A comfortable shared house to stay, feels like a grand family house. I love every single detail and simple facility in this accommodation.

Great location and lovely staff

Location is good Decoration is very cool I personally didnt like the layout of the room, there is no privacy between beds. Rooms were okay but every bathroom was very smelly and dirty. Also there were many bugs and flies on the walls in the bathrooms. Commune area is very cool but ventilation is bad, fan is not enough they need AC there

Staying here for the 2nd time and it has always been a great experience. The location, the building, the facilities, and the staff are super!

Don’t rent scooters with them because there are really old

Very central location around malioboro street, easy to go anywhere and handy to find anything. From street food until supermarket. From traditional vehicle until an online apps, such as GO-JEK Grab maxim etc. You live like a local. Friendly surroundings and cozy like a home. All the staffs were great in servicing. We stayed at bunk bed and was amazing. Every bed has their own space and charging socket. Bed was even good too. Design of the house is unique and lovely. Would like to recommend my friends who'd like to visit Yogyakarta Stock of coffee was runs out, staff didn't refilled them up, for the small thing needs the more details. Smal steps in through the room is little bit dangerous due to has no sign, especially for those who have an eye problem/ need to wear a glasses in the night, the color of the floor quite dark.

The staff very friendly and helpful

The place is very basic/alternative and yet extremely clean, efficient, good lighting in the room. The kitchen has pretty much everything you'd need to fix yourself a meal, plus free flow coffee&tea. I've spent 2 nights and my train left in the evening. The staff was so kind and stored my trolley after I completed the checkout

They provide free water refill, coffee and tea. Also there is a shared kitchen and a place to put your clothes to dry (which is a plus for me :) The room I booked had AC and fan. Both work very well and has proper light and reading light. It was cozy and had what I needed. I would absolutely stay there again.. Nothing that I hated, but would be great to have more western toilets than just one.. But overall I wouldn't complain :)

The bath and shampoo gels were diluted in water.

Since we arrived in the city pretty early, I only thought of having a place to sleep, so all I tried to find a place within Malioboro's vicinity. Even though it was near crowded places, this hostel felt very peaceful. The vibe is also homey, like visiting your grandma's house. The bed and pillow also exceeded our expectations, my friend and I had such a good sleep! Definitely a gem! Ps. It is close to great noodles place too ;) none!

The staff are very friendly and helpful. I booked a motorbike for 3 days, but plan changed and I returned it a day earlier. They refunded the 1-day extra payment which is bery nice. The bed is on the ground, a little bit difficult to sit or sleep.

Location is great and Hilman was very nice, he help a lot with the tours and scooter rent, the place is super cozy and clean. The only thing I didn’t like is that is very loud, from my room I was hear everything in the lobby and the outside, is hard have a full rest with all that sounds.
