Enjoyed stay. It was great

The rooms are somewhat quiet, but you hear common noises like the sink, and bathroom, but it’s muffled for the most part. The place is good stay for the price range. I have heard the suppose charges for the $5/night for the parking lot but so far I have not seen the charges for it.

Clean some things are out dated a little

Older building. Room is functional.

The room was not properly cleaned. Trash in baskets. Drawers had gunk. Carpet had crumbs. I didn’t take off my shoes. AC unit didn’t cool the bedroom. Was very dumpy. I will never stay at sonesta again. Very overpriced, dirty and run down.

I stayed a weekend here as a solo traveler. I felt safe all the time and felt my car was secure at night. The building and surrounding area looks old and outdated but when you get to the room it’s cozy and haves all you need. I particularly loved that there was a cold water filter station in the gym so I didn’t have to buy water and how comfy the bed was. I definitely recommend this place and would stay there again. The only thing I did not love is that the fridge was a little dirty, the noises are loud if you stay in the second floor, and the parking area is a little far from lobby if you are just arriving. Other than that great stay!

The staff is extremely professional and kind. My son accidentally an electronic device in our room. I called the front desk. The lady who answered said she would lock it up in the office until I returned. I returned a week later for a business trip. As promised, the device was waiting for me.

The location and accessibility was great for the reason we were in town! Only mishap I encountered was a wrong card charge during check in but the stay was great other than that.

Stayed for a full week . Place was clean and great condition and receptionist was always helpful . Great for lone traveler and if u traveling with ur kids is great to cuz has great amenities .have no problem with my car and no parking charges . Didn’t see any outside residents in the property

Sonesta staff was re welcoming

Not the nicest staff, never got a refund for my deposit, wouldn’t give you extra anything unless you returned the original item. no extra towels, blankets, pillows, etc
