Nothing! The room was dirty, the bathroom was not properly cleaned, and there were cockroaches inside the room, including on the floor. Because of the conditions, I was unable to properly use the bathroom or even take a shower during my stay.

Need better signage to the lobby. It's past the Mexican restaurant and I rode around several times before finding it. The nearby hotel on the right was scary. But felt safe on the property.

Oris and Shoyab provided outstanding customer service. The room was very clean and the property was well maintained. Our stay was excellent, their attentive service really made the difference.

The room was very clean, the beds were honestly the best beds I've ever slept in at ANY hotel by far! If I had an issue at all it would be the breakfast. They had cold cereal, and I'm just not a cereal person. But everything was great. Rooms are quiet and clean

Nothing at all The deposit is $100 not $50 like the website states. It is also a cash deposit not on a card. They will not budge on it even when you show them that the website says 50/card. Very rude very unhelpful and had a poor attitude the entire time.

There were roaches in the room, they advertise free breakfast which they didn’t have out at 7am as advertised, but when we said something they opened it up and it was just cereal and juice ONLY. Found previous guests belongings in the room. There was a 1 inch gap on the bottom of the door, you can hear everything from the outside. Neighbors were loud and rowdy all night. Got there at midnight, we left at 7am, was just stopping by on a trip though.

The room I stayed in was pretty beat up looking even for a budget motel, not to mention I saw a few roaches running around during my one night stay there. The people at the checkout counter were nice but the condition of the rooms could use some attention.

Room had roaches, tv had a shortage in the cord so it kept cutting on and off, bed sheets had stains on them, and the lights in the bathroom flickered, and the carpet was very dirty and sticky

If the room i was checking in didn't look like it was in the middle of a renovation and smelled and not to mention had creepy crawlers ! I just needed to lay my head for a few hours but I do not do roaches. Refund was quick but I would not recommend!

The room I stayed in was dirty. The TV didn't work and the furniture was broken. They let me see another room but it had roaches. It was late and they said they could only refund me for one night and not 2 is why I stayed the one and only night.

This place is a drug den/murder motel. We walked in and then walked right out. Do not book here unless you plan on getting hepatitis.

My stay at this hotel was a nightmare. First, the bathroom fan was falling off the ceiling, and the bathtub faucet was broken. When I showed photo evidence to the front desk officer during checkout (since I had paid a deposit), he refused to make any adjustments—claiming it wasn’t their problem. The worst part? As I was about to sleep, I found a **bug on the bedsheet**—absolutely disgusting! When I showed them the photo and demanded action, the registration officer coldly told me, *“You can check out now.”* They offered a refund but forced me to leave at **11:30 PM**—where was I supposed to go at that hour? This was beyond unacceptable. To add insult to injury, **Travelocity listed the pet fee as $15/night**, but the hotel charged me **$20/night**. Their excuse? *“The website made a mistake.”* How is that possible? Without the hotel’s approval, third-party sites like Travelocity or Expedia **cannot** just set random fees. This feels like a scam. **Avoid this place at all costs**—poor maintenance, terrible customer service, and shady charges. I really want to post the photo to show you all , but there is no way to upload!

It was dirty with holes in the wall. Roaches crawling on everything. The lights were on to maybe scare the roaches away but they weren't scared. I took a few pics then went back to office and got my money back. Which they refunded right away.

Condition of room was awful. Not clean, sheets did not look clean. Cigarette burn on them. Door did not close tightly. Bugs in room. Bathroom was very bad as well.

The area was patrolled by the police, which was secure however, concerning. The room was not up to cleanliness standards, roaches, broken furniture, holes in sheets, and bathroom tiles had cracks and gaps.

Day staff had bad attitude, Killed 5 cockroaches in the room, tile was off the shower wall in 2 places, hair dryer didn't work, toilet was wobbly and most of the outlets were loose to the point I had to put something under my charger to hold into place to charge.

There was so many roaches in my room I woke up with a baby one on my pillow so I got my phone light out and started looking and I couldn't believe what I was seeing there was hundreds of them everywhere my husband went to pick up his shoe and about 20 roaches started running and there was dead ones in the refrigerator it was nasty and they wouldn't refund my money or move me to another room I would never stay there again and I would advise everybody else to choose another hotel.

