Unfortunately, I did not find any aspects of the property to be satisfactory. My experience was quite disappointing overall. Arrival and Check-In: Upon arrival, there was no clear information about check-in or the location of the reception. We had to ask the restaurant staff, who unfortunately did not speak English. Eventually, we managed to check in, but the staff seemed unfriendly and unwelcoming, giving the impression that they were unhappy with our arrival. Room Quality: The room was lacking in several amenities. We expected basic items like tea, coffee, and extra towels, which were not provided. The room was noisy due to poor soundproofing, and the balcony was unusable because it was covered in spider webs and large spiders. Additionally, the bed was uncomfortable, with unsatisfactory pillows and some dust in certain areas. Bathroom: The bathroom had very limited lighting, making it difficult to perform tasks like applying makeup or shaving. There were no toiletries provided (shampoo, conditioner, etc.), and the water pressure was very low, which made showering challenging. Breakfast: The breakfast was very basic and unremarkable. If you ask for anything beyond the limited options provided, the staff will find excuses not to accommodate your request. Staff and Service: The staff were consistently unfriendly and unhelpful. They did not smile or make any effort to assist us, and when we asked for a simple cup of tea or coffee after breakfast hours, they were uncooperative. This lack of hospitality greatly affected our comfort and overall experience.

Very cozy hotel with good size of the rooms. Clean. Location is not central, but there is a bus stop and stores nearby. Breakfast is abundant and tasty. Restaurant is good. Prices are fair.

We got what we expected for money we have paid. The room had everything we needed. We especially enjoyed the restaurant in the building, breakfast were favulous with variety of local cheeses, hams or vegatables and there have been also many different options for the dinner/lunch to choose from. The negatives I will list are rather minor and didnt significantly affect our experience in villa Borowianka. The staff speak very little or no english, luckily slovak is not so different from polish, so we could arrange some basics. (Language bariere was a problem also in other places across Zakopane). TV in room has also only polish programms. The Perdalowka street is pretty busy, so there is constant noise in room in case the room is street oriented. The same holds for restaurant terrase. We missed the bin in the room.
