The host was friendly and met us, depsite us being at the wrong property. They also responded quickly to messages and questions. The building and apartment were very clean and seemed new. The apartment had all essentials, and the view was great! We managed without a car (there are bustops nearby down the hill, but they don't run often so check the schedule on maps) but there were parking spots. There is a small shop down the hill and a nice restaurant down the street. It should be my go to place in Zakopane from now on.

Everything was fine. The beds were very comfortable and clean. The kitchen and living room was super. It was nice to relax after hiking in the mountains. :) One thing that was not good, that was a bathroom, it was quite small and there was not enough shells for things.

Beautiful view on the Tatra mountains from the balcony. Easy check-in, close to the train and bus station (30 min walk, 15 min bus), few convenient stores around. Inn next door with live music in the evening. Shared balcony, lack of additional blankets, pillows.

Nice view from the balcony, room is small but enough for a short stay. They could have changed towels or floor mat every 2 days

Great place to stay. Clean and comfortable room, well equiped kichen, nice view. Also delicous food for a good price at local Karzcma. Bad sound isolation from corridor, could hear everything hapening outside our room.

I really liked that the accommodation is located in very quiet zone. Then we had a balcony and a very comfortable bed. Some people on our floor were kind of noisy in early mornings, by the fact that our doors and walls were not very isolating from sound. And not very good bus connection in late evening.

Nice view from karczma next door, close to town centre View from the room was back garden and somebody elses property so didnt get a chance to see beautiful highlands, unfortunately got the poorest room (per pictures) as on website better ones were available. Kitchen and living room on the lowest floor so not too welcoming to be honest. As place is called Sweet, i believe the owner could be a bit sweeter and check on tennants if everything is okay or needed anything. In general worth the money as wasnt expensive and suitable for our needs

It's too far away from the center (all the buses to the mountains go from there), around 30 min walking, or the same time by bus (the traffic is terrible in the summer). The bus runs every hour or sometimes every two hours, so it's very inconvenient if you don't have a car. The wi-fi didn't work in the room so we had to go downstairs to the kitchen to get a proper coverage. It's very annoying when you're tired and want to stay in bed in the evening to plan the next day. The bed was not very comfortable and you keep sliding down on one side. The curtains are very thin, so the room is full of light from 5 o'clock in the morning. The hosts are nice but we would have appreciated a bit more hospitality, asking whether everything is okay or we need help, etc. When they were meeting us they were just briefly saying hello, and when we brought back the keys we only heard "goodbye".
