Great experience at this hotel in Zakopane! The location was ideal and easy to reach, the room was quiet and comfortable, and I got a really good night’s sleep. The staff were friendly and welcoming.

Location is very ideal, close to many restaurants, Main Street and bus station. Staff is very gentle and cooperative, they offer free luggage storage.

It's a good hotel for a 1-night stay in city center, especially if you've arrived in Zakopane by train. It's close to the main train station. The breakfast was really good and versatile. The staff were really great: they provided a teapot upon request and allowed us to store our baggage until the evening the next day when we checked out. So, the hotel is kind of old—not the building, but overall the room and the bathroom. The shower did not have a proper door, so water easily came outside to the rest of the bathroom. On warm days, it can be very hot inside because there was no air conditioner.

The location could not be better and the staff was very nice. The toilet was small and because it’s well located by the main street of Zakopane, some noises from outside in the night were not avoidable… but got quiet after around midnight. Not bad if we are staying in the main area of Zakopane.

Really great location, staff were really helpful! Beds weren’t super comfy and everything was outdated. Not a negative - just be prepared!
