Ambiance, room interior, breakfast, services, and staff. The bathroom floortile needs to clean up, and rooms should be frequently sprayed by baygon/hit aerosol and disinfectant spray after guests check out

the hotel interior, unique and warm The facilities in my room. The AC is not cold enough. I've reported and one of the hotel staff already checked, but still doesn't work. The light in the bedroom is too dim for my taste. The bidet in the bath room. The hose is too big, makes it difficult to take. When in use, it vibrates hardly. So strange, I've never found anything like that.

Almost everything; they provide one-day service laundry, buffet breakfast with Indonesian and American breakfast, swimming pool and a little slide for kids, the staff are helpful and friendly, and the room is comfortable. The location is far from restaurants and tourist attractions, but easy to get online taxis. Too many pillows in the living room.