They promote that they have laundry on site and they do not. I book hotels for my truck drivers based on the fact that hotels have laundry on site so that they can accommodate themselves over the rest time your hotel advertised laundry on site it did not.

1) its inconviently located at the corners of crime spree & urine blvd 2) youll notice recent updates to the property such as plywood windows, roaches, and yesterdays comforter today. 3) have no fear, when here because they know every cop in town extremely well. Mostly bc of the crime though. 4)its got wonderful, rich history just a town or two away, room and board there. 5)if you havent read the red flags by now ill be clear here IF GOD HIMSELF ASK U TO VENTURE THIS LOCAL GARBAGE HEAP tell him to go to hell, AKA as your local Super8 Motel 1121 Bell Antioch, Tn

I’ve Never Wrote a negative comment EVER. The place is AWFUL!! Stains all over bed, broken A/C, soap open and used on tub, lamps didn’t work. Tv doesn’t work. I’m easy to get along with but sleep in your car instead of ever staying there.AWFUL!!!!

Should have read the other terrible reviews before reserving. Cobwebs in the room, shower leaking, no secondary lock on the door, visible daylight through the door and about and inch of open space from the bottom of the door to the floor. Was only going to stay one night but between the status of the room and the thought of my car getting broke in to, I had to get out of there. Would NOT recommend to even my worst enemy.

I arrived only to discover that all the reservations had been canceled due to fire damage and no-one bothered to let me know. I knew from the tacky photos and the abysmal reviews that I was taking a risk, but not a "police tape still up" kind of risk.

The hotel itself has no parking at all, and is right beside (I’m talking 2 step distance) from a busy Mexican restaurant/bar. The room was completely out of date and the floors were dirty. For the 10 hours we needed the room just to sleep, it was sufficient, but I wouldn’t recommend, and I wouldn’t stay there again.

This place was an absolute dump. Some windows boarded up, paint peeling off the exterior. I opened the door to the lobby, immediately felt uncomfortable, turned and walked out. Found somewhere else to stay.

Broken windows, roof damage, loitering everywhere, and no one on site when I arrived. Unable to check in for a reservation that was scheduled a week in advance. Did not feel like it was a business anyone cared about. Having a non-refundable reservation, to a dump, and they arent even there to let you in.... yes I was peeved so take my criticism in context. That said, if you are looking for peace and relaxation for a night, dont come here; not until they're done renovating or whatever they are calling it.

ROACHES, SHOWER IN BAD SHAPE, DOOR BROKEN

There was a fire that shut down the whole hotel and they haven't even answered my calls about even getting a refund for the four nights I couldn't stay there, much less any damages.

A lot of people live at this property. The room was very old and dated. The first room had a door to the room next door. I moved from that room. The next room was next door to a young guy who lived there. I could smell his weed smoking in my room. I left. I didn't stay one night. It is an awful place.

Breakfast was not how the photos look on here, mold in the bathroom, and was awoken because I was itchy and found BED BUGS. I strongly recommend staying somewhere else

There were cigarettes holes in the sheets. I understand I chose a smoking room but that doesn’t mean that newer or cleaner bed sheets isn’t needed. There was a pretty big gap with the main door making it not feel too safe to stay in propped a chair in front of the door. One of the lights by the bathroom kept flickering.

The sheets had holes in them. The Air condition cover was broken. The smoke detector was not even attached. It was on a shelf. No hot water. A towel had brown stains. I checked in and checked right out. I do not recommend this hotel to my worse nightmare. Also, the parking lot is very sketchy.

conditions and cleanliness were terrible, my driver didn't even stay. He saw the room and left. room smelt like Mary jane ( the bud , the ganja....) and was disgustingly dirty. on a plus side could possibly be used to film a heroin overdose movie/show, maybe a new season of Breaking Bad or Narcos for Netflix. I would have rather had him stay in the backseat of the truck in a piggly wiggly grocery store parking lot

There were no lights that were operational except for the bathroom. I told the front desk and he said he’d take care of it and didn’t send anyone or come check himself. The room has to be at least 80 degrees and the AC won’t work. There is busted glass in one of the windows. Someone tried to half ass paint the tub with what looks like spray paint. There is paint flaking off and mold and graffiti on the bathroom walls. This place isn’t fit for a dog to sleep in.

