Nice overall. Nice views. Great breakfast Someone staying next to me had dogs with him. The dogs were loud and barked every few hours. Dogs should not be allowed

I came alone, they gave me a lovely room on the top floor. Very cozy. The room is warm, very soft mattress and pillow, it was awesome to sleep. I slept like a baby. Very close to the entrance to the National Park. The nicest part is the spa. Great new sauna and jacuzzi. Thanks all stuff for help! A lot of chlorine in the jacuzzi.

Very nice and cozy hotel, cinema room, pool and spa area were super nice. It was raining during our whole stay, but we were not bored because of sauna, jacuzzi and fun area. Super cool! A little outdated bathroom, not the cleanest one also.

A cozy small hotel in a villa area. The room had a small terrace and a great view of the mountains. There is a communal kitchen with a fridge and utility rooms for billiards and a large TV. Sufficiently wide selection for breakfast, wide selection of coffee. Would love to have a different breakfast menu on different days. On one of the days (perhaps due to the forgetfulness of the staff) no hot breakfast was served. Since the staff is not on site, it is difficult to find out the terms of use of additional services. During 5 days, the room is not cleaned once. Since the mountain trek starts early in the morning, starting breakfast at 8 a.m. seems too late.

The manager was extremely attentive and took time to give us excellent advice. Breakfast was varied each day and abundant. The manager made us excellent farm fresh eggs as well. The facilities had 2 jacuzzis and 2 saunas. Plus a recreation room with lots to do. I would have liked to stay a few more days to enjoy them more. We had a triple room on the top floor- no elevator ( I should have checked that) The room was spacious but darker curtains and more comfortable pillows would be a good addition.

It was OK for that price I stayed 5 nights, but no cleaning, one media size towel, no option to dry it.

-awesome Location, a little bit outside of the hustle of Zakopane but still in distance walking distance to the national park -very friendly welcoming staff -Amazing spa with two whirlpools and sauna -small public kitchen downstairs as well as refrigerator, billiard, table soccer and a cinema room All in all very good value for the price -some extra towels for the spa would have been nice besides that everything perfect

We had an excellent three days, the facilities were good, the staff were friendly and polite We were satisfied with everything

The facilities were generally good; my room was comfortable and I had everything I needed. Staff were always keen to help and although I didn’t spend much time in the recreational spaces, they looked decent. The kitchenette was okay but I couldn’t get the hobs to work and it would have benefitted from being slightly better equipped. Although I went there early (around 10:30am), the sauna wasn’t running and I didn’t have a lot of time to wait for it to be set up by staff. I could still use the infrared sauna and jacuzzi though, which was great. I also felt that the breakfast was overpriced for what was on offer; I expected better hot options at least and perhaps more fruit!

The owners of the property are very helpful and friendly. They suggested coffee/ tea first, solved a problem about the room in immediate time. Communication was excellent. Sauna and jacuzzi were perfect after a long day in the mountains -
