    Their were guests hanging out in the stairs drinking & smoking. People sitting outside their rooms in chairs just hanging out. This place allows anyone to do whatever. NOT SAFE. Both of my beds had hair on the sheets. I didn’t report the issues to the front desk because after looking at how they run their business, it wouldn’t matter if they brought me new sheets, I wouldn’t trust those either. I couldn’t wait for my stay to be OVER! And this property had the audacity to charge $100 incidental fee! For what? The doors were nasty, tub had rust spots, shower handle falls off. Never will stay again!!!!!

    Don’t get me wrong you get what you pay for, but the room was poorly cared for the housekeeping did not do a great job cleaning the room. There was a dirty rag from the last guest hanging on the shower curtain rod. There was a dead bug in the bathtub. It was just poorly cleaned, and the equipment was not the best but for the price range it would probably be considered OK.

    Room looked clean in photos, but the room was supposed to be a non-smoking and smelled like someone had recently smoked in there. Multiple spiders in the shower, tv barely worked drawers broken on the dresser and mini fridge was nasty, I would not recommend staying here unless it’s your last option.

    In some parts the remodeling so is coming out but there’s not problem about, just saying is looking great !!! Communication I had left my security deposit for 2 days and gave my money back (cash deposit) thanks for that !!! Great budget !!!!

    The only thing I thought was poor quality was the cable tv. It wouldn’t come in clear at all a the sound was distorted. The bed was nice a fluffy, the housekeeper even came in while we were gone a put fresh sheets a towels in the room a none of our stuff left with her. Over all it was a great stay.

Tv was in a different language with no remote, therefore no tv. There was a hole in the door frame where bugs had full access to. The curtains to the thin glass windows were barely hanging on. The front desk lady tried to over charge me $30 for a room when I told her booking.com had it cheaper. She said if I book on any website or at the front desk it would be the same price. I booked on booking.com for $30 cheaper. Once we saw our room and discovered how unsanitary and safe it was, we asked for a refund because we couldn’t stay there with our kids. She refused a refund and told us that “maybe if we would have listened and booked through her we could have gotten a refund but since we booked with booking.com she can’t do anything.” So I am asking booking.com to make this right and refund me for my stay. I checked out and had to drive all the way home which was almost 3 hours away due to poor room conditions and not being what they advertised.

    Everything was terrible and the price of the worst is a stay that should cost no more than $40 a night, They charge $90 when $56 comes out on the site, it's a total theft and they take away plus $100 deposit and do not return it... TVs are useless, the bathroom is decomposed, the ceiling is almost low... insects are in the worst.

    I almost spent a third night at the hotel but my work schedule, is quiet strenuous and different. Working very very long shifts The hotel was NOT supposed to take $65 dollars from me today....at 9 a.m. I checked out and noticed that at that very hour this morning $65 was charged after I had called by phone and asked her for an extension of the same room I was in. She said if I extended the room for the another day she wasn't going to offer me the room at the same rate rather, it would be $90 for the day and an additional deposit for that day too. So all together the company would have been holding nearly $300 from my personal card for a 2 to 3 days stay. I asked her to cancel the reservation please because I would have to wait for $300 of a deposit to be released she said over the course of 3 days or so. My past experiences with hotels is that they normally will honor the same rate for an additional day if you wanted to stay in the same room because it would need full servicing, not here. It was not an option. Also there was no coffee or tea or breakfast bar and construction was going on at the facility.

    The bed was ok. The TV didn't work. The location was loud. The biggest issue was the $100 deposit was taken from my account even though there wasn't an issue. The hotel said that's why they prefer cash as that has happened to others. They said to check with my bank to fix the issue. This has never happened to me at ANY hotel I've ever stayed at.

    Price Everything else. None of the TVs were working due to “mechanical issues” there was a two inch gap at the bottom of the door in 30 degree weather so you had to blast the heat or freeze. Okay, $100 cash deposit, cool. Buuuuut the rules that come with getting it back? suggested if you were a female on her cycle to not use the towels because in the event of a stain on ANY of their linen your deposit is in jeopardy.

    THEIVES OF $100 DEPOSIT. ROOMS WERE NEGLECTED AND DID NOT HAVE THE PROPER TOWELS OR WARM WATER TO SHOWER. TUB WAS STAINED AND HAD TO GO TO PLANET FITNESS TO GET READY FOR WORK.     I like knights because of it promixity to lots of business centers around the Antioch Area. The management will to do more in areas like cleaning the rooms, use a cotton bedsheets instead of a nylon. Sprayings the rooms will aliviate the cigarette smell from the room. These are things I observed whenever I visited knights Inn.

