Spacious clean room.

TERRIBLE!! First arrived on Saturday morning 2am checked in which was an ok process. Get to our rooms unload our stuff and smells like sewer so bad, however its 2am and we are a family of 8 exhausted from our drive. Get up in the morning the two rooms I have smell so bad its unlivable. Call down to the desk to tell them they say there are no other rooms available they would have maintenance come and look. Maintenance comes in says the cleaned the drain and that it should be better. I start dropping that I am calling building and safety and things moved different then they were calling an outside plumber to come and service the building or maybe just the room not sure. Then they had availability and was trying to make everything right. As I am leaving for breakfast drug attacks asking my kids for drugs in the parking lot as they are clipping the gate around the back to get into the ditch. That was enough for me checked out and left to Santa Fe!!! DO NOT STAY HERE ITS SO BAD FROM THE BAD ODOR THE BEDS TO THE BUGS

The non-smoking room stunk so bad of cigarettes that it was nauseating. The person at the front desk did not acknowledge that we were there until after a couple of minutes, we said hello. Then he helped. The room was booked for 4 people and there were only 3 towels.

Our room had sticky floors, a malfunctioning A/C unit, heavily smelled of cigarettes, and in need of maintenance in the kitchenette. The overall appearance of the property suggested lack of landscape maintenance. I suppose you get what you pay for, but I’ve had better for less than $100/night.

Everything good except parking. Your car sometimes will not be in front of your door, it might be on the other side since parking is always full

Stayed here for one night on a road trip because we were traveling with a pet and the pet fee is very reasonable. The room we had smelled awful. Just because I brought a pet does not mean I want it to smell like a dog kennel! The bathroom had dirt under the sink, mold in the shower and was not well cleaned. The refrigerator doors were on backwards making it difficult to access the fridge since it was up against a wall. The ac was incredibly loud but did work well. There was also a knocking sound that lasted throughout the night that we could not find the source of. Beds were lowest grade possible and not comfortable at all. I would not stay here again.

The area is wrought with homeless and apparently the property does little to nothing to deal with it. Another traveler told my wife and I not to leave our room at night because it was not safe - we left at daybreak.

What a perfect place for us. The man at the desk was helpful and professional. There was plenty of parking and they accept pets. The room is very spacious, there was a kitchen with a full size refrigerator and a stove top. There's a table in the kitchen with two tall chairs and a coffee pot. The bathroom is large with plenty of room to move around after you get out of the shower! The beds were comfy, the shower was hot, and they had lots of movie channels. I recommend this to anybody that's traveling.
