No nos permitieron estar con él en varias áreas y, cuando tuvimos que dejarlo solo en la habitación, comenzó a llorar por ansiedad. En lugar de ofrecer alguna alternativa o apoyo, terminamos sintiéndonos incómodos y prácticamente obligados a abandonar las instalaciones antes de tiempo. La habitación tampoco estaba en las condiciones esperadas: no estaba completamente limpia, el aire acondicionado funcionaba mal y mi esposo pasó la noche sudando. Y como si fuera poco, el desayuno fue una gran decepción: muy poca variedad, opciones limitadas y una calidad muy por debajo de lo que se espera. Expedia debería verificar mucho mejor la información y la calidad de los hoteles que promociona. Confié en la plataforma para tener una experiencia agradable y recibí exactamente lo contrario.

Every time I went to the desk, the girl was sitting in one of the massage chairs…she had an excuse for everything…the absolute worst part of the stay was NO ELEVATOR which the girl also had an excuse for…the hurricane and not being able to get parts…how long ago was the hurricane????… also, I asked for a room on the bottom floor and once again the excuse was “there were no bottom floor housekeepers for the day so no rooms were being cleaned”…

Overall for the Price this is a great option. Only gripe is the elevator was down so if you are not so mobile ask for downstairs options, and no real type of breakfast option either. Other then that the staff was friendly and my room was clean. Will definitely book again here.