    Door to room 217 was EXTREMELY hard to open. It was stuck in frame. Hard to open from outside and from inside. (I am 6'2'' and weight 220 lbs) I believe it was a fire hazard. When the employees went to evaluate the room before I checked out the first two employees could NOT open the door. It took a third employee assisting them to open the door. Which also delayed my leaving

    I called when I booked (about 2 pm) to make sure they knew I was going to be late. I was told check in was 24 hrs, but when I got there at 10 p.m. I had to stand there for 20 minutes ringing their door. When I finally got someone to come, I was then told it was a $100 cash deposit, which I did not have since they made no mention of it when I called. I told the lady I didn't have it and finally got her to let me use my credit card. I got charged $50 and did get it back when I checked out. However, my card was hacked after I got home. Definitely fishy. Would not recommend.

    I had to change my room at this property because the first one smelled heavily of cigarettes. Then the second room had a smoke stench I didn’t notice until later on! However the staff was unwilling to accommodate us even though one of the members in our party had severe asthma and smoke was a trigger for that. We literally saw the staff and other guests smoking cigs right outside of the rooms. Absolutely foul. Would not recommend this place. Just go to the comfort inn 5 minutes from this place.

    They wanted a $50 cash security deposit to check in. So I work a couple hours, come back with the money and they tried *doubling* the deposit to $100. I don't like arguing with service people, but that was just shady. Also, the place is crawling with homeless people.

    It was 430 in the morning when I arrived after a 14 hour drive. I would have stayed elsewhere had I not been so tired. Upon entering their was a piece of pepperoni stuck to the floor. When I went to pick it up with a washcloth the floor was black. The sheets where damp and felt so gross that my son and I sleep on top of the comforter. Luckily we only stayed for 5 hrs to get back on the road. Property has potential if they would put in a bit of effort.

    It was mostly quiet. The office staff is rude. I paid for a smoking room, they dont have smoking rooms. The table had cuts in it. The towels had hair in them. The tub had a cigarette burn on it. The television connection was terrible. No coffee, no lobby, no complimentary breakfast or water.

Soooooooo dirty, hair in tub, floor made out socks black within 10 minutes of taking them off. Smelled like cigarettes. TV didn't work. Curtains falling off. Switched rooms and it was even worse. Left because we felt so gross just standing in that room. Refused to give us our money back because we tried two rooms and wanted to leave. Did an upgrade to a king sized bed because the double beds weren't good for my 3 year old to fall off of, usually I just put a bag and pillows on the other side of the double bed. Couldn't do that. Just absolutely horrible. Should be torn down.

    Our room was trash. Paint all over the floor. I did double check for bedbugs before i laid down. I was completely shocked at how gross it was. The shower had sank so the put spray foam in it. The location is really the only good thing i can say about it. Even the office staff wasnt really friendly. I absolutely do not recommend staying here. There are other hotels near. Skip this one. Im not one to find the worst but i just dont want others to waste their money.

    Dirty towels , Clean sheets . Mid immediate area but go a little further intown and everything fine . Kind of a sketchy area , don't move like an idiot but for the price i think it's well worth two beds . For the experiences traveller , no newbies .

    toilet in the bathroom was dirty underneath the bowl and the toilet paper handler was broken room 355. Also, Hotel wasn’t barely occupied and they put us on the third floor instead of putting us on the first floor and first room smells awful.

    The hallway is collapsing, the tv didnt work, the door didnt shut priperly, there was mold in the tub and bathroom ceiling and all the trim was cracked off due to the settling/sliping floor slowling breaking the bottom of the walls. How this building is not structurally condemned i do not know.

    Upon checking it was very UNinviting. You don't get to stand in the lobby, you have to stand in a very small vestibule. I ended up checking out 2 days early. The floor was disgusting. It was suppose to be a non smoking room. The smell of smoke was so bad I had trouble breathing. They demanded a $50 deposit. The front desk gal when asked for a refund said oh yeah yeah. I don't know that she even spoke english.

