spacious and clean. However, the pictures on the website are somehow deceptive by showing the stove tops and the exhaust fans in the kitchens. They have actually taken all of them down already. The patio did not look like what is shown in the pictures, either, with a few chairs there only. The second room we stayed was not well maintained. The couch cushion is wrong so we couldn't really sit on it. The blinds in the bedroom was broken so we couldn't sleep well due to the strong light from the parking lot. The hairdryer in the bathroom was missing, and when we finally got one from the front desk, we found the outlet in the bathroom did not work. Check these stuff when you come into the room so you won't be awkward at a late night. The hotel is between highway and railway. It could be noisy if you are a light sleeper. It would be better if there could be some water provided in the lobby and the fitness room.

Beds were not very comfortable and toiletries provided were too small. There were 3 adults in our room and the bottles of shampoo, etc., were .75 ounces. Also had issues with the television. Staff said they were new but they were programmed incorrectly so that the channel did not line up with the menu. Otherwise, the room was ok. Would probably not stay there again however.

The area isn’t ideal. Homeless people are close by, so be careful not to leave anything worth stealing in your car. The inside of the hotel is well kept; however, the room was a different story. You can tell the rugs in our room hadn’t been vacuumed in a while. The bathroom needed to be cleaned again along with the kitchenette. Room service didn’t come by at all the 3 days we were there, so we had to get our own towel and necessities everyday at the front desk.

The pool was closed the whole time for cleaning. Our shower would not get hot. I said something to the front desk and they sent maintenance up. We were told it was fine but it never got warm enough to take an actual shower

The shower water was always lukewarm leaning to cold, if not cold. The ac wouldn’t function continuously throughout the whole night.

The TV on our room didn't work. Pool water was a little dirty. Hair on shower.

I really enjoyed the stay but there was one thing the bed was hard

Very clean room, updated, nice accommodations and a good breakfast layout. Would stay here again.
