The location is nice. It is close to Malioboro area where there are plenty of shops around. The restaurant was pretty good. The room was spacious. They offer room service but they do not serve alcohol. We had issues with the aircon. The aircon does not cool the room off even though it is set to the lowest setting. I asked them to look at it, but it didn't seem to be a priority for them as it took a long time for technician to even show up to look at it and he never came back to fix it. I asked to switch rooms which luckily they allowed. The new room also had the same issue with the AC so we just dealt with the room being hot. When on the AC also leaks water where we had to put a towel down under it. The shower is very slippery when wet and we slipped multiple times we had to buy shower sandals. Next to the hotel is a mosque I think because at multiple times you can hear a call for prayer. Even at 4:30am. I sleep with ear plugs so it wasn't too bad but I can easily see this being a deal breaker for some people as that alarm is pretty loud and will wake you up if your room is close to it

Wi FI slow - suddenly my interview disconnected even twice than change into my personal modem that I always bring for back up, as I rent the room for work purposes.

The room booked was bad after 2 phone calls and being told they would call me right back went down to reception and moved to a suite. This turned out to have no electricity. On and on i could go but wont.

Strategy location near to city center Small room , breakfast food not that tasty , almost same menu every day

The location very strategic! Walkable distance to malioboro street. The food are amazing?? double bonus for the food. The cleanliness is average. I got the napkin that has lipstick stain on it. And the room is not soundproof.

Clean & relatively close to Malioboro Centre of Jogja. Friendly staff. Well appointed rooms but didn’t have a fridge.
