    The rooms were clean lobby was clean Having a room with overgrown trees when you can’t see out of the window $10 for parking two vehicles that was $20 a night 1699 for breakfast for each family member so roughly my one night is almost $300 which is totally not worth it

    *** I can’t say enough great things about this hotel. It’s the little touches that truly set it apart—fun evening activities, great music, and an overall welcoming atmosphere that makes every stay special. The location is absolutely fantastic, with easy access to the River Walk just steps away, making it perfect for exploring the area. The rooms are comfortable, clean, and beautifully maintained, adding to the overall experience. This has become my go-to place whenever I’m in town—I wouldn’t stay anywhere else!

    Ebony only one deserve5 stars I live in Atlanta, she suggested me to do Hilton membership last time I was there her spirit is always the same just happy, my check-in the lady was angry at me for no reason she didn’t ask did I wanted parking she just charge me her service was horrible and when I came back the African look at me and my family and didn’t speak or welcome us in he was just looking at us crazy been coming to this same hotel for 4 years and still getting the same energy Only the people there

    The room was set at 72 degrees a little uncomfortable for my liking, I was unable to adjust the thermostat. 72 is just a bit warmer than I like and I did not like the $10 per day parking fee. I have never paid a parking fee at any other Hiltons that I have visited so far.

    The clerk at the front desk lied to me. I initially booked for one night but due to family emergency I had to stay an additional two days. He told me the hotel was fully booked so I booked a room at another hotel. I went upstairs to gather my belongings and was informed by him that I could stay the extra days, so I had to go through the hassle of cancelling another hotel

We have an adult autistic child which had an accident and peed the bed even though he’s in diapers they charged us cleaning fee even though the bed had a mattress pad. The manager refused to call us back as there was no manager on duty for two whole days will never stay at this hotel again.

    The front desk staff were very helpful, especially Taylor. She asked her manager about granting a request we had and got approval. We had dinner at the restaurant on arrival and breakfast in the morning. We were very pleased with the meals and prices. The meals were very well prepared and tasty. The restaurant staff were friendly and helpful. The pillows were especially comfortable. We looked at the label and ordered the same from Amazon. We also enjoyed the adjustable lights by the bed. The hotel was farther from the highway than I thought, but that's not something you can fix.

    It was busy on Mothers Day and the hotel is being renovated but our stay was quite nice. Everything was clean and our room smelled fresh. At the end of the day it was nice to unwind in a clean, comfortable space. Thanks for such a great stay!

    When I booked the stay it was not conveyed that there would be no housekeeping service on the 25th. In addition, none of the lights near the beds were plugged in and functional nor did the usb charging ports or outlets working. I expressed my concerns with the staff and they assured me that maintenance would be notified and remedy the issues but they didn’t. I also think it is observed to have to pay a parking fee and we didn’t even use the parking garage.

    Average HGI but the location is good. The music inside was to load to enjoy a meal. Staff was great! My bathroom didn’t have shampoo in the prefilled shower pump. Not a big deal but I expect more from HGI.

    Nice hotel with friendly professionals. Fransico was there when I checked in. Very knowledgeable of area and very kind. I was in the area to visit family and i didnt know Ray Charles was from Albany. There is a beautiful park directly across the street with his statue. You can hear his music playing softly but clear. As I got closer i notice like a riverwalk and walking trail. Very clean and peaceful. I truly enjoyed my stay.

    Avoid the restaurant. We waited over an hour for wings we never received. Got yelled at by staff for making my plate at breakfast (not sure why) and the toaster is “just for show.” These are just the highlights, it was a circus.

    The front desk staff were excellent…great customer service. Patrice and Taylor deserve a raise. We, and many others, evacuated from Hurricane Milton. There were also a ton of 1st responders staying at the hotel waiting to dispatch to Tampa Bay. The staff handled the extra work with grace, so professional.

    This was the dirtiest hotel we've ever stayed in. If it wasn't so late at night that we arrived after evacuating from the hurricane, we would have left. The carpet and furniture were so old and full of stains. The sheet on one of the beds has 2 stains on it. And then to top it off, there is music playing all night long from across the street that you hear in your room.

    The staff was very friendly, and I had interactions with the front desk folks and maintenance. All were very helpful. I suppose it's because of inflation, but the breakfast wasn't free, as a matter of fact it was $16. There was a time when hotels like this had some amount of free breakfast, some even hot breakfast. Fortunately I brought enough food that I did not need to pay this high price. Parking was all in the back, and not terribly convenient. The hotel was full so parking was difficult.

    Customer service was top notch! The lobby was beautiful. The area was fantastic. Pet friendly & you can’t even tell. Well maintained. The rooms are a little outdated, but well kept & very clean. AC worked amazing. Close to beautiful parks & playgrounds for kids. Although I wish breakfast was included. For the price of the room, they can add that. Dinner I can understand paying for. But a complementary breakfast would be a nice touch to staying here. All in all, I’d stay again in a heart beat. Albany is a cool town!

    The Hilton Garden was extremely clean. Staff was friendly and accommodating. They really made you feel welcome by providing light refreshments and hot coffee in the lobby are. The view of the Flint river and Ray Charles playing the piano statue across the street is breathtaking! Very happy with our experience.

    1. The TV channels , 2.my blind to the Window Needed repairing so no one never showed up until the last day so I had to sleep with all night.I mean a lot for life shining in my face because no one showed up to repair the blind we finally Stop someone in the hall to come to at least get it down. So We can rest that night without I’ll been in Georgia city shining all over us and we couldn’t sleep too much street lights street lights. 3. Bugs flying across the room, crawling in the bathroom 4. Very very dirty carpet the chair smell like I don’t know I can’t describe it. You were just horrible when you see it in it. You try to turn it over the smell so bad. I can see it the mole in the bathroom make you afraid to shower or pull off the clothes. Overall, the rate for the stay Especially for this occasion, what to sad To be so uncomfortable, and for the prices, prices are high but a hotel I Hilton garden inn she would be accommodated more cleaner please. I love the room, but I pray the next time I get a nice room like that it could be cleaner. I can understand the TV channels no, not really you got the prices that you pay, we should be able to watch TV at least something we like but taking a shower sitting in a chair walking around on the floor she’ll be comfortable

    There was no early check in whatsoever. The pool was not open. The bar was very limited and the waitress, while nice, seemed to be inconvenienced by us. The breakfast setup was very confusing. There were quite a few homeless people across from the hotel in the park, which I understand isn't their problem but it didnt seem very safe. Even the waffle house (which was the only local dining option within walking distance - every other place we walked was closed) locked their doors at 8:30 next to them. The air conditioner in the hotel made sounds all night long. The hotel looked old and wore, definitely didnt seem as nice in the pictures - but I did see that there were going to be starting to remodel the facility later this year. Also- I'm not sure why they charge $10 to park there... it's not exactly like the area was high traffic...there was plenty of parking on the street directly in front of the hotel. Overall, I feel like it was a decent hotel but it wasn't any better than one I could have gotten a good deal cheaper...didnt stand up to "Hilton Standards" in my opinion.

    I reserved several rooms online (third-party). I tried to cancel the reservations using the "virtual agent". "Virtual agent" told me to contact hotel. I attempted to contact hotel via phone using two different numbers. One hotel clerk said that their number was for "reservations only". Hotel still charged me for NOT spending the weekend.

    The Hotel adds a $ 9.95 Parking charge even when you are not using their parking. I parked at the down town street because their parking was full. The next morning I asked about the parking charge and the front desk said everyone is charge that amount, and it does not matter where you park! I think that charging for a service not provided is wrong.
