The manager was very professional and assisted me with the check-in issue (the room I booked was unavailable due to a maintenance issue). The place is literally falling apart (AC cover fell off at 3am) and the housekeeping seems non-existent (dirty floors, blood-stained sheets). Also, loud kids running up and down the walkways after midnight. Seems to be a long-term place for many families, which is fine, but respect quiet hours and control your kids!

This was a disgusting place to stay a night. The entire room was dirty, TV did not work, chair was broken with armrest falling off. The bathroom was disgusting and the tub didn't drain ( found out in the AM while showering). I bought Clorox wipes to sanitize things for a peace of mind. I laid a personal sheet on the bed in order to sleep on it. Unfortunately I had already paid through Expedia and needed a place to sleep the night for school. The staff was nice and offered to cancel the reservation but I didn't want the hassle of dealing with a third party return policy. However, I survived.

The property looked very unsafe. The room did not look very up to date. I did not feel safe staying here. The toilet had brown stuff at the bottom of it ( I don't know what it was)

This property is not as advertised. No pool, no breakfast. Damaged foundation, unclean, mold, rats, roaches, broken windows, damaged doors, broken stars and walkways disconnecting from the building. I'm beyond surprised expedia has this property listed at all. Code enforcement ahould go out. But so many people would be without a home as this is primarily an extended stay in disrepair.

Room needed to be remodeled. We arrived at 8:30pm and the evening manager showed us the room before he checked us in. Manager very nice. Room was very much in need of repair. Bed was clean. No bugs. Safe. Breakfast was cancelled due to remodel. Pool also closed.

Didn’t like anything…… very very filthy….. only thing acceptable is the well made bed…. Bathroom was terrible, tub a disgrace, ceiling caving in……very unprofessional plumbing in bathroom…. A patch job!!!!!!

It wasn’t a bad stay. Staff was very helpful. They’re in the process of a remodel so I get that. Should probably close the place down to remodel if they’re not gonna keep up with the rooms as far as necessities being available without asking for them. Brand new refrigerator and microwave. I hate to beat people up for trying to better things. Overall, the bed was clean and the room was a comfortable temperature.

The room was horrible. No soap. The tub and toilet were moldy. No remote for the tv. You could see under the door. No locks on the door. No entry into the entry of the hotel. It looked filthy. I only stayed because it was late and I had already paid.

Place under renovation. No breakfast no pool all vending out of order sink leaked holes in wall garbage cans over flowing beds hard as a rock

This was by far the nastiest hotel I’ve ever stayed in. The room smelled like mold and old cigarettes, even there was cigarette ashes on the floor in the bathroom called the front desk because the air was working she bought me a fan and wiped the ashes up with tissue she said she was calling the owner but never did i had to call the front desk so many times in order to even get help and that was no help at all the sheets looked like they hadn’t been changed, they had burn holes in them and there were stains on the mattress and the walls. The bathroom was disgusting—hair in the tub, and it looked like someone took a bath and the tub never got cleaned mildew in the corners, and the toilet barely flushed. To make things worse, the front desk staff acted like we were bothering her and told us that they was full but we seen rooms open and. there was only 8 cars outside when we asked for clean towels. They were rude and completely unprofessional. The entire place felt unsafe and poorly. i will never book them again

Almost everything. Dirty place. Staff told me that I need to take my trash out when checking out. No customer service at all.

There was no breakfast no microwave there were bed bugs I could not get clean sheets after letting them know there was dirty sheets I took video and pictures I would like a refund.
