The location is perfect right in krupowki street. Very clean and comfortable beds. Good communication with the host by WhatsApp. Will return for sure Nothing.

The location is amazing. Right on the main strip. Building is very nice. Easy access. Never did use the Spa. Breakfast was quite good. Not your typical North American breakfast so we ended up making bun-wiches to take with us for the day. We ended up in the smallest possible room literally in the attic. No elevator so getting our luggage up there was “fun”. Our room was unbearably hot and one fan we had wasn’t enough to keep comfortable. Also the size of the room was ridiculous. Once we opened both suitcases we had no room to get to the bathroom ? I’m sure there are better rooms in the building but this one was no good. I can’t remember the number of the room but make sure you don’t end up in it or you’ll be sorry. Oh and the windows are in the ceiling so the only time you see the amazing view is when you step up onto your bed and look out. Parking is few minutes away. Quite expensive and you have to cross Krupówki street to get to it so one day there was something going on on that street and we were not able to get to our parking for couple of hours.

The room was nice, clean and comfortable and the location is great. I expected more for what I paid. There was no reception and no staff present at the hotel which made some things complicated and inconvenient. Breakfast was a packed breakfast delivered to the room in the morning, and on some of the days it was delivered later than discussed which made me wait at the hotel for breakfast rather than start my day. My room was facing the backyard of a house where they stored their garbage, which was quite unpleasant.

Location great! Cute place! Nice salt room and dry sauna. Cute decor. Didn’t know it was a walk up. Very narrow beds. Some lights did not work. Missing cord for towel warmer.

Excellent location , nice spa to relax in after you have been out and about all day. Bathroom was large and shower very good. Main problem we had was there was no table to eat your breakfast from in the morning ,also it arrived a couple of times out side the window time they said it would ,having to sit on your bed was not the best start to the day eating you breakfast …maybe a small table in the room? Saying all that we would stay there again ,but maybe miss the breakfast.

We loved how clean and modern the property was and the location. We did find the room quite small for more than 2 nights and to eat in. I booked it based on the fact that breakfast was included however it was more of a lunch service that’s dropped at your door. Despite it being nice food I didn’t feel it lived up to a ‘hotel breakfast’ expectation.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The location is excellent, making it easy to explore the area. The staff was incredibly helpful and welcoming, and we truly appreciated the flexibility of checking in earlier than the standard time. Communication was quick and effortless, which made our experience even smoother. One of the highlights was the amazing spa area—especially the sauna in the basement, which was a perfect way to relax after a long day. The only small challenge was that there was no elevator, so getting to the third floor few more times after a long day of hiking in the mountains was a bit of an effort. However, this was a minor inconvenience compared to the overall great experience.

The best possible location, the whole hotel looks very new, great relaxing and spa zone. Easy check in, nice hotel staff. Parking nearby with discount for hotel guests. We were very happy with our choice. The breakfast is delivered to your room. The range of food is very well. U can choose you want sweet or salty breakie. When u choose the sweet one, you can find cheese and ham, vegie there anyway. Very satisfying. There is no lift, be ready for that. Would be better if the hotel offers breakfast in some dining room and earlier, the delivery is aroundd 8-8:30, but it was still good though.

The location was fantastic in the middle of everything. We received a lovely continental breakfast every morning and had the luxury of a spa in the basement. There is no receptionist as the property is managed in a different manner. No issues with this but would have been handy for the small things we needed answered instead of WhatsApp or the booking.com chat.
