Location was good. We had the upper floor. All though a tight space but had comfortable beds for 5, chairs to sit on and small balconies. Breakfast was a nice bonus to have right on the spot.

Location was great, the hotel staff your brilliant.we arrived late because of trouble with our transfer no turning up at the airport. The hotel was very understanding and made sure we had no problems when we got to the hotel. The lady made sure we had, food, drinks coffee, tea and milk in our room. Thank you would definitely stay again

We arrived 6 PM, we booked for 2 days. The lady welcomed us cheerfully, she showed us multiple rooms that we can choose from, not every room has a view to the Tatras, but she offered us one that had. The room was clean, the bed was comfortable and big, the room was heated properly in these cold days, we even had to open the windows sometimes. There was plenty of room for the 2 of us with my partner. There was parking everyday, only one day there was a bit crowded, but the lady said to park it in the backyard where it didn't bother anyone. The breakfast was delicious and had plenty of options. The place is away from the city, it's very chill and quiet. There is a shop and a restaurant nearby. When we arrived, i was excepting to relax in the jacuzzi, then the lady told us, that only the other hotel in the other side of the street has jacuzzi, and the pictures was from there, so the pictures are very misleading. We wanted to have breakfast, for all the 2 days, which the lady told us is 100 Zl. We payed it, then in the last day it said that it's another 100 Zl, on which we were very confused and was very expensive for a breakfast. For 2 days for 2 person it's 200ZL!!! The recepcion was almost always empty, and the lady doesn't speak English, which was a bit frustrating to communicate. Our room had no toilet brush, and was a strong smell everytime we arrived back to our room.
