Great location, away from the touristy area, but within walking distance to activities, shops and restaurants. Easy bus connections to surrounding areas. Staff was very friendly and went out of the way to help. All was great

When we had a flat tire, Barbara at the front desk went above and beyond to find someone who could fix it for us. Exceptional customer service. The hotel is beautiful and in a great location.

Villa exceeded our expectations! Very cozy, clean, new, perfect and calm location, private parking, super tasty breakfast. We couldn't ask for more. We found a true gem, the attention to detail and price-quality ratio is amazing. Thank you, we know where to stay next time we visit Zakopane :)

It's a beautiful place. It's really clean and lots of extras to make you feel homely. The staff are helpful and friendly. Breakfast was really good. You can't really fault this place at the price paid. Bonus - The sauna was great to use after a day's skiing.