No heat in the first room. Holes in the wall, cigarette burns in comforters. Clogged tub drain, iron burns in carpet, no remote for TV, stains on bedding & towels. Free breakfast was ,coffee, juice & a bowl of cereal.

This property was one of the worst properties I've ever stayed in the room looks like it hadn't been cleaned for weeks the room is in disarray there was holes in walls the bedspread had cigarette butt Burns all over it the sheets look like they haven't been washed correctly or the towels the tub it was dirty and dingy and the handle is laying on the floor didn't even know how to get the water started.

They had people who didn’t even have a room all around the building. The room smelled like someone just smoke a cigarette, the sheets wasn’t changed and had to strip them off the bed. I had asked for new one never got them. I ended up leaving due these conditions. Do not stay here!

We were stopping at this super 8 on our way to Florida. We had gotten 2 rooms for the night. When we arrived the area looked pretty sketchy. We got our room hoping for the best. The first room we went into there were roaches going across the floor and one running up the wall. We looked into the 2nd room and the bedspread had a huge rip down the middle of it. It was a NO GO for us. We went to the front desk told them the situation and that we were not staying there. We found another motel a couple miles away and are currently still trying to get our money back for this super 8. DO NOT recommend staying here.

Fast and efficient check in. No disappointment here. The room is clean and adequate enough for my use, nothing more than that. Customer service was pleasant and respectful, unlike the distrustful and short tempered type that usually runs establishments like these.

There were several very large loud parties outside the building and on balconies untilvery late. The room was filthy. Roaches and other bugs present. The bathroom looked like it hadnt been cleaned for a long time. The comforters had rips and stains. The door had a sizeable rotted hole in the bottom. Do not consider staying here.

We had bugs in our room. Two bugs went across our bed. We was offered another room but that room also had bugs so we decided to leave and we received a refund.

This was so very disgusting. After traveling from Florida to Nashville we decided to stop at Super 8. What a mistake. As soon as we walked into the room and turned the light on the roaches scattered. We couldn't get out of the room fast enough.

This was the worst motel I have ever stayed in. It was filthy, had roaches crawling around. The toilet didn’t flush properly, the knob on the bathtub fell off in our hands. Holes on the wall covered with carpenter tape. The girl behind the desk couldn’t hardly wait on people because she had her 3 kids at work with her and had to keep going to get on to them. People fighting all night, a lady sleeping on the steps that we had to keep stepping over. Just a disgusting place all the way around.

This property is terrifying. There are holes in every blanket, there was a dirty old shirt hanging on the curtain rod on our room when we arrived and half drank sprite (or we HOPE it was sprite) still in the fridge. The online photos are misleading and we barricaded the door at night, just to feel safe. Not a good stay for women alone on a trip!!

This is the worst hotel I've ever stayed in. It's obvious they're doing some sort of renovations to the building, but that doesn't excuse how disgusting our room was. Where to start? Carpet coming up in multiple places, creating a tripping hazard. Fixtures ripped off the walls. Holes in the drywall all over the room. Broken furniture. Punched hole in the bathroom door. Toilet seat held on by a piece of bail twine. Towel holders not secured to the wall. Paint chipped all over the room. Desk lamp without a light bulb. Cigarette burns and smell in the room, which was supposed to be non-smoking. Exposed wiring. Witnessed no fewer than six drug deals in the parking lot in the 36 hours we were at the hotel (didn't try to get pics of that for obvious reasons). Took all our valuables wherever we went so as not to leave anything of note in the room while we were gone. A dump that should be shut down.

We asked for a different room which was slightly better. One of the beds and the security lock on the door were broken. There were drug deals going on in the parking lot and walkways of the hotel. They were doing renovations to the hotel so they didn't service breakfast in the lobby. There are no elevators in the hotel. The area around hotel seems to be a decent neighborhood.

Bed sheets and spreads had burn holes.. Room smelled like smoke despite our booking a non-smoking room. Under the bed was trashy and dirty. Even the fire alarm was covered with a plastic bag, I assume to prevent an alarm when smoking. Didnt feel safe either. Super 8 used to have high standards and was usually our choice of motels. Never again. I cant even understand why Wyndham would want a motel in such despair to be associated with them.

This place should be re-evaluated to have on your site. Location was not safe, cleanliness was sub-sub-par. I checked in and left. There was nothing about this place that felt clean. I’m a 255lb male and I felt like I deserved better so I left.