    DO NOT waste your money at this place! It’s horrible! It’s in a very bad area, with people hanging out in the parking lot with loud music & smoking weed. The rooms are so outdated that the smoke & weed smell seeps into the rooms. The tv are old along with the rest of the place. They put me in a dirty room with no tv sound, no working restroom fan, no top sheets on the beds & 1 roll of cheap toilet paper, not to mention the ac wouldn’t move from 72. It was a horrible experience & I would NOT recommend it to anyone.

    The service members were very kind — there’s a lot of traffic, and it’s very loud. There were also fuzz balls and hair in the beds. The door had a 1-1.5 inch gap so it was really drafty. We also had a strong marijuana smell wafting in the room at 7:30 am. The stairs were falling apart and the rails were not attached completely.

    It was falling apart. Filthy my bare feet were black after 5 minutes. Afraid to use the soap or towels since a $50 deposit was added and I needed it back!!! Racks and clothes rod and shower rod all almost out of the walls. Or off the walls complete anplaced side end up as a place for the towels. Or leaning in a corner. Almost as if I was in a room that was actually under renovation but got used on a busy Saturday night. The light brackets/ fixtures were falling all over the place… to the left or right and wobble. The bugs and roaches are flying when the light came on. The door to the room had been forced so it didn’t lock or close firmly I had to take the handle of my loofa and cram it into the chain to tighten it . The bathroom door knob was beatened up as to be useless and the toilet roll holder fell off in my hand… the fridge worked for 1 hour then stopped. The noise was next level must have been gunshots… dunno but louder booms high loud engine noise and revving. Really loud radio music in cars from back and forth all night. Voices in my wall and on the walk all night like pacing street walkers. It was truly awful never slept and glad to get out alive..

    Staff was rude...The place was roach infested. I counted five coming from various places in the room. I immediately went to the office and reported what was in my room. The lady at the front desk looked at me as if I was crazy. Needless to say nothing was done...I will never, ever visit this place again.

    Filthy room with cockroaches and bed sheets with cigarette burns. Walls dirty/stained and doors don’t work and room had a horrible stench. We were suppose to stay for 6 nights. We asked to be changed to a new room but the conditions were all the same. We were refused a partial refund by the manager but we still decided to pack our stuff and find a different hotel. We were ok with paying for the nights we used but didn’t think it was right for them to force us to pay for nights we did not stay.

    Toilet seat was covered in urine and hair.An electrical inspector would have a field day with sockets hanging out of walls etc.No top sheet, just a blanket and cover, wonder when they were last washed? Curtain rod hung in a 1' loop, causing flooding of bathroom while showering. Fridge didnt work and had roaches in. only ice machine had clearly not worked in while, and it was 90 outside. possibly better than sleeping in my car, but not by much

    1. Overall building - heavy wear on all stairs and balcony walkways. 2. Entry door - sticks hard had to shoulder my way in, once inside we noticed the door needs a lower threshold so we had a 2” crack under the door to the outside. 3. Curtain - brand new but the rod was not correct for the curtain luckily there were pieces to the old plastic blinds I was able to make it work. 4. A/C PTAC - worked great no complaints here at all. 5. Walls - freshly redone within the last 2 weeks I’m guessing. Still a fresh smell of paint. Aside from some rough cutting around door hinges since it wasn’t a gut and replace just a redo it’s to be expected a bit. 6. Lighting - all fresh new LED fixtures which is great. Only problem they need to be on dinners. Lighting is a bit harsh and there is no way to adjust from the estimated 3500-4000k white light. 7. Sink Area - nice new fixture, counter and mirror. Back lit mirror and new LED pucks are a bit over powering but all in all happy with this upgrade. 8. Bathroom - new toilet, tub/shower and fixture. All really nice but here is where some issues are for me. I’m a big guy the toilet is against the wall on your right along with the toilet paper holder which had been pulled out of the wall. So I would have to sit turned to the left. Another issue the bathroom door would not shut. It did not fit the opening

    We stayed 4 nights & It was awful the whole time, i believe the entire family lives in all the rooms, they are up all night long outside our door smoking , talking loud, kids screaming & crying, i called the office they finally went inside the room at 4am and started hammering on the wall, the 1st 2 nights we slept a total of 6 hours, i went to the office the next morning and they moved them down a couple rooms but they still continued to stay up all night in the parkinglot. I also had to put up a $50 deposit that ive still not gotten back, the room was nasty, smelled like smoke, killed a roach crawling up the wall, there was shaving cream sprayed all over the wall & light fixture above the sink. Very disappointed but i guess i got what i paid for.
