The room was exceptionally clean. The property is well maintained. The staff are courteous and helpful. The breakfast is very good. The price is reasonable. I highly recommend this place if you need somewhere to stay near Zephyrhills.

Should do something to keep the condensate from air conditioning initsvfrom puddling in the walkways outside the rooms. The solution is simple and would make a huge difference in the appearance and provide a greater comfort for the guests. Call me for the simple solution.

The staff was super friendly and accommodating, helped me to add a second night when I extended last minute. The pool was lovely and my room was clean. My only suggestion would to be to open the second pool gate instead of having to walk all the way around especially for handicapped folks. I highly recommend this place if you are staying in Zephyrhills and want a cute roadside motel.
